Is there an offline installer for Acrobat Pro?

I'm looking for an executable or an image file (ISO or IMG) so I can take a physical media to my client for re-installation purposes. He just purchased 10 licenses via a download only version, but he would like a physical copy "just in case."

Staff: Why is there no offline installer for 10.1.5? The patch doesn't work for me.

Hi, I'm trying to update Adobe Reader 10.1.4 on a 32-bit Windows XP SP3 computer to Adobe Reader 10.1.5. The Adobe Reader Updater downloaded the update but it tells me:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"
It's looking for AdbeRdr1010_en_US.msi in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\ARM\Reader_10.0.1\ but it can't find it.
Normally in a situation like this I could just download the offline installer, and as an enterprise user I want to do that anyway. Yet it appears there's no offline installers in ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/10.1.5/ like for example AdbeRdr1015_en_US.exe or AdbeRdr1015_en_US.msi. On Adobe's pages for both enterprise and home users it only offers 10.1.4 as the older version prior to 11, not 10.1.5 as one would expect.
What's going on with this? Am I the only one who's noticed either of these things? I suppose on that one computer I'll have to download AdbeRdr1010_en_US.msi and place it in that directory where the patch is looking for it.

I'm not sure what you mean by an offline installer, but the available updates, the admin guide, and the release notes are all correct. 10.1.5 is an update (MSP). It is not a full installer. As stated in the doc, full installers are not always provided. Also, full installers or updates don't have any online dependency.
You can install 10.1.5 over that last relevant msi/exe. That's 10.1.4 for some languages but usually 10.1.
Alternatively, you can get a non-enterprise installer from the Reader Download Center. You can probably expand the exe to get to an MSI. That's an atypical route most enterprise admins have not found a need to travel.
10.1.6 will also only be an MSP update.

Is there a Safari extension (or plug-in) for Acrobat Pro? I use to have one, then when I updated to the new Yosemite operating system, it disappeared.

For Acrobat Pro? I don't really understand. You don't typically *edit* PDFs in a browser.
Note that Acrobat Reader is totally unnecessary on OS X. I'd recommend avoiding it. If you are creating PDFs, or doing advanced features that make it worth spending hundreds of dollars, then Acrobat Pro may make sense, but otherwise, just use Preview.

We need the installer for Acrobat 7.0 Pro Mac

We downloaded the installers for Creative Suite 2 since the activation servers had been shut down. However, I cannot find the installer for Acrobat Professional that came with the Premium Suite.

Ok sorry it has been quite awhile since CS2 was released. If Acrobat 7 has a separate serial number then please use your original installation media. If it doesn't have a separate serial number then everything you need is contained in the install files available at the link in message #1.
Have you tried installing what you have already downloaded? What version of Mac OS are you using? Do you have a PowerPC equipped Macintosh?

I click the download: "Install Adobe Download Assistant", then click on it, see Adobe AIR application instaler, then get "Sorry, and error has occurred. This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance." If I knew who the application author was, I'd contact him! Note:
1) You need to stay on the Adobe trial page for the respective product that you're downloading. You should be signed in.

Outlook Add-In for Acrobat Pro X

I have Microsoft Office 2013 as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro X. The Adobe Acrobat Add-In will not load in my Outlook. It is not listed as disabled. When I open up Outlook Options and go to the Add-In Manager, it is listed, but when I check it, it will not stay checked. There are no error messages associated with the add-in. I have repaired both installations, Adobe Acrobat Pro as well as Office 2013. I have restarted my PC to finalize the repairs.
I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit, Office 2013 installed as 64-bit, Adobe Acrobat Pro X as 32-bit.
My co-worker has Office 2013 and his Adobe Acrobat Add-In works fine in his Outlook 2013.
I would appreciate any insights on how to get this add-in to function properly.

Support for Office 2013 is not available for Acrobat X. Office 2013 is supported by 11.0.1 and later versions.

Replacement Program for Acrobat Pro 7

I have twice downloaded the replacement program for Acrobat Pro 7 but get an error message when I try to install it. The message asks me to verify that I have access to the directory. The only options are abort/retry/ignore, none of which allows me to proceed past a partial installation. Any suggestions?

