Is there any way i can back up my mac with itunes?

im not really a big fanof icloud so i was wondering if theres any way of backing my mac up using itunes.

iTunes is not a backup application, it only backs up iOS devices as a part of it's sync features.
Time Machine is the tool Apple make for backing up to a local hard disk or Time Capsule.
Mac Basics: Time Machine backs up your Mac - Apple Support
You can also make your own copies onto other hard disks via apps like Carbon Copy Cloner

Your options basically depend on what hard disks you have available & how much data you have to backup.
