Is there any way to recover phots that were deleted but not backed up?
My phone went crazy and the only thing Icould get it to do was restore to the original settings. I've got my contacts back but I never backed up my photos. Is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately no. If you had photo stream turned on berfore this happened you could sign into the same iCloud account on your phone and turn it on again to see if any of your photos are still there, but chances are they aren't.

Is there a way to recover pictures that were deleted on the i Pad 2 ??
Is there a way to recover pictures that were deleted on the i Pad 2 ?
Only if you have a copy of them e.g. if they were on your iPad when you last backed then you can try restoring to that backup. But unlike on a computer there is no trashcan or recycle bin on an iPad, once they are deleted from an iPad then they are gone from it.

My daughter's iPhone was stolen. Is there any way to recover photos that she would have backed up to the Cloud? Note, we did not have photoshare running.
Camera roll photos are included in the backup. The backup includes:
Photos and videos in the Camera Roll
Device settings (for example: Phone Favorites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calendar accounts)
App data
Home screen and app organization
Messages (iMessage, SMS, and MMS)
Ringtones
Visual Voicemails

I reset my ipad, is there any way to recover something that was in my notes app?
I reset my ipad2 for donation and realized that i had a very important story in the notes app. is there any way to recover the info???? i know it is a long shot - but thought i would ask?
jstaffo1You can go to iCloud.com to see if your notes ever made it to the server.
Or you can check to see if you have an iTunes back up on the computer.
If you do have a back up, you could restore from it to see if the notes happened to get saved.
How to restore from back up: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 -
I did not back up the iPod and then i restored it thinking my pictures should stay in the icloud but after the restore was done i realized that those pictures had been deleted but many other pictures had been kept. Also those pictures were not taken with my iPod they were taken with my bestfriends iPod but because of a situation she had to delete them so she sent them to me through imessage so I am wondering if there is a way to recover them.
If they are not there after restoring from backup then your only hope is:

Is there any way to retrieve photos that were put in the trash can and then it was emptied? Or is there a way to move photos from an imovie to iphoto?
If you've emptied the trash, ehtn no. However if you have a backup, like Time Machine, or a recent backup copy of your photo library you could recover the photos from the trash.
The answer to getting a snapshot form iMovie depends on what version you have.
I should add it technically may be possible to recover the emptied trash, but if you really want to do that you would need to download a utility software that can attempt to recover deleted files. Do it soon before you start writing more data to that disk. At the moment I don't have a recommendation for such a program. Maybe someone else out there will offer suggestion. -
hello, my question is to forget the questions to buy in the store is there any way to recover it, because hey tried but there is only option to reset the password and no questions
Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

is there any way i can do that? i have a back up from 2 days ago and i don't have my iCloud sync with my photo
When restoring from the backup, whatever is included with the backup from two days ago should be restored which includes photos/videos in the Camera Roll at the time of the backup along with all other data included with the backup at the time of the backup two days ago.

Is there any way to recover photos you have deleted from iphoto trash;ie emptied trash..
Depends on the version of iPhoto - some details would help us help you
If you have iPhoto '11 then the photos go from the iPhoto trash to the system trash and you can recover them there and import backinto iPhoto
Otherwise you you are looking at data recovery software like file salvage http://subrosasoft.com/software/filesalvage or a data recovery service

Is ther a way to retrieve things that were in the note app they seem to be gone after I updated my iPad
No, there is no re-cycling bin on the iPad. If you deleted them from the card, and you havn't yet re-used the card, then there may be recovery software that you can get for your computer that might be able to get them back.

Is there any way to recover photos that you've lost?
so I edited a lot of pictures and saved them somewhere in my external hard drive, but don't know where, i'm afraid i might have overlaid the folder with a previous version of it… so, my question is, is there any way to see where you've saved your edited pictures, or, does photoshop save it in somewhere else besides the folder that you've "save as…"'ed ? thanks very much!
For the future may I suggest a little thing we computer geeks like to call...
Backup!
DVD writers are cheap. Media is cheap. External hard drives are cheap. There's no excuse but laziness for not having backed up your valuable or irreplaceable data!
Do it today.
