I would like to find an email address for tech support. I am having many problems with my phone and it would be easier to email then call.

However, I have 3 Issues Regarding iPad 2 with IOS 7:
1.) I can no longer open up the apps from the update page. (I used to be
able to & it was a quick way of making certain that I wanted to keep an app
before I updated it.
2.) I have many apps that I have updated since installing the new
operating system & they now have "open" symbols next to them, but I don't
know how to get them off of my update list (since that has already been
done to them).
3.) My iPad has gotten stuck or frozen more in this last week since the
new update then has in the last 2 years put together. (It seems to be stemming from the "Updates" page as sometimes that page is just white & will not open, even though everything else opens & I have an internet connection.)

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I need to contact someone at Apple for support but I can't speak to them.on the phone as my issue is there is no outgoing speech on my handset, I'm a wheelchair user and getting to the Apple store is a huge journey for me.

There is not email address for Apple Support. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and you should get an option for a chat session.
And why so angry? What exactly is your technical problem, no one can hear you when your calling them? Does your microphone work? Does your speaker work? What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Are you able to create a Voice Memo and then play it back and hear yourself?

I feel your pain. I awoke this morning to check my text messages on my iPhone (I'm away working in Norway) only to notice a text my girlfriend sent over the night. The title bar over the message listed her Italian mobile number instead of her name. I thought that odd, only to realize that virtually all of my contacts have disappeared from the iCloud. Even more strange, there appears to be no order, rhyme nor reason, or any form of sense as to what has been deleted. If this (and a few other issues I have with post-Jobs Apple) is indicative of Apple's trajectory, they're not going to be around long. I'm beyond ******-off over this and I'll be thinking very hard about buying Apple products in the future.

I am having problems with my IPad 1 ...it has suddenly stopped charging (despite using a new charger - which worked fine a few days ago). I have tried different plug sockets,turning the IPad off fully but still the IPad will not charge. Why is there a large fee for tech support?

I was getting pop ups and pages not requested. I called the tech support on the information paper that came with the note book. (After reading the comments, I think I may have problems in the future).it took me and the tech four hours to fix the lap top. They wanted to charge me $150 for the services . My lap top may be 4 weeks old.I told them I couldn't'afford that price, I was asked what could I afford? There is something wrong with this manner of doing business.

Where did you call ? HP or somewhere else ? For HP, I believe should be no charge because it's still under warranty and less than 3 months. For somewhere else, I don't know. My department normally pays $1,600.00 for each call (for the first 4 hrs) for some vendors if out of agreements.

Is there an email address for SMS on iPhone?

My Verizon phone had an email account that would be forwarded to SMS on my Treo. Is there no such option with iPhone? (I have servers and programs set to email me when something needs attention, and having this go to SMS on the iPhone would be great.)
I haven't found anywhere on ATT's website that hints at this possibility. Can anyone help point me in the right direction or am I SOL?

I've read scattered reports that txt.att.com doesn't work for everyone. I use [email protected] without any problems.

I'm not sure where to post this, but since I ordered a wi-fi 3G iPad, I'll try here.
I am trying like crazy to find an email address to contact about my order. I placed an order for the iPad 2 wi-fi / 3G 32G w/o engraving. I wanted to upgrade it to the 64G with engraving. I just wanted to send an email asking how I should go about changing my order. I can't, for the life of me, find an email address for order support. Or any other support for that matter. All their support seems to be through phone numbers and FAQ. Maybe I'm missing something.

I believe the only email support Apple offers is for Photo Services and iTunes Customer Service.

Want to use I cloud but can't open primary email address for verification process

Hi there, it's my first time to join the Apple community eventhough I have used Ipad for about two years I guess, n have loved it since then.
Well, I have problem, I want to use I cloud, but I can't as I have to give verification first by following the instruction from Apple which has been sent to my primary email address. The problem is, I have been unable to open my primary email address because I seldom use it. I use my rescue email address for all my email communication, instead. My question is: Is there any email address of the support staff because I want the staff to send the instruction for my verification through my rescue email address?
I have looked up the support page, though, and submitted question which I thought it was the best solution: I want to change my primary email address ( to the rescuer email address) but I was refered to the page " expresslane" which should have been the most convenient way, because all I had to do was just call n talk to the support staff. However, since I don't live in the US, but in a foreign country, talking on the phone is not convenient for me.
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me with this because I can't wait to use I Cloud. Thank you.

Suzy this usually means your apple id primary email address was not verified when you setup your apple id. What you will want to do is go to appleid.apple.com and try and log in under manage your apple id, if it tells you its sent a verification email you can change that email to something else by clicking edit (this cant be your rescue email though) once done a new email should be sent that you can verify and then use icloud. Hope this helps
