I recently did a restore on my computer losing all my iTunes Apps. Thus, Right now, I have games on my iPod Fifth Generation but, not on my computer. Since iTunes removed the games from the store, Is there any way possible to move the games from my iPod back to my computer?

Yes. With your iPod plugged in and appearing in iTunes, choose File -> Transfer Purchases.

Yes, my computer was backed up. for reasons way too complicated to go into here, these particular folders were not part of the backup.

Sync the music from yur iTujes library on yur coputer to the iPod.
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod.... and follow the instructions.

Copy everything from your old copmputer, or your backup copy of your old copmputer to your new one.

I need help, I forgot my restrictions passcode and I need to delete everything from my ipod...is there anything I can do to solve this besides going in one by one and erasing everything manually? Is here any way I can retrieve my passcode?

If the passcode wasn't on the iPod when you last synced/backed it up on your computer's iTunes then you should be able to restore to that backup - if it was on the iPad at that time then restoring will restore/keep that passcode lock.
Otherwise to restore the iPod back to factory defaults : Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings - that will remove everything from the iPod

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer/files/docs/pics/music/etc, for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases
Once the music is in itunes on your computer, then you can sync to your iphone.

I have a third generation 40GB iPod with most of the music on it (ripped from CD's etc.)
