Is there any way to zero off an itunes balance? :(

a friend got me a gift card that could only be used in the US store but now that i'm living in Canada and want to switch my store, they're saying i have to use the remaining balance before i switch?
i have 13cents left on balance, how am i supposed to get rid of that?
any help can be useful.

If you email in to iTunes Store Support they can erase your balance if it's so low you that you can't buy anything.

Hi, sorry if this is a silly question, but when I'm viewing my desktop on the home computer from work (as in I've connected by finding my computer in the finder and hit the "Share Screen" button - is there any way to turn off the display at home? It seems a bit of a waste of power to have the screen on when I'm not actually there - I just need to be able to see all my programs etc on the remote screen in order to use them. I've set up another user on my home Mac and left that one logged in. Now when I connect from work it asks me if I want to share the screen or log on virtually as my user. I think choosing the second option doesn't power up the screen.

Is there any way to turn off the auto formatting in Pages? I just want to type a letter and add pictures and titles, and Pages keeps changing font sizes and doesn't let me "Do it my way". I HATE this!

Is there any way to turn off the auto formatting in Pages? I'm using a blank document, so I figured I could write my letter and add pictures any way I wanted to. But NO! Pages keeps changing the font size! I typed a large heading as a title, and when I try to change to a smaller font for the body of the letter, it changes the size back to the larger size! I am getting SO FRUSTRATED! I've spent over an hour trying to get the stupid program to let me just type my letter! Can anyone help?

The only one left is the "unsubmitted text" dialogue, which would not be a problem if I were not a Facebook user; after updating the "Richard is..." field (which does not require a manual submit to actually send) I get the above message. This is obviously Safari just not realising that the info has been sent and is therefore (I imagine) one for Apple themselves to answer!!

Not being a Facebook User, I'm not sure how to respond to the error situation. However, this would be something to report to Apple as a bug via the Safari Menu. First, open to the page in question, then select "Report Bugs to Apple".

Buy yourself a backup drive. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is structured around you maintaining your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, matching the device content to the content on the computer. The exception is purchased content.

If I understand the question correctly, it is not about turning off keyboard clicks, it's about silencing the beeps made when manually keying in a phone number. With keyboard clicks turned off, the beeps still sound when keying in a phone number. If I'm reading the iPhone User Guide correctly, it explains how to turn off keyboard clicks but not how to silence the beeps when keying in a phone number. The only way I have found to silence the beeps is to put the phone into silent mode.

I liked the idea of having the extra security of a fingerprint sensor, but not if the phone can still be unlocked using only the passcode. Then, what's the point of touch id? Am I missing something here?

What happens if the touch ID sensor gets broken? It is a backup method to get in to your device.
Consider editing your lock screen passcode, changing it from a simple 4 digit code, to a longer more complex password.

What version of the Mac OS are you running (Apple > About this Mac)?
You should be able to delete events in iCal as long as they are not from a "Subscription" calendar. Subscriptions show up on the left hand side of iCal under the "Subscription" category if you have any.
You can tell iCal to not check your mail program for invites by going and unchecking the box found in iCal > Preferences > Advanced > "Automatically retrieve..."

Yes there is!
Simply go into Settings, General, Mobile Data, Turn this off and make sure Data Roaming is also switched off! You can have wifi on and this will no charge your account for the data you use via Wi-Fi!

You reformatted the drive in your computer. The backup files you want to access were overwritten when you re-formatted the drive. They are gone. There may be data recovery services that can get them back. Search google if you want. This has absolutely nothing to do with using an iPhone at this point. You deleted files on your computer...
