Is there another "iphone app index" (online, not in iTunes)?

I know that iTunes is the most obvious "index", but I'm wondering if there's a website somewhere that I'm overlapping with?
I just started a site where iPhone developers can post their own app summaries and updates, and I'm having a hard time believing that I'm the first to do such a thing. If you guys know of any, please let me know! I'm interested in seeing how they've set themselves up and what their anti-spam policies are.

Wasn't this very idea suggested on a blog not too long ago? I can't find the link right off, but that post had a comment with a link to appbeacon.com, where apparently the same thing is already in the works.
There are a lot of iPhone app indexes out there already, and Google finds them pretty fast. It's seems fishy that you didn't.

Hello, guys. My problem is that I want to purchase an iPhone app that is not available in my AppStore(s). I am registered in the Japanese and Russian AppStores, and the app I want is available only in the American AppStore. Do I have to change my AppStore for this? And how can I do it? Or do I have to create a new Apple ID for the American AppStore? I tried to do the latter, but it requires a billing address located in the US, which I don't have. What are my options?

No worries. The forums can be a bit confusing to navigate at first.
You might want to contact the developer of the app in which your interested and suggest they offer it in your country. There may be reasons they can't but if they can and they know there's interest, they just might.

Pages 5 requires OSX 10.9, for some reason that only Apple knows. Many users will not be able to install Mavericks on their Macs or do not want to.
It has simultaneously removed iWork '09/Pages '09 from the App Store.
You could ask Apple why it does things like this, but it doesn't say.
If you don't already have iWork '09 I believe you can still purchase it from Amazon.

Iphone 5C will not sent iMessage to another Iphone user who has not installed ios7

I have found that if I am trying to send an imessage to another Iphone user who has not upgraded to ios7, the messages will appear in my history as "sending". I deleted that contact history and tried to send another text and it worked as it was sending as a "green message" rather than a "blue message". Is there a way to work around this?

Thanks for the answer. Disabling iMessage does work, but it's a bit clunky to have to do that every time I want to message him. Many of my other contacts have iPhones and I like the iMessage feature.
He's had the same number for years and I only recently have had this issue, he doesn't have iMessage on any device, he only has an iPod nano. I wonder what happened that all of a sudden it has defaulted to iMessage for him.
Any other ideas?

Your message on your screen shows up blue if sent as iMessage or green if sent as regular text. If not connected to wi-fi or cellular data, iMessage isn't available to/from. Both of you need a data connection for iMessage to work.
But your message on the recipient's screen will show up white.

Since dsharrow mentioned it, I use AC-7 Core on my iPad all the time. I can sit on my midi drum kit across the room and hit record on the iPad to start Logic 9. Since my iMac is across the room I have a 2nd HDMI monitor set to mirror mode that is close to my kit. This makes it easy to view my timeline while recording. While using the wireless Apple Trackpad resting on one of my tom-tom pads I can actually make simple edits on the fly. I could also use the App; SplashTop Remote as well but then I wouldn't be able to use AC-7 Core at the same time. Hope this gives you some options to think about.
