Is there any way to return software?
I just bought Moneydance and after trying it for an hour or so, realize this is not at all what I wanted. Is there any way to get a refund? Can I return it?
Apple considers all sales to be final.
But Apple has been known to offer each account one refund. So if you feel that this is the app that you want to use your one possible refund on, wait until the email receipt for the app arrives and use the report a problem link on the receipt to request a refund.

Usually this error occurs when trying to downgrade the iOS or in a previously jailbroken phone. In this case, you cannot get help here. The internet and Google are your best friends.

Is there any way to set Software Update to ignore a particular packages?
If Software Update identifies a new version of something which I don't want to install, is there any way of making it ignore that update when it checks next time.
It's not unusual for minor updates to include no security fixes, no fixes for defects which affect me and no additional functionality. In these cases I'd rather not update but I haven't been able to find anyway to stop Software Update from prompting me to install the same version every time it checks.Thank you for the reply.
That menu item just sets Software Update to ignore that particular version does it? I did spot it but the dialog which it opens says "You will no longer be notified of new versions of this update." which is not a very clear message but "new versions" made me think that clicking "OK" would make it ignore all future updates for the component and not just the particular version I want to skip.
Sorry, maybe my original post wasn't very clear that it I just want to skip versions I don't see a need to install, not permanently ignore certain apps/components. -

Does anyone know (even though I have talked with Applecare - and they can't help) how to get rid of the new Safari 6 and return to the previous one? I am having such a frustrating time with this new Safari that I feel I must drop it completely and go to a brower like Firefox. I am constantly frustrated with the long bar for both search and address and I keep trying to return to previous pages and find myself back to my desktop again and again. I feel like I have lost many capabillites and experience absolutely no advantages to this "update."
yes, like dominic23 said. if u have a older version saved on an external hard drive from backing up thru time machine u can do a clean erase and recover thru time machine and just re do all your updates and apps and what not. that's what i did. i found 5.1.7 by googling it because apple has pulled it from their site. GOOD LUCK!

Is there any way to revert the header from Premiere Pro CC 2014.1 back to CC 2014?
For the most part, I like the UI change. It's sleek and easier on the eyes with emphasis in the right parts of the panels, but there's one thing I'd like to revert back to CC 2014...
It's the new header. The line attached to the header is no longer lined up with the header, instead it's one frame behind. This works fine for the most tasks, however when I go to mark up audio zoomed all the way in, having the line so off from where the playhead is makes everything harder to visualize and usually incorrect on the first attempt. Is there any way to return the line back to the center of the header?

Thanks!I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a "Previous Version" to go from CC2014.2 back to CC 2014.1. This did not work however. Rather than have the option to update to 2014.2 the fresh install was already updated to version 2.
Anyone else know how to revert to the original CC 2014 or version 1?

When you get a call it has some small icons of reminding and message and one white ugly "slide to answer" bar.*** seriously?
People complained about the green bar in IOS 7.0.3. You can't please everyone with everything. Deal with it and move on. Or you can just get a Droid phone and suffer through the bizarre interface changes.
A lot of people would really appreciate a release with the old interface back.
People complained about every interface change that Apple has tried. As I said earlier, you can't please everyone with everything. The interface is what it is, learn it, deal with it, or move on to something more to your liking. I think they still make flip phones. -

I am working with a modified version of the example "Acquire N - Multi-Analog Software Trig.vi" in Labview. The example retrieves data from 6 input channels each time an analog trigger occures. Is there any way to software trig (if possible with different treshold on each channel) on all channels in a logical OR-function?
Unfortunately you can only configure a trigger for a single channel. You could, in software, create a multiple-channel software trigger, but it will not be nearly as efficient.
Here is what you could do. You could call the the AI Start VI and AI Read VI in a while loop like the "Acquire-N-Multi-Analog Software Trig VI" but you would not be able to use the conditional retrieval part of the code. Initially, you could read only a few values from each channel and be comparing those values to each individual threshold within the loop. When all of the values have reached the thresholds, you could change (increase) the amount of values being read by AI Read.
This method would always be reading from the channels, but would not be returning a lot of data until all of
the channels have reached their threshold. Just a suggestion. I hope this helps.

Recently when I open my Mac the screen stays black until I press the start button a few times. Usually at this point it's in sleep mode. This time, however, the computer restarted completely, losing any word documents that I had left open prior. Is there any way I can recover these files without a purchase of a data recovery software? I've tried looking in the 'recent' tab, but it didn't save anything I have done in the last week, and finals are this coming week. Please help!
If the system just Restarted on it's own, Shut down while you were working on something then started back up all those changes, edits, you had done in that app, document, are gone.
