Is there any way to see what Guest connections are active?

The DHCP reservation popup only shows connections with full access. I can't see any way to see who/what is connected using a Guest logon. Is there any way to do this?

You can browse it a little more easily with TextWranger. You can also search it:
http://homepage.mac.com/bagelturf/aparticles/library/libtw/libtw.html
See what happens when you restore a vault:
http://homepage.mac.com/bagelturf/aparticles/vaults/vrestore/vrestore.html
It actually renames your existing library and creates a new one.

Can't help you except to point you to the following topic which seems to be directly related to your issue. Be aware that it's quite a long topic to read through...

  • HT1420 Is there any way to see what computers you have authorized?

I'm having trouble figuring out what computers are authorized with my AppleID.  Is there a way to see what computers are currently authorized with my ID?

No. There is no such list.

  • Is there any way to see what was texted?

Is there any way to get a printout of what was said in an sms text? Also when I check my account activity online, it wont show the number that the text message was sent to or received from. Why is that? Please no responses about if I don't trust my child then don't let them text. I am just curious about how to get a full printout of what was being said. The reason I need this is private. Thank you.

If the phone involved is a smartphone, and you can use the app Integrated Messaging from Verizon, then yo can log in to the phone's MyVerizon account and see the messages, and print them out, download them to a spreadsheet, etc.  If you are the parent, the account owner, and this is a minor child, you can set up the MyVerizon account using their number.
If the numbers are not showing up on the detailed view, it could be for a couple of reasons:
It takes 24-48 hours for details to show up - so if it's less than a day, you won'' see specific numbers
If the messages were sent via a texting app or iMessage (on an iPhone) it won't show up under texting, but under data, with no details as to the #'s involved.
If this does not involve a minor child, but another adult, then a court order may be your only other option.

  • Is there any way to see what Get It Now apps were downloaded?

I just recieved my bill... for a HUGE shock. I have 18 charges for get it now downloads! Before I call customer service, I'd like to see if there is anyway I can find out what exactly was downloaded. It is possible that one of my kids got a hold of my phone over the past month, but if they did, they removed everything they downloaded! I'd just like to see what's going on, as this isn't the first time it's happened. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you log in to your MyVerizon account, on the HOME tab, click MyMedia, and it should show you a list of all the apps, ringtones, etc that you (or someone) have downloaded.
If you are on a family plan, it's possible they are using their own phones to download ringtones, music, games, etc.

  • Is there any way to see what I have stored in the Cloud for iTunes?

I am looking to find if some TV shows I bought are in my Cloud. They are in my libarry currently, but I want to make sure that if my computer ever crashes and loses data, that they won't be lost. I am looking for a way to see all the content that is in the Cloud for iTunes, but I have only find the webpage that shows contacts, notes, ect. Anyone know if this is possible? Thanks.

No, Apple very rarely make advance announcements of bug fixes.
You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
Ctrl-B to turn on the menu bar.
Ctrl-S to turn on the sidebar.
Ctrl-/ to turn on the status bar.
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library for the old search behavior.
Alternatively you roll back to iTunes 10.7. If so, first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and supporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.
You might also want to use iTunes Feedback.

  • HT201299 Is there any way to see what apps are consuming the iPad's cellular data?

The rapid usage of my cellular data and resulting drain on battery life has been a real issue since iOS6. If I disable cellular data, things improve dramatically. It would sure be nice to know who the culprit is. Any apps to help with this?
    Thanks!

Never heard of one - the sandboxed nature of iOS would make it impossible to build an app to do so, since apps are isolated from each other and each others data.
All you can do is the trial and error method.
A couple of iOS features to check though, are
Settings - General - About - Advertising - Limit Ad tracking = ON
Settings - General - About - Diagnostics and Usage - DON'T SEND (checked)
Settings - General - About - Date and Time - Time Zone = OFF (uses location services to check if you've crossed a time zone - unnecessary use of location services if you are not travelling outside of any wifi or cell coverage)
Settings - General - Restrictions - Location Services - System Services - all OFF (these involve transmitting location based data out, ie. from your device).

