Is there any way to fix the Notes from disappearing?

this is not the first time this has happened to me....i'll make some notes out and then i go to look at them and they're gone!...WTH is going on here...? Anyway to fix the problem if it's on my end? Maybe i'm doing something wrong? But i see there is a lot of problems with it so maybe it's some glitch with Apple? Anyway any help is appreciated!

Here is the problem.
Let's say you have a window that's sized to, say, 400x300, and you want to grab that window. You hit SHIFT-CMD-4, then tap SPACE, then click on the window.
Up until OS X 10.5, you would get an image file on your desktop that, when opened, contained a 400x300 graphic of that window.
Starting with 10.5, when you open that image you get an image that's LARGER than 400x300 and contains the window plus the shadow that OS X puts around it, with transparency.
Yes, they look great when you post them in documents with any color background. But that's only useful if you have an actual design-need for a drop shadow. Believe it or not, there are countless instances where a drop shadow is NOT needed or wanted. This means that I have to edit every file to remove the drop shadow which is a waste of time. Before Apple forced the drop shadow, I had the choice of whether to include a drop shadow or not when I work with the file in InDesign, and the drop shadow would work beautifully in any color background.

Note that, as it says in those articles:
iTunes Store purchases or songs imported from CDs are saved in your My Music folder by default and are not deleted by removing iTunes. I think those contacts still in iphone database. So you can back up you iphone with itunes to get iphone database off your iphone. Then access the SQLite batabse.

What happened to your metadata? Are you sure the metadata is gone?
In theory, file carving could be attempted on the data LUNs, but you would need a tool that understands how Xsan lays out data across LUNs in a stripe group and hope your fragmentation isn't too bad. I doubt such a tool exists, but if one does it almost certainly is not publicly available. You should probably contact a data recovery service with experience recovering data from Xsan. Do that before you do anything else if this data is really important.

Are you talking about the Time Remaining display on the side bar? The text for that field is in the Modify Text Labels... tool in the Theme Editor of Presenter. You can change it to whatever you want, but you may want to keep a record of what the default text labels are, as there is no restore to default option. The Elapsed Time field is what you would want to change. I have seen this modified to show no text, copyright information or other general info.

Just a random question. Whenever my MacBook Pro starts up (either from sleep or a complete/fresh start, the OS queries the drive slot to see if there is a disc present. While this may be normal behavior, it seems to slow down the start up process. (I rarely ever have a disc in the drive). Just curious if this, in fact, normal, or if there's something awry.

now develop a server using ServerSocket and connect it in local IP and any PORT
For example i think ur server is connected in "localhost" and 9000 port.
Now make ur server educated using some commands.
