Is there any way to get my old iTunes library that is saved on my Spotify into my new iTunes library?

Best Buy screwed me and lost everything, so since my Spotify was linked through my Facebook when I re-installed Spotify it was all still there. So, I was wondering if there was any way to put my music back into my iTunes library? I tried authorizing it and that didn't help at all. I clearly know nothing about any of this.

If I understand it correctly Spotify has indexed the media you like, and you can stream it again to the Spotify app on demand within the terms of your subscription. It won't give you access to downloadable copies of your tracks.
If you have an Apple device see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device, otherwise see HT2519: Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store.

    Yes....
    On the new computer, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click click Store / Authorize This Computer.
    Then re download your iTunes purchases.

  • Is there any way to get the server app other that through the app store. We do not have our system conneted to a network. I typical downloaded items on a non-apple system.

    is there any way to get the server app other than through the app store. The system that I need it on are not connected to the internet.
    We run a closed-loop network of apple systems and I tipically downloaded updates on a non-apple system that was on the internet.
    Any ideas?

    I did buy the server app, went to the app store to download it. This system I'm using for downloads is Snow Leopard 10.6.8, it shows that I can download it but only as an Install which says I need 10.8. I can't seem to find a way for it to just download as a package or .dmg file so that I can copy it to DVD/CD or flash drive.

  • Is there any way to get around using iTunes.7 with a Nano (secnd gen)?

    I, like many others received a pretty new Nano from Santa, but was disappointed to find that.. it doesn't seem to be usable!
    I have a iMac (os x 10.2.8) and a iBook G4 (os x 10.3.7)
    BUT as I'm sure you're aware, I can't update the iTunes on either to version 7 because it's only compatible with 10.3.9 or higher..
    As I am only a poor design student, there is no way I can afford a new os, so my question is really, what the subject said, is there any way I can get around using iTunes to put music on my iPod? or am I pretty much screwed?
    Any suggestions would be really aprechiated! I just want to be able to use it!
    Thanks

  • HT1766 If you had already restored your ipod touch without backing up, is there any way to get your old data back?

    Somehow, all my ipod touch's music was deleted so I restored it but forgot to back up. Now around a term past but I still don't how to get my old data back. Now the music thing still doesn't work so I don't know what happened. Maybe my itunes is stuffed??

    i wanna know if my warranty covers it
    No. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that develop after purchase. Your dogs' mauling is neither of those.
    if it doesnt how much it will cost
    A Google search for "ipod touch 2g parts" returned this. There are others you can find yourself.

  • Is there any way to get an old copy of CS3?

    I need to recompile an Actionscript 2 project (one line change only).  It seems Adobe no longer provide downloads for older versions, and the latest version doesn't support AS2.
    Do I have to buy a copy on ebay?
    Thanks

    Hi abrahapr,
    You can try downloading Adobe CS3 from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html
    But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

  • Is there any way to get at a result set that only has one entry when using

    And please dont tell me its because of the driver... I know this but cant do anything about it
    Using Access the only method available is rs.next() and I think that when the statement is prepared it goes to the first (and only) row, so when it executes the cursor is in the wrong place....
    Maybe someone could show me some code that stores the rs in somethingI can search through... Theres been some mention of vectors and hashtables but I've not used them (yet)!
    String fName = "empty";
    String query = "SELECT * FROM Committee WHERE UName LIKE ?";
    java.sql.PreparedStatement statement = connection.prepareStatement(query);
    statement.setString(1,user);
    java.sql.ResultSet rs = statement.executeQuery();
    while (rs.next())
    fName = rs.getString("FirstName");
    out.println("first: " + fName);
    This prints nothing
    However when I use:
    java.sql.Statement statement = connection.createStatement();
    java.sql.ResultSet rs = statement.executeQuery(""SELECT * FROM Committee WHERE UName LIKE 'pippip' ";
    It does!
    The user variable is printed onto the page to test it exists -which it does
    And it cant be sending null to the database or else I'd get a null pointer or sql exception...
    Its driving me nuts!!!

    Like is only used when you want to compare approximate values using wild cards.
    You however are not using wildcards.
    If you want to do an exact match then you should use '='. If you want to approximate matches then you should use a wildcard: '%' or '_'.
    java.sql.PreparedStatement statement =

  • My one year old disabled my iphone 5 so i need to "connect it to itunes" as the screen directs. I know how to do this with my laptop but it says i will be doing a factory reset. is there any way to get my phone open without losing everything?

    Long story short, my one year old disabled my iphone5 and I need to "connect to itunes" as the screen instructs. I went through the steps and it says that I will be doing a factory reset and I will lose everything. Is there any way to get my phone open without losing everything?? I'm mainly concerned about my pictures and videos.

    Once the Device is in Recovery Mode... it is too late to save anything...
    To minimise loss... after the successful Recovery... Restore from the most recent Backup...

  • HT1212 my phone screen is broken and I bought a new phone but I want to get everything off my old phone. It will not sync to i tunes because it has a passlock on it. Is there any way to get passed this?

    My iphone screen and lock button are broken, I bought a new phone and want to get all the information off my old phone. My old phone will not sync with itunes because it has a pass code on it. I have no way to enter the pass code. Is there any way to get around this so I can still retrieve my information from it?

    If you are using the computer that you normally sync with, it should sync without entering the passcode. However, if this is not the computer you normally sync with, you cannot get past the passcode, it has to be entered.

  • Is there any way to get all my stuff transfered from my old broken iphone to a new one

    Guess you have your answer.  Maybe next time you'll read the User Guide and use the phone as recommended so this doesn't happen again.

  • My iphone 5 has restored to an old backup after updating to ios 7 is there any way of getting my stuff back as this has now become the most recent back up?

    my iphone 5 has restored to an old backup after updating to ios 7 is there any way of getting my stuff back as this has now become the most recent back up?
    also since the update it keeps resetting itself? i had a lot of stuff on there that i really wanted and alot of important info lost? please help!!

    You might be able to remove the recent backup from the backups folder and the old one should be usable at that point
    USE EXTREAME CAUTION WHEN ACCESS THE FILES AND DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
    Note: The "~" represents your Home folder. If you don't see Library in your home folder, Option-click the Go menu.
    Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
    Note: To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, and choose Run. Type %appdata% and click OK.
    Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

    No. When you restored the backup of the old computer it wiped out everything on the phone.

  • Is there any way to access my old my verizon account to retrieve old text messages from my own old account from 8 months ago?  I am getting a divorce and I need info off of that account for my hearing to prove what he did.

    Is there any way to access my old my Verizon account to retrieve old text messages from my own old account from 8 months ago?  I am getting a divorce and I need info off of that account for my hearing to prove what he did.

    What do you mean by "when I brought the messages up back in March"?
    Were the messages on your phone? Simply because messages are on your phone does not mean they are still on Verizon's servers. You use internal phone memory to store messages on your phone. The messages do not stay on Verizon's servers until you delete them from your phone.
    On the other hand, if you still have your phone and have not reset it since you stopped using it, the texts may still be on your phone. Good luck.
