Is there anybody that i can complain to about BT?

Despite extensive correspondence with BT Digital Care Complaints and Resolutions, BT continue to bill me for broadband despite me having no Broadband Service from them due to delays in their services! Does anyone know how i can take this complaint higher as at the moment BT are basically doing what they want despite my objections.
I thought about complaing to Ofcom but they dont accept complaints.

    2 weeks and 12 line checks later the fault is still not resolved because I will not accept the charges.
    I believe we have a contract that I pay a premium price for and which BT is not supplying, ie a working network connection.
    Their own tracker shows the fault lies with the BT retail servers, I cannot take time off without 6-8 weeks notice just on the off chance that the engineer might turn up and might need to access my house. The local line was replaced last year and the internal wiring checked at the same time, there have been no changes since.
    Until BT can assure me that there is no possibility of the fault being in their network, where upon I will arrange my own engineer at much less cost and greater convenience, we are at an impasse, as the so called help desk say they cannot escalate the calls.

    You can't "accidentally" put a passcode on any iPhone...its a multi-step process. Further, restoring an iPhone will remove the passcode, as the passcode is not included in an iPhone backup.
    Are you sure you're talking about the phone passcode & not something else...like the "Restrictions" passcode?

    I downloaded from http://www.goto.info.waseda.ac.jp/~fujii/jpcap/index.html , jpcap pakage.
    By it i can read and send packet/rawsocket.
    When i capturing packet it's all ok.
    When i want send packet i have an exception: java.io.IOException: sendto error
    probably i have not setting any field.
    Is there anybody that can help-me.
    Is there anybody that have some examples that explain how to send packet ( ICMP,TCP,UDP )
    In the pakage documentation i dont find nothing.
    In the pakage documentation there is only a tcpdump examples.

    I have done quite a bit of work with the jpcap software. The tcp dump functionality works fine but as you stated there are problems with the send. I hope you are fimilar with C programming because there are bugs in the native implementation that you will unfortunutely need to work out.
    I have the source code that I worked on at work or I would send it to you now. If you would like a copy of my updated version of the C code then send me an email. It's not perfect but its a start. BTW -- what operating system are you attempting to run this on? I only have patched the code for windows.

    Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
    Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
    If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
    Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes?  If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    If you are using the same ID as a primary iCloud login, then yes she can see your photos in photostream if you have it enabled.
    You can use the same ID for iTunes so you can share all your purchases, but you need different ID's for iCloud.
    Unfortunately, the mess caused by sharing the ID, will need to be sorted manually, once you both have your own ID's.

    You can use Explorer to search your computer for missing songs.
    On the Start menu, click "Search".
    Select "All Files and folders".
    In the "All or part of the file name" field, type the song name and then click "Search".
    If you see the file you are looking for in the Search Results window, you can add it back into your iTunes library.

    If you've done that and can't find the music, you can get it back from your iPod.
    First of all try this method which works on some Windows PCs.
    Enable your iPod for disk use.
    See: iPod Disk Use.
    Open iTunes and select edit/preferences/advanced/general. Put a check mark in the box marked "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" and also "keep iTunes music folder organized", then click 'ok'.
    Connect the iPod whilst holding down the shift/ctrl keys to prevent any auto sync, and if you see the dialogue window asking if you want to sync to this itunes library, click 'no'.
    Then go to file/add folder, open 'my computer', select your iPod and click 'ok'.
    The music files should transfer to your iTunes.
    If this doesn't work (and it may not because officially it's not supposed to), check out the instructions/suggestions here.
    Music from iPod to computer (using option 2). This a manual method using "hidden folders" and although it works, it can be messy.
    Much easier ways are to use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
    One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music and playlists etc from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
    Another free program is Pod Player.
    There is also CopyPod. This does preserve ratings/playcounts etc if those are important to you but this program is not free. It also supports video transfer.
    If you are using iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here.

    I need help.  Just purchased an ipad with wifi service only.  Is there anything that I can get that will allow me to access the internet.  I keep getting network connections that have a lock which makes it unable to log on.  Picking up numerous with sites with the lock.  Help did I make a mistake in getting this ipad.  If so, can I trade it in for one that is more network friendly.

    If you expect to use a WiFi only iPad it needs a wireless network. It is customary to have your own versus using someone else's.
    Nothing is more network friendly than an iPad.
    You couldn't possibly have expected to sponge off a service someone else is paying for?

    In iOS 7.1, the setting has changed locations and is in the same grouping with General, Wallpapers, etc. Also, if you have not set a passcode, you cannot see or set Touch ID. If you restored the phone as new and it still does not provide you the option to set a passcode, and then Touch ID, then it is possible there is a hardware error. Since you purchased the device in Hong Kong, as described before, you can only get a friend/relative to take it to Apple, or you will have to do it yourself. Unfortunately that is what can happen when you need warranty work and have purchased a device outside of the country that you live in.

    Unplug it and let unit go dead. Then hold your Home button down and plug the USB power cord back in. iTunes should see it and then restore.
