Is there any way to reorder uploaded content?

I haven't seen any documentation, but it seems that media is presented in the order it was uploaded. Is there any way to re-order the media so that if chapter 1, then 3, then 2 were uploaded, you can switch the order of chapter 2 and then 3, for instance?

I haven't found any easy way to do it yet, and I didn't see anything in the docs that described a function we haven't seen yet.
That said, one work around is click on the "Upload Files" link in iTunes U. That launches a browser window which lets up transfer files between courses, but you can also transfer a file to itself. When you do that, the file shows up at the bottom of file list for that course. So with a little forethought, you could re-order the courses that way.

Thanks blairrorani. I tried dragging the layers like this yesterday (seemed like the most obvious thing), but couldn't get them to move at all. But after looking at this video, I just tried it again, and it worked! So thanks for the info.
I wonder if my inability to move the layers had something to do with the pen connection? I found when my Adonit Jot Touch was connected I had trouble with the long touch fill as well. When I just now successfully reordered the layers, I did not have my pen connected.

What do you mean by "disappeared?" If you had synced your iPod touch with your computer, iTunes automatically makes a backup of your iPod so you could try restoring from that. The music would then also be in your iTunes Music Library on your computer so you can sync it back to your iPod.

Is there any way to set a content font in Safari 6.0?

I just upgraded to Safari 6.0 a few minutes ago and ran into my first problem almost immediately. Is there any way to specify the font I want to use for posting in Blogspot? It had been set to a certain font and size in Safari's preferences before I upgraded, but the new version is stuck on Times 12 (which I hate) with no way to change it. (When I use Firefox, there's a "content" setting in preferences that lets me set Georgia 16.)

Nope, you haven't lost your mind...yet, though we may both be driven nuts looking for features and settings which have apparently been renamed, replaced or removed. For those of us laggards who have utilized Apple's OS X apps since they were originally compiled in NeXTStep or OpenStep, but have not yet made the leap into iOS (yes…incredible isn't it?), the enforced integration of the two can generate digital backlash.
This morning I turned to a PDF version of Pogue's most recently published Missing Manual (900+ pages for $13) and still cannot find any reference to how one sets fonts in Safari 6.0…perhaps someone with a greater attention span than I will point me to something I've overlooked? Please...?

I have performed a Discovery search for aduting purpose an dI wonder if I can backup to ta tape the content of the resulst stored on on the Dicosver Search mailbox, to save space on my Exchange servers cluster

Yes, you can take backup to tape, if you are already taking regular backup of your Exchange database then you don't have to really worry about taking additional backup for this mailbox.
Second option is to export the content to a PST.

I'm not sure what happned either but If you are doing this via iTunes, iTunes should have backed up the iPad first. It can take a good bit of time when you update with iTunes on your computer because iTunes downloads and installs the entire iOS all over again. If you are running iOS 5 on the iPad, and you will be now, you can update OTA via WiFi in the future and the process takes far less time since you will only be downloading an incremental update.
If you are syncing on a regular basis with iTunes, you should have a recent backup. In the worst case scenario, you should be able to restore from the backup. And as stated aboce, you can download all apps again and virtually all purchased content from iTunes (if you live in the U.S.) and you can always sync your iTunes library back to the iPad.
Let the update finish and see where you are then. Come back if you need help.

I have Robohelp 10. Is there any way to use the content already captured in Robohelp to make a SCORM compliant layout?

My understanding of SCORM is that it is an eLearning standard. As RoboHelp is not an eLearning tool it does not have SCORM capabilitiy. You could use Adobe Captivate that has SCORM compliance and then embed your simulations, etc. into a RoboHelp topic. Maybe you could investigate this track.

Just hold down the Apple key (Command) and drag them to where you want them. If you drag them off the bar, they'll disappear in a puff of smoke!

I want to sync from desktop Firefox to my android browser, NOT the mobile firefox; I can't use mobile firefox. Is there any way to do this?

I want to synch my bookmarks to my Android phone, but nothing I've tried works. Gmarks doesn't work. Xmarks doesn't work, Firefox Snych doesn't work (I am NOT installing Mobile Firefox because it won't work with my phone).

All the apps I see in the "Play" app store for importing bookmarks have pretty bad reviews. What do you think about hosting your bookmarks online and accessing them by loading that page? It is an extra step but might be a useful workaround in the short run. Of course, finding a site that works well also could be a challenge...

There're lots of programs that can help you doing this. Transfer songs from yoou iPod and bought on iTunes Store is even easier, you just need to click "Transfer Purchases" on the left Source Panel.
