I am having some trouble buying this app because it wants me to and answer some of my security questions and I don't no the answers is there any way to reset the questions????

You can call the local number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with Account Security, or you can go to the ExpressLane at http://expresslane.apple.com then iTunes, then iTunes Store, then Password and Security Questions and fill out the form that is there.
