Is there any way to fix cameras in 4th generation iPod touches without going to Apple?

I just took my iPod touch's screen to get fixed by a third party because going to Apple would have been more expensive and would have taken longer; however, after getting the iPod back, I realized that neither the front nor back cameras work. I can apparently get the front one to work on FaceTime (I think?) and sometimes on SnapChat, but the back one is a lost cause in any app or any time I open the Camera option. Are there any sort of diagnostic tests or something that I can run to fix it? I have an appointment later this week with Apple but I would love to not have to pay more than I already have to fix this problem. Please help as soon as possible!!

What does the person who replaced the screen say? Could be a lost connection or broken ribbon cable.

One thing I've noticed about Flash is that there doesn't
appear to be any way to throw a fatal error in Actionscript. If I
want my flash application to halt completely in a given situation,
there's not really anything I can do to stop all code execution is
there? Also, is there any sort of modal dialog (like an Alert()
message in Javascript) in Flash? At the very least, it would be
nice to stop everything and send the user a message they can't
ignore when my code fails.
This is made more difficult by the fact that I'm trying to
write some Actionscript class files -- they don't have any library
items associated with them that I can depend on for user interface
elements.
Any suggestions about how to STOP ALL CODE EXECUTION and send
a MODAL DIALOG MESSAGE to the user would be *much*

Thank you. I have heard of Logic Pro 7, but I have never personally used it. I'm still growing in the world of Composition, and I know that it is something I will be studying in one of my Computer Music classes coming up for my degree. I think it is something I will look into getting once I can justify the price of it. I guess for the time being, I will continue to play and grow in my ability to use and take advantage of GB, and then see what I can do about or with Logic Pro when I'm ready. The thought of spending $1000 for a program is hard to bite, because I've already spent a lot to produce my music, not only electronic music, but also chamber music and so on. I had no idea it would be so expensive to dive deep into the world of composition! lol.

btw I've found a workaround - to create a playlist with the order that I want, but it's harder to scroll through long playlists and it requires more actions every time I add a song, so please don't tell me to create a playlist.

I'm wondering if some of the playlist bugs from the Nano 5G have made their way into the 6G. One bug in particular is this: Create a smart playlist in iTunes and set it to sort any way you want (e.g., by artist). That sort order should be synced to the iPod. If you change it in iTunes and resync, the sort order on the Nano should reflect the sort order in iTunes. On the Nano 3G and my iPod classic, it is. On my Nano 5G, it is not. This is a known bug. It's actually a bit worse than that. The order on the 5G seems to always be by artist with a few "odd" songs thrown into the beginning of the playlist. If you always shuffle, it's not a big deal. I never shuffle.
I have been holding back on buying the new Nano until I can determine whether this and other playlist bugs have been fixed.

On iTunes, I have organized my videos into genres. I have over a 1,000 short mp4s of mostly less than 10 minute low resolution tutorials so I've categorized them to make it easier for me to find what I'm looking for. It's easy in iTunes on my MacBook Pro but in my iPad, where I need to view them often as a personal training tool, I am having a hard time sorting thru the alphabetical list. I am hoping there is a way to display the genres in the videos app. It would just make life so much easier for those of us like me who have an immense library of videos on our device. I'm hoping Apple can provide a simple solution to this just like ebooks can be organized in iBooks.

Why aren't there any folders for sorting bookmarks?

I have a lot of bookmarks and having one long list is cumbersome. Why isn't there some way to sort bookmarks so that they can be used efficiently? Do the developers of this browser think that people only bookmark a dozen sites? For this reason Firefox can't be used for serious work or browsing. Are there any plans to change this? Unfortunately Firefox for Android doesn't have this feature natively. I don't know why. The workaround is to bookmark your sites on the Desktop Firefox and then use Firefox Sync to transfer them over to your Android device.
