Is there anyone running Leopard and NOT experiencing the keyboard bug?

The reason I ask is because I'm considering upgrading to Leopard, yet as a MacBook Pro owner, reading comment after comment about sleep issues and keyboards failing makes me leery about doing so. However, I do know that a majority of people flock to these forums for help, so most posts bemoan software/hardware problems as opposed to extolling the virtues of owning a Mac.
I'll be honest - I like running the most up-to-date software, and that's my primary reason for wanting to upgrade. Time Machine looks like it would be an excellent replacement for my current (crappy) back-up software, Quick Look seems to be a handy new feature, and I'd like the update for Boot Camp as I occasionally run Windows. I have the extra money for Leopard at the moment, but after what I've read, I may just buy Leopard and let it collect dust on my desk until Apple releases an update that addresses these bugs...

I have a refurb 17"MBP 2.16 Core Duo which I have had for about 5 months. I have added very little additional software so far (iWork, Clamxav) and only a minimum of files from my Windows PC. I upgraded to Leopard last weekend. So far the only problem encountered is that Airport needs to be physically restarted after sleep mode, it's a pain but if that is the only problem I get I can live with two clicks. Have just set up Time Machine (the simplest back up I have ever carried out) and will let that run for a week or two before trying anything else.
This is my first Mac and at this moment in time I have no intention of installing Windows as the reason for switching was not to have the Windows hassle.
From perusing this and other Mac forums I get the impression that most problems have been caused by the fact that people have lots of third party software installed when they try to upgrade. Certainly as a along time Windows user common sense tells me that such a situation is likely to cause problems. I wonder if people had such problems upgrading through older Mac OS.
