Is there any way to uninstall iTunes?

Is there any way to un-install iTunes? I have'nt seen any thing in my Start>all programs>iTunes page. Theres nothing there that says "Un-install". Please help! -GIACOBBE

I uniunstalled iTunes by going through the Windows Control Panel (Start - Settings - Control Panel) and then running Add/Remove Programs. Good luck....it didn't work for me and we have the same problem converting more than a few seconds of each song.

Nope. Very least is to have Snow Leopard and the latest iTunes on the Mac.

  • Is there any way to uninstall iOS8.3? It's taking up so much space on my phone.

Is there any way to uninstall iOS 8.3? It's taking up a crazy amount of space on my phone. I keep getting the storage almost full updates, but I have a 32go phone. All my apps and camera Roll oonly use 6gb of storage. Where did the rest of it go?!!

In order to free up space, you might try restoring the phone as new (but you'll still have 8.3...no way to backtrack on that).  You'll have to offload your photos somewhere before doing this, as they'll be wiped, along with your contacts, messages, emails, etc.  But as a last resort, this should take you back to the storage space you had when you bought it.  Someone with more knowledge may know of a better way to free up space.  As I understand it, 8.3 doesn't take appreciably more space than 8.2, so I doubt that's your problem.

  • HT201364 I have OSX 10.5...is there any way to upgrade Itunes so I can sync my new Iphone5c?

I have OSX 10.5...is there any way to upgrade Itunes so I can sync my new Iphone5c?

Syncing the iPhone 5C requires at least Mac OS X 10.6.8. Mac OS X 10.6 DVDs are available at the online Apple Store; they require a Mac with an Intel CPU and at least 1GB of RAM.

  • Is there any way to download itunes to a nokia lumina 900

Is there any way to download iTunes to a Nokia Lumina 900 phone?

    Just to be clear...
As applenerd504 states, iTunes cannot be downloaded onto a Niokia phone, since it is a computer programme, designed to work on either a Mac or a Windows PC.
However, if you mean songs purchased from the iTunes Store (songs), then you need to consult the documentation for your Nokia. Songs purchased from the iTunes Store are in .m4a format (also known as AAC). If your Nokia cannot play .m4a files, then you will need to use iTunes (the programme) to create an MP3 version.

  • Is there any way to use Itunes match on my Iphone without downloading music?

I recently just purchashed Itunes match because I thought it would be a great thing to use on my Iphone considering I have a 16G Iphone 5s and around 47G of music.
All was fine until my phone notified me that I was low on memory. I didn't realise that everytime you played a song through Itunes match, it would automatically download it onto your device (even if you were skipping the song on shuffle).
I was just wondering if there was any way that could be turned off so that there would be no music downloaded on my phone. I thought the main reason for Itunes match was so your music wasn't taking up space on your devices. If this is the case, the fact that a song is downloaded automatically every time you listen to it makes no sense at all.
If there is no way to fix this, there should be. This is ridiculous Apple, and I wouldn't have subscribed to the service if I knew I would have to download every song anyway. (Especially because it's a huge pain to go through and delete the songs off your phone)

  • Is there any way to prevent iTunes from making duplicates of all my tunes?

I've a repeating problem that iTunes duplicates my music files every time I open it. After it had made duplicates (and triplicates) of every tune, I blew away the library, went through my music folder and got rid of all the dupe files, and reimported it into iTunes. I haven't used iTunes since, but when I opened it today to start rebuilding my playlists, it is again making dupes of my files. When I open it, it says it is "Updating iTunes library...', and after it finishes there are more copies of files already there.
    Any way to prevent this?

  • Is there any way to install iTunes on windows 7 without it changing all my desktop shortcuts to iTunes?

I just got a new iPhone 6 and I want to use iTunes to download songs and back my info up on iCloud, but every time I try to install iTunes it replaces all my shortcuts with iTunes! I had to entirely uninstall it last time to be able to use google chrome again. Is there any solution to this problem?

Should you find that all of your desktop shortcuts have turned into links to the iTunes application download and apply the lnk registry fix from www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/19449-default-file-type-associations-restore.html.