You still need to log in as an administrator to install the software, unless there have been changes in Acrobat that I am not aware of. At one point, it had to be the actual Administrator account, not one with admin priv. I think that went away after that one version, but you should still have admin priv.
If you are trying to install AA7 (the one that allows separate activation process), you may still not be able to install it, particularly if you are talking about a 64-bit system. If it is 64-bits, then I have my doubts that AA7 will install at all, but you can try. If you succeed, with the installation, you will probably need to work on some workarounds to get things to operate. You may not get the Adobe PDF printer for instance. There are several things that you might be able to do for fixes in a sense on Win7, 32-bit. I have my doubts that they work on WIn7, 64-bit (I have not tried).
If you are indeed trying to install AA XI, then you can ignore my comments. Maybe I need to try on one of my 64-bit systems at work to see what I can get away with.

Unable to install updates for Acrobat Pro 9.0 and MS Office 2008

This is a followup post to a nagging problem last fall that prevented successful installation of product version updates for Acrobat Pro 9.0 and Microsoft Office 2008 running under OS X v10.6.5. Days of fruitless, circular pursuit of solutions from both Adobe and Microsoft tech support provided no recognition of the problem…let alone an answer.
Fortunately, a few helpful techs at a nearby Apple Store yielded results. They were initially as perplexed as their counterparts but it gratified to this customer when each recognized the problem was real and was sufficiently motivated to track down a solution.
By process of elimination it was suggested: i) reinstall the original Snow Leopard 10.6.0 upgrade disk; ii) download the v10.6.5 combo update to bring the OS current; and iii) download and install the Acrobat and Office updates. It worked—perfectly—the first time.
The consensus seems to be that a combination of many successive installations of OS and product version updates eventually produced conflicting instructions resulting in stalemate.
Remarkably, it hasn't been necessary (or appealing) to perform a clean install since some point prior to the introduction of OS X. Nor has it since. A 'rollback' to the original Snow Leopard version with one subsequent update to the current OS version appears to have cleared out a nest of remnant conflicting instructions. Kudos to Apple's tech support and Occam's Razor.

However, PDF Maker plugin would not be enable in Outlook, as Acrobat 9 is not support with Office 2013.

How can we get incremental updates for Acrobat Pro 9

We have VLK for Acrobat Pro 9 and the only version that doesn't crash Office 2007 Professional Publisher is 9.4.6. I can't get just that update to install it jumps from 9.2 to 9.5. 9.5 falls into a loop for prompting for saving information.

I am having the same problem - the install crashes around 40%.
I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription. The error message is:
'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message. Any ideas?

Please help me! Can you send me an installer for Acrobat 6.0 Standard for Mac??? The Acrobat Customer Service "help" says this is the only way I can get my Acrobat going again. It won't bother YOUR installer to share it with me.....and I must use MY OWN SERIAL NUMBERS to connect with them, so they say there's no way it could hurt you......but it would really help me!
I reinstalled my system software, and my Acrobat got corrupted in some way which will not let it communicate properly with Adobe. I cannot upgrade because this is the only version compatible with my other software. Please help, and send me the installer so I can get working again. I'm grateful for anyone who can help. I'm sorry you distrust me and the person from Acrobat.   He does not
usually work on the Forum, and was trying to help me as Adobe thinks this is my
only solution.   One of the other Acrobat customer service people had
suggested it, and someone had replied that perhaps he could help.   I guess you
misunderstood his posting because he was not trying to say my software had been
"trial" , he was using that as an example.   I bought, own, and have been
using my copy of Acrobat 6.0.4 since I bought it directly from Adobe in
2004........I had something happen with my operating system, and now I need to
reinstall it, but Adobe erases the installers from people's systems after 3
years.   It was the Adobe Customer Service Techie help line that suggested this
"solution".   I have my own serial number etc.......it just won't connect
to Adobe without some teensy missing part of something from the installer
software.   The only "standard" versions I see out there for sale, are for PC,
not Mac.   If you know of something else, I'd be grateful for the info.

If you have access to the Microsoft VL site, you'll find the latest App-V binaries in the MDOP ISO. What ever is there is what's available.

Adobe Reader Offline Installer for 11.0.05?

Hi,
I've been trying to obtain the offline installer for the latest update. However, the website is only listing 11.0.04. Is there a way to get 11.0.05?
I've cleared the cache and used different browsers so I don't think it is a local cache issue.

Where is the logfile for Acrobat Pro Extended 9.2 on Windows ? (regarding Microsoft Office 2003)

My installation of Acrobat Pro extended works printing all types of Microsoft Office 2003 documents (Word, Excel, Pagemaker, etc) but NOT with Powerpoint and I'm trying to get more information other than what I'm seeing in Powerpoint when I try to create the PDF which is "an error occurred while trying to print the Adobe PDF"
where would I look for the log file?