  • Why does my mac have 100 gb of "back up" and 90 gb of "other" memory used up when I have hardly anything on it. Is there any way to identify what those things are that is consuming so much memory?

I have 25 gb of music. 20 gb of movies. 5 gb of pictures. 10 gb of apps. 102 gb of "back up. and 85 gb of "other. which leaves less than 70 gb open on my harddrive.. Why? What is that almost 200 gb of memory? How Do i pinpoint it? I use time machine and an external harddrive to back up my files so what is that? any answers or ideas?

Do not worry about the backups.  They will be deleted automatically after a week, or if your HD gets too full.  See #30 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.
The "other" stuff is just that -- all sorts of things that don't fall into the few categories listed.  The operating system, system work files, plus lots of your stuff like documents, mail, etc.  See Lion's Storage Display

  • Is there any way to see how many users are connected?

I was wondering if there was a way to manage the airport express in such a way that you can see all of the current connected computers, and kick one off if need be.

There is a MacOS utility that can be used to determine the identity (by MAC address only) of all clients connected wirelessly to a Base Station. There is no Windows version of this utility. For information about the MacOS version see:
flatfeet, "How to see attached devices in AEBS?", 10:02pm Oct 17, 2005 CDT
The only way you can "kick off" someone is by either implementing WEP or WPA security and a password (which you would need to distribute to all authorized users), or to implement a MAC address based access list (which requires you to enter the MAC address of the wireless interface of all authorized computers).

I found one other way to do it.  I just deleted them all out of my iTunes library. Now I can re-import them from Window's My Music file with the original artists' names intact.
    Thanks for your help, Matt!

  • When I go to restore my phone; is there any way to pick what you want back on your phone or do you have to get everything backed up?

When I go to restore my phone; is there any way to pick what you want back on your phone or do you have to get everything backed up?

Thank you.  I was afraid of that.  I backed up from iCloud.  I looked at the iTunes one - it had four different ones on there; was hoping I could see because my grandson's phone was redone last year (his mom messed it up then) and didn't know anything was backed up to iTunes.  He lost a lot of stuff that time. I'm just trying to get his phone back to par after someone changed his passcode on him as a joke and forgot what they changed it to a few days ago.  They should change it so one could go in and pick what they want or don't want.  Thank you again for your time.  I do appreciate it.

  • Is there any way to see all available taskflows to use in jdev.

    Hi,
I am developing a ADF application, i want to know if my UI project has consumed a number of other UI (ADF Lib) jars. Is there a way to see all the available taskflows to use in my application which is there due to the imported jars.
To Iterate my question, I have a Ui project say AUI and it has imported BUI and CUI but using only one taskflow from BUI.jar, while BUI and CUI has some more taskflows which I have not used but is there any way to see all of them.
    Thanks
    Vipin

    Hi there,
One thing is to have access to a repository of libraries containing taskflows that you may use within an specific project. Once you import this library into the project usually depending on how you did it, it means that you are using it at some level. In my opinion the best way it to create a connection to your repository and see all the libraries and choose the available taskflows that you might want to include. Instead of searching from the inside out (where is a library used at?) You could always find usages and validate where things are coming from.
Also in future releases we are working on visually displaying those mapping between elements.
Another option for validating what's inside and what's being used could be to use Maven in order to keep all dependencies from your project in order: http://donatas.nicequestion.com/2012/06/using-jdeveloper-maven-integration-to.html

  • HT1420 Is there any way to see the computers authorized on my account so that I can deauthorize only the ones that are no longer functioning?

Is there any way to see which computers are authorized on my account so I can deauthorize the one's we don't have anymore?

You can only do that by deauthorizing all computers then re-authorizing the ones you still own.
De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
      1. Open iTunes on a computer
      2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
      3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
      4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
      5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.
For more information on authorization and de-authorization: iTunes Store- Authorize or deauthorize your Mac or PC.
