Friends...
Is there anything known as applet loading timeout....
One of my applets is geting loaded on intranet 1 which is faster but is not being loading on intranet 2 (a bit slower) keeping everything else same....
please guide...
what could be the reason...

yes there are no exceptions until it says class not found exception..
and yes of course they are into a jar file.

Your iPad needs access to the internet via Wi Fi or 3G in order to access the App Store.
Tap the App Store icon in your iPad.
In the search field top right in the App Store window type in:

When I click on Help link i want to open a new window to show the appropriate help file. (instead of opening index page of help file)
For this I store the URL in properties file and when the HELP LINK is clicked,. i check for the keyword of the page in properties file and get the value for that key and say

In JSF, you need to have all your navigation mapped out in the faces-config.xml (similar to the struts-config).

The PDK (Portal Development Kit) is especially made to produce portal content based on jsp using the htmlb library. With the combination of JSP and tag libraries, you can even separate the presentation from the logic. However, the use of HTML tags, JSP tags and Scriptlet code demand great discipline when you develop Web applications, as otherwise the advantages of separating the presentation from the logic quickly disappear.
Web Dynpro applications are able to run in a portal also, you can make use of features like portal eventing also (two Web Dynpro based iViews can communicate with eachother as well as two iViews built with PDK). Using the Web Dynpro Client for Java (a beta-version will be available soon) you could use the same application within a SAPGui-like environment also. The new development environment for professional User Interfaces follows the model view controller paradigm and goes a few steps further in UI programming, e.g.:
- Screen management and screen flow
- Automatic data transport
- Re-usability of Web Dynpro components
- Session management
- Internationalization
- etc.
Both development tools are available with the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

If i define the parameters(almost 40 parametes) in the app.xaml.cs page as like below ,then will there be any delay in application loading ?

I believe there is zero difference between declaring the variables individually and declaring them in one statement. The compiler should be smart enough to produce the same compiled code regardless.
IF there is any difference it would be so small as to be insignificant. I think someone with more experience could confirm if the compiled code is identical or not.
Declaring variables in a single line is less readable and manageable. I never do it. If you do want to do it I'd suggest only combining variables that are directly related into the same line, e.g.
bool positionX, positionY;
int counter, counterTwo, counterThree;

Hi, I know mac has a program to load older txt messages, but I am using windows. I need to load back my earlier messages but it took me ages and the phone become very slow and lag.
Is there any other ways to load beside that phone viewer only for mac user? It is so unfriendly for other user. Apple pls give me a solution for this problem as many people not using mac are facing such problem too.
I need something that window user can use to load earlier txt messages. Thank you .

If you are looking for an alternative to the mac program PhoneView for the pc you can use Touch Copy.

Is there any way to set read timeout on JDBC connection?

When the network connectivity between the machine
where Database is running and where the application is running breaks,
the query executed using the old connection handle is not timing out.
Is there any way to set read timeout on JDBC connection. ?
FYI, Oracle JDBC thin Driver is used in our application.

we have a requirement to run SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL befor calling BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE command by JAVA through JCO.
is there any BAPI that contains SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL command or simillar functionality.

You could write a wrapper RFC function module which calls your BAPI and also the SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL.
