Is there any way to actually get a tech on a chat or phone call?

I have been trying to find out why I can't download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, and I just seem to be caught in an endless cycle. Every time I think I am going to get a contact number, I just get sent back to the beginning. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know where they are hiding their tech support number?

Thanks for the tip. Through perseverance, I managed to install it, but not before having to go back to the seed installation, CS33. Perhaps security, but you'd think confirmation of the CS6, CS5.5 CS5.1, with a tag containing the seed installation code would suffice. Fortunately the made getting your account information easier.
Having to re install Quicktime required some digging as well because Apple somehow wiped the purchase history of this item from the store. I had PDF’d a copy of the Receipt. Google NIK, re install, they have the record, send you a link download the latest, done
