A slideshow widget doesn't have the ability to "Scale to fill" page option, only to scale to fit or fill a specific size that the user determines.
One work around is to create a animated gif sequence using the Photoshop Animate feature then import the .gif file using the browser fill option feature, unfortunatley, even at 15 (14.97) frames a second, it would be a very large file. (animating 3 images at say 960 pixels wide would cost you about 15Meg at 15 frames per second)

the average Java XML parser will accept an InputStream, so just open an URLConnection to the webpage, get the inputstream from it and feed that inputstream to the XML parser. If the URL has valid XML data, it will get parsed without problems.

I can think of two possible stumbling blocks:
What are your 8.6 options for "byte order" and "prepend array or string size"?
Overall, many file IO functions have changed with LabVIEW 8.0, so there might not be an exact 1:1 code conversion. You might need to make some modifications. For example, in 7.1, you should use "write file", the "binary file VIs" are special purpose (I16 or SGL). What is your data type?

You reformatted the drive in your computer. The backup files you want to access were overwritten when you re-formatted the drive. They are gone. There may be data recovery services that can get them back. Search google if you want. This has absolutely nothing to do with using an iPhone at this point. You deleted files on your computer...

Buy yourself a backup drive. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is structured around you maintaining your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, matching the device content to the content on the computer. The exception is purchased content.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.

I have an ipad2 but would also like to be able to read purchased books on my PC (XP). Itunes does display the books I've purchased but I haven't been able to figure out how to read them using the PC. Is there any way to do this or is this just a 'feature' that apple thinks will make me a 'fan'?

Thanks roaminggnome... I was afraid of that. Sigh... The corporate understanding of what's 'proprietary' vs. what is flexible and useful amazes me. Especially when they express amazement and outrage over market loss when someone else comes along with a product which does this. That's usually when they go to congress for a 'law' to protect their corporate butts. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Yes you can view any past period data loaded to PSA. For this follow following steps:
1. Right click on the datasource
2. Select option "Manage"
3. This will give you the list of PSA requests loaded for that datasource
4. On the top of requests list you will find an option to provide a date for selection "Requests Newer Than"
5. Please enter the date starting from which you want to see the requests loaded in this selecion
6. In your case please enter yesterday's date.

Is there any way to read a ......... password on my iPad?

I just bought an iPad Air and my Ymail account keeps asking for my password, however I must have forgotten it , my iPad3 is still receiving mail from my Ymail account but I have agreed to sell it to a friend, to complicate matters my rescue email address held at Ymail is obsolete.
My question to the community is:
Is there any way to 'see' the password in settings on my iPad3, so that I can put it into my iPad Air?

Thanks for your replies guys, luckily I found the password on my Mac Book Air from which I set up the Ymail account originally and it was the same password that I had entered on the iPad Air but for some reason it didn't accept it, so I started second guessing myself! Happy ending

You say your phone will not sync but then you say, "when it does sync."
Does it sync or not? Did you remember to select music to sync onto your phone before clicking on Apply or Sync?
You do have to have iTunes on your computer in order to sync your phone. And your music must be in iTunes.

I have an older Macbook (I think 2008?) and I have Snow Leopard 6.8 but now the iTunes store is saying I cannot download Mountain Lion because my computer doesn't support it. I need to redownload songs from the last month. Is there any way to do this through itunes?

I had to get a new ipod touch through a warranty because of technical problems so I could not transfer my last few purchases (about one month). Is there any way that I would be able to get these downloads back with out redownloading my entire library.

iTunes on the iPad is a store only and iTunes on a Mac is the media player as well as a storgae library for all of your purchased content.
The preinstalled apps cannot be deleted, redownloaded or updated either. Updates for the preinstalled apps come with the iOS updates.
