Is there another place where a job log is stored other than dba_scheduler_job_run_details?

Question

We have a few jobs on the database that send weekly email alerts using UTL_SMTP. The contents of the alerts are just reports on some application tables.
They were running fine until last week, when I ran a "set_attribute" command to change their start_time with the proper timezone configuration (some alerts were being sent out one hour later). This week, some of the alerts were sent out some 20 minutes before the appropriate time, and they seem to be based on really old data.
The thing is that there's no records of them being sent on DBA_SCHEDULER_JOB_RUN_DETAILS; records of the actual jobs that were sent on the appropriate time do exist.
I'm trying to find where did these old alerts came from, or is it expected that when I change jobs' attributes it somehow fires it and keeps it in queue until the next scheduled start time?

Thanks GregV. I wasn't expecting to see the set_attribute command stored on those tables, I just mentioned that because it was the last change we made on the jobs.
But I guess by the answers I'm getting it shouldn't impact this at all, and that was my top concern. I'm still not sure how these emails were sent, but it seems they weren't fired from the scheduler.
