Is there any way to disable the popup message I get when I print to a PDF?

When I print to a pdf by selecting the Adobe PDF Converter as my printer, I always get a popup in my tray "Your PDF file 'document name' has been created".
This is annoying when I printing a bunch of different documents at a time. I know the PDF has been created because it opens up, so why the popup?
HOW DO I DISABLE THIS POPUP???

If you're talking about the balloon tip that appears in the tray area, I don't know of a way to disable it for just Acrobat, but you can for all programs by modifying the registry: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307729

if my understanding is right you want to disable the users for 2 days for any reason let say he is on holiday for 2 days then why dont u lock this user and submit the job for unlock after two days.

The thing is: I love AIR, hate spark, loved the 2006 pre-spark functionality. It is so much more convenient and user friendly. Given the choice between having the display seperate from the processing, or having it be convenient and easy to work with, I choose the later option.
For the most part it seems like the AIR api is like a layer on top of the spark - flex system.. I would like to be able to over lay the same AIR functionality on top of the the old system....

Since I never scroll by dragging the scroll bars with the cursor, I find the expansion of the scroll bars to be a distracting and even productivity limiting feature. Is there any way to disable the expansion of the scroll bars (perhaps with a terminal command)? System Preferences doesn't have an option to switch this feature off as far as I'm concerned.

Is there any way to disable the use of the "Delete" key to delete an email message?

It's very frustrating when I hit the delete key and iCloud automatically erases the selected email message. I receive some HTML formatted emails that include a text box that I can utilize to directly reply to something. If I don't make any mistakes at all, I can utilize this box and post a reply. But if I mess up and need to delete text, instead of deleting text iCloud deletes the email message. Is there any way to disable this?

I don't believe it's possible to disable the delete key, but could be wrong. However, if you delete an email in error, you can restore it by pressing cmd + Z to undo the deletion.

You're confusing a direct answer with a rude one. Wjosten's reply wasn't rude. It was accurate and direct, without any sugercoating. You can't get the device to operate the way that you want (lock the screen, but not really 'lock' the screen). It's not a 'screensaver' like on your computer. It's a lock screen, designed to prevent accidental activation of the device screen, and possibly launching apps, making phone calls, etcetera.
If you want an option added that allows the device to do what you want, tell Apple.

Go to the settings menu and find the accessibility options. You can turn off the VoiceOver feature.
Odd though as that is off by default.

Since version 28.0 of Mozilla Firefox, our word prediction software Skippy can no longer interact with Mozilla. It seems like additional security measures were taken to disallow software from picking up what is being typed and sending new text to Firefox. Is there any way to circumvent this or is there an advanced option that can disable this functionality? Or could there be any other cause?

Is there any way to disable the "Device Configuration" Screen under ccmuser options screen?

I am running Communications Manager 7.1.5.31900-3 and I am trying to enable users to set their own PIN numbers. The only way I know that this can be done is through CCM (not good from admin burden) and the User Options Screen. The problem with the Cisco User Options Screen is that the "Device Configuration" screen contains a lot of options that I do not want the users to see, so I would like to be able to disable this screen and just leave the users with a change PIN screen. Is there any way you can do this?

Thanks for that I did have a look at this setting and although you can disable most settings it does not seem you can disable the "Device Configuration" section. Do you have any other ideas on how you might be able to do it or is it impossible?
