Is there any way I can restore to leopard?

I bought a macbook 3 years ago, updated to all the new software directly, everything went well, no crashes...until now.
Installed Lion 2 days ago and today it just blocked all over... had to restart the whole computer!
I went over to mac because of the blue screens on windows, I was so glad I didn't have them anymore in mac...
Now programs are not working anymore, the whole thing just crashed.
I don't like the way this is going.
How to restore to leopard? I still have the leopard disk with me.

Boot from the Leopard installer DVD, use Disk Utility to erase the hard drive, then install Leopard.
Be sure you backup your files first.
To return to Snow Leopard:
Downgrade Lion to Snow Leopard
1. Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the installer. Install Snow Leopard.
This will erase the whole drive so be sure to backup your files if you don't have a backup already. If you have performed a TM backup using Lion be aware that you cannot restore from that backup in Snow Leopard. I suggest you make a separate backup using Carbon Copy Cloner 3.4.1.

The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

Actually i had my iphone os upgraded so i made a backup prior.. After the upgrade, instead of restoring data back the iphone made a new backup, overwriting my last backup, so now all my data is gone and when i went to appdata, oldest backup made is the one made after the upgrade! So i am looking for an undo of that backup, kind of a system restore for itunes.. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can drag them out of the trash folder to wherever you wish. There is no automatic way to restore them.
If you have a recent backup of your computer (at the risk of preaching, everyone should have one), restore them from there.

You can't download pictures from iCloud by logging into icloud.com. If you deleted pictures from camera roll AND photo stream, the only possibility is preforming a restore from an iCloud backup, assuming the backup has the pictures in it. (Many users have been unable to restore and get back their pictures.)
If the restore doesn't have all the pictures, then they are gone.
In the future, use photo stream to sync photos from an iPhone to a computer, then copy the photos on the computer from the photo stream album into a permanent album. Photo stream pics stay there only for 30 days, and only up to 1000 photos are stored. Don't use photo stream as a storage medium, it's only for copying photos from one device to another. Always copy (either via USB cable or photo stream) to a computer and then move to an album.

Well, in iTunes, if you had not changed to sync notes to Outlook, that would answer that question. I sync my notes to my Outlook and have never had an issue. The only thing you need to watch is your archive setting. If you have notes set to archive after a certain amount of time, you will find that after non-use on the iPhone, they can seem to disappear. They will just not sync back, but are kept in the archive of Outlook. They are never deleted unless you actually delete them.

Also, before updating, I used to go into the browser cache and copy the temporary file for a video (detected by refreshing the cache window) to another folder when the vid was finished playing, then I would add the .flv extension and *snap* I have the video saved. The cool thing about this was that I could skip forward in a video such as a news program to the segment I want, whereas with video downloaders I must save the whole thing. Since updating, the cache folder is full of dozens of folders, which each contain folders, which each contain multiple temp files, so it's MUCH harder to snatch the temp file without using the search feature specifying the date and size. Your camera roll photos and other data and settings would be restored by restoring your backup to a replacement iPhone. If it's an iCloud backup, it will also restore your purchased apps and other media.

You can't chose what to include/exclude with a restore, you can restore the whole backup (including settings) or not restore. I'm assuming that the passcode was on the iPhone when you last backed up, in which case (apart from remembering it) the only way to remove the code is to restore back to factory defaults.
