Is there an option to mass delete outbound deliveries?

hello
Is there any standard SAP transaction to MASS delete outbound deliveries? We need to delete a bunch of deliveries and wanted to check if there is any std sap transaction?

Hi,
I assume no subsequent documents are created for the deliveries and PGI is NOT done. If this assumption is correct, then check the below forum link;

Is there a way to mass delete any song with an exclamtion point next to it?

All of the sudden after resetting the sync history in iTunes (while trying to troubleshoot the fact that the upgraded OS4 was only syncing about 25% of my total music library), all of the sudden all of the tracks that it didn't sync (the other 75%) all have exclamation points next to them in iTunes, which for each song indicates "The song can not be used because the original file cannot be found".
Therefore, is there a way to mass delete all of these song names in iTunes? (then I can copy and paste the actual files into the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder and the path to the file should work? (THEORETICALLY OF COURSE)... and... What would cause such a random error? (So frustrating because iTunes can locate where the file is when I click the button "yes" to the question "Would you like to locate it?", but at the me time two seconds earlier it's telling me "The original file cannot be found". ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Yes, you can simply highlight all the songs with the exclamation point at once and then RIGHT CLICK and choose DELETE. This will remove them from the iTunes list all at once.

Either the patch was disconnected somehow during the upgrade OR user changed the music's location (which in this case you did not).

Is there any way to mass delete duplicated files?

I just transferred all of my brother's music from his full laptop onto my desktop.
Unfortunately, since his girlfriend had her own library, and since none of us were careful to keep track of where the files were kept, I now have several hundred songs that have been duplicated twice or even three or four times on a single library.
Is there any way to mass delete all the duplicated songs, so I only have one of each track?

Through ABAP it is possible.
you can use this FM to delete the fixed asset.
ASSET_MASTERRECORD_MAINTENANCE
while calling the FM you need to send the parameter
i_trtyp = 'L'. "deletion flag
along with other parameters.

Physical Inventory documents mass delete and reference in material document

Dear Experts,
I have 3 questions,
1. Is there any option to mass delete physical Inv documents
2. How can i know if the physical inventory documents are posted (MI07) or not yet
3. If i see any material document of mov type 701 or 702, there is no reference of physical Inv Doc # in it. How can i know that this material document is created as a result of which physicl Inv document.

Yes You can delete the Physical Inv Documents with MIAD but for that you need to maintain one variant with it and copy all the Document no. in TEXT file paste in the in Archiving Selection's.

Please check ISEG table and provide the time Period as search menu so that you can see all the Doc's posted on today's date.

go to MB59 and check the Material documents with respect to Movement type and date. and the difference you will see in MMBE as per the movement used.

Mass deletion of Outbound deleveries

Can any one pls let me know if theres any transaction for mass deletion of Outbound deliveries? We have some 600 OBDs to be deleted. Jus want to know if theres any such trxn or we need to create a BDC prog for that?

Hi
there is no process of deleting deliveries in Mass. If it is a one time activiity you can record a transaction VL02N for delete delivery. Download the same to excel and update all your deliveries and upload the file and run the recording. This will delete everything in back ground.
You need to create a file something like this for all deliveries in one file with this recording.
     0000     T     VL02N
SAPMV50A     4004     X
     0000          BDC_CURSOR     LIKP-VBELN
     0000          BDC_OKCODE     /00
     0000          LIKP-VBELN     82212977
SAPMV50A     1000     X
     0000          BDC_OKCODE     /ELOES_T
If it is a permenent thing then you have to go for a BDC program.

HELLO,
You do not have the option to mass delete. One option I can think of is LSMW if you know the documents to be deleted.
However, you have the option to mass post the documents. Batch (SM35)

yeah, i was thinking that too. i use aperture for all my photos, so i was surprised when it didn't give me the option to erase images after import. it alway does with my CF cards from my DSLR.

hi,
MR8M --> cancel invoice document
MRA1 --> create archive
MRA2 --> delete documents
MRA4 --> manage archive
first you archive the parked invoices and using MRA2 you can delete all archived invoice documents.

Hi Bala,
You need not write any report for deleting the transactions as told by Thirumala.
There is a standard report available for that.
In the transaction SE38, execute the report "CRM_ORDER_DELETE". It will give you a selection screen in which you can select the transaction type & the transaction number range to be deleted.

Mass delete incorrect entries in TimeEvent table

Please if any body can help out, we have an interface for uploading time entires (time IN and time out) into SAP. By mistake some wrong entries are uploaded in the system, we can delete entries one by one using PA61 list entry. but is there any way of mass deleting these entries for all the relevant employees for infotype 2011 (timeevent table).

should you not have authorisation to use &sap_edit,please use debugger and please find the steps below
1. SE11->Data dictionary ->
2. Choose the table entry
3. After choosing the table entry ,enter /h and press enter to start the debugger session(debugger switched on) message will populate in the status bar. after you enter /h and message gets populated, press enter one more time
4.place a breakpoint in end form.to place breakpoint,just double click and red button pops up near the line .to remove just double click or shift+f2
5.now double click on the line which says code=show and it will move to the variable on the right hand side
6.now click on the pencil and icon will change to view
7.now if you want to insert choose INSR or DELE based on what you are trying to do with table entries.i m trying to insert values.
8.now click f8
And you wll be able to do the amendments

this can be done with MASS t.code and select the req master data and executein the next screen select the req fields to be changed or deleted .

Hi Alice,
1. Warehouse management is not in direct connection with FI. Whether you have a bin or not has no financial impact, so don't worry and delete the unneseccary empty bins.
2. In LS11 you can put an '*' in storage type field and you can choose the 'Empty indicator' from dynamic selection > in this way you can get all your empty bins. From the menu you can choose Edit > Select all. After that you can delete them.
