Is there any way to cancel the iTunes Match renewal after the transaction?
Hey everyone,
My iTunes match has just automatically renewed even though I'm about 90% sure that I deactivated it when I reinstalled iTunes due to the fact that iTunes match would make it crash every time...
I really can't justify spending £20 on something that I'm never going to use and I think it's kind of naughty of Apple not to send me an email before. I can't really say that I'm surprised with the way I've been treated as a customer since I got my iPhone.
But yeah, is there any way to cancel it and get a refund AFTER the renewal or is that completely unheard of?
You can always try contacting iTunes support and seeing if they will reverse the transaction. I would think that iTunes Match would show up on the Report a Problem page. Note: it's at the support agent's discretion on whether they'll issue a refund since the store policy is that all sales are final.

If it isn't listed there, you can try contacting iTunes Store support through https://getsupport.apple.com/

i live in a home with two other people, and one housemate tried to sync up his content from iTunes and iCloud onto another housemate's new iPad. the iTunes library only contains my content. is there any way to retrieve the other person's iCloud? Can they go out of my account? Their content is saved on their iPads, but can another iCloud be on the same home computer?
The syncing of music is one way, computer to phone. See this helpful document from a fellow user. Credit goes to the author.

I have downloaded a Audio Book from Itunes Store, but rencently i have had to reinstall windows, is there any way to re-download the audio book from Itunes, i know that the audio books are one time downloads, but is there any way to get the audio book back as i have already paid for it once and i would not like to pay for it twice.
If you haven't got a backup copy and if it's still in the store then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (there is no guarantee that they will) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Hi,
I had my iphone stolen a few weeks ago which had quite a lot of music on that I had downloaded from itunes via my phone but had not synced with itunes on my computer.
Is there any way to access the music now or is it lost? Thanks xBy any chance, did you have the Find My iPhone app installed prior to it being stolen?

Hopefully you had your iTunes purchases backed up to an external source such as an external drive or CD's? -
Ok so I cant open my Itunes due to Windows Error 2 and the message says to uninstall and re-install Itunes but I'm pretty sure that would wipe the library right? Is there any way to fix the problem and keep my library?
Hi neffn!
I have an article for you that can help you go through that process of uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. If you have Windows 7, you will want to see this article:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923
and if you are using Windows XP, you will want to reference this article:
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925
Note that, as it says in those articles:
iTunes Store purchases or songs imported from CDs are saved in your My Music folder by default and are not deleted by removing iTunes. While it is highly unlikely that you will lose any contents of your iTunes Library when following these steps, it is always a good idea to ensure that your iTunes library is backed up. If you're unsure how to backup, see iTunes: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Have a good one!

See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

i just got a pair of mobile theatre glasses, and when i tried to download a movie from itunes onto it it said "file not supported", is there any way to change the codec of movies on itunes to mpeg2?
Suggestions to Apple will be best submitted through the iTunes feedback page. Your comments will be most likely to get to the proper people within Apple that way.

Is there any way to recover lost iTune I purchased from the itunes store?
Is there any way to recover my iTunes Library without re-purchasing all the songs-library was lost in PC problems.
Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time; you can see what content you can download here:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085
You can also re-download content using an iOS device.
For more information, see:

Forum Tip: Since you're new here, you've probably not discovered the Search feature available on every Communities page, but next time, it might save you time (and everyone else from having to answer the same question multiple times) if you search a couple of ways for a topic, both in the relevant forums and in the Apple Knowledge Base, before you post a question. -
Is there any way to download the full iTunes app on my iPad just like the one on my iMac?
The iTunes app on my iPad will not allow me to create wish lists nor does it have the my alerts or just added features. It is like an abbreviated version of iTunes. Is there any way to get the complete version like the one I have on my iMac?
No.
iTunes on the iPad is a store only and iTunes on a Mac is the media player as well as a storgae library for all of your purchased content.
The preinstalled apps cannot be deleted, redownloaded or updated either. Updates for the preinstalled apps come with the iOS updates. -
Like the subject line says - I set up a new account in itunes. Put in my personal information (credit card, address) but - when it came time to provide my email address - I gave one that does not belong to me (similar to my name but not my correct address). Is there any way to retrieve the information I inputted OR put in my correct email address?
Thanks.go to appleid.apple.com. Click on manage my acct. sign in using the email you provided (even if it is wrong, it is the one you provided, so technically it is your username.) Once you sign in, it should have your details right there, it will say "apple ID and primary email address" and to the irgh of that, it will say edit. choose edit, and provide the correct info.

Is there any way to rebuild the database in iTunes?
I've moved my iTunes Library to another hard drive for more space and now it has lost track of the location of many of the songs on the new drive. I have set up the location of the drive in Preferences/Advanced, but it has no effect. Is there any way to rebuild the entire iTunes database at the same time so it is not necessary to locate each of the songs individually?
Hello there, MataPunk.
The following Knowledge Base article has great guidelines for recreating an iTunes Library:

my iphone is stolen .. is there any way to know the numbe of the person going to use in the future .. I have the serial no. and every thing .. and it is registered under my name and my information with iTunes ??
If you had find my iphone activated on the iphone itself before it was stolen, then you may be able to track it.
Otherwise, there is nothing you can do.
Sorry.
Report it to the police and your wireless carrier and change your password. -
I am a Norwegian iTunes user, and have purchased various songs on various devices (MabBook, iPhone, iMac).
I'm getting sick and tired of not being able to sync my purchases to all devices.
- Is there any way to provoke the progress of getting services like Match in my country too?Primarely i was thinking about http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085.
But i think the lack of automatic downloads is an automatic result of not being able to use the cloud for music/video.
You might not be aware of this, but there's currently no way for me (and many others) to have the same files on more than one device (unless paying for another copy).
