Is there any way to slow down playback?

i'm trying to note down times of changes in the music for an animation i'm doing but am new to soundbooth - is there any way of simply slowing down the music file i have to note these down easier?

When I go to  Edit + Preferences, I see a menu on the left.
General Settings:
Show Welcome Screen (checked)
