Not without being able to remotely log in to the computer containing it. An iTunes library is never stored on Apple’s servers.

If you had previously been backing up to iCloud (or a computer with iTunes), you would possibly have a backup. That said, if you can't turn the phone on, you cannot create a backup of the device now. Sorry.

If you haven't already, restart the ipad by holding home and power for ten seconds until the apple appears.
There may be an app that is draining the battery.
Try the following:
1) Kill all apps by double-tapping the home button, then holding any app's icon until it displays the ' - ' symbol. Touch the ' - ' symbol on all apps. This stops the app.
2) Go to airplane mode to turn off wifi and 3G, if so equipped.
3) recheck the battery life by using an offline-only app, like a game, for an hour or so and see if the battery seems to last longer than before.
Typical battery life is a drain of 10% per hour. Your mileage may vary.
If the battery is lasting longer, you need to isolate what is causing the drain.
4) If still rapidly draining, try going to Settings, General, Reset, reset all settings.
5) If none of this gave you any change in the battery life, you may want to do a restore of the ipad from within itunes.

Unfortunately, no. FaceTime is only available over wi-fi. I do know that services like Skype and Tango allow you to videochat over 3G and wi-fi.

You do have to have iTunes on your computer in order to sync your phone. And your music must be in iTunes.

Is there any way to turn off the auto formatting in Pages? I just want to type a letter and add pictures and titles, and Pages keeps changing font sizes and doesn't let me "Do it my way". I HATE this!

Pages keeps changing the font size! I typed a large heading as a title, and when I try to change to a smaller font for the body of the letter, it changes the size back to the larger size! The only one left is the "unsubmitted text" dialogue, which would not be a problem if I were not a Facebook user; after updating the "Richard is..." field (which does not require a manual submit to actually send) I get the above message. This is obviously Safari just not realising that the info has been sent and is therefore (I imagine) one for Apple themselves to answer!!

Not being a Facebook User, I'm not sure how to respond to the error situation. However, this would be something to report to Apple as a bug via the Safari Menu. First, open to the page in question, then select "Report Bugs to Apple".

My friend wants to put music on their iPhone 5C but they do not have a laptop with iTunes that hasn't been associated with another iPhone/iPod. Is there any way they can skip linking their phone to the iTunes and JUST get the music?

The iPhone has not been associated with any iTunes as I was a little scard to connect it to mine as I do not want all my friend's apps on my phone. Also, we use different apple IDs so would we be able to have two apple IDs associated with one computer?

Your friend can get a new Apple Id for themselves, and create a different account on one of the laptops. Then put all their music in a separate iTunes library, and sync the phone to that particular library.
This will keep there music separate from your library and their brother's library.
Just make another User on your computer for your friend to store their music in.

I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and am looking to create an iTunes library listing all songs I have purchased through iTunes.
Is there a way in iTunes for me to view ALL purchases I have previously made? So far I can only view purchases I have made via this new computer and I am unable to view the iTunes library on my old laptop, as I managed to break the screen, hence the reason for the purchase of this laptop.

The purchase history only shows a listing of what you've purchased. You can only download an item from the iTunes Store once. For purchases you made in the past, you'll need to copy the item (track, video, movie, etc.) from your old laptop, or from your backups, to your new computer.

If the phone was connect to wifi before it was stolen, the photos may have been added to your photo stream. If so, they can be accessed from a different iOS device or computer that is signed into your account with My Photo Stream enabled.
