Num to Str
same function I need in bso
Which functions can i use insted of this in BSO
Any help would be appriciated

There are no functions that do that. The closest you could get is the @member what will turn a value into a member name. For the functionality you want, you would have to use a Custome Defined Function (CDF). If this is for comparison, there is one already created at https://codesamples.samplecode.oracle.com/servlets/tracking/action/ExecuteQuery?query=essbase1
You will have to log in to get there

I have the following structure:
Extension Builder 1.5;
InDesign 5.0;
Image (Rectangule Frame);
XML tag associated with the Image.
The following scenario:
I do have an application that checks if this strucuture is available and intact, that is, the user has not deleted the tag (XMLElement) and/or the Rectangule Frame(PageItem);
I do not want loop through allPageItems (the page should have many of them - more than 1000) and get the XMLElement;
So, I loop over the XMLElements and get the associated PageItem through xmlElement.xmlContent property;
The document images properties (image, epss, etc) never are populated (document.epss.length = 0);
I can validate if the tag was deleted or untaged easy.
The problem:
User deletes the Image/Rectangule Frame (PageItem) and keep the xml tag (untag the XMLElement);
The isValid property (xmlElement.isValid = true) is true;
The associated PageItem becomes a Text and is valid as well;
The question:
How do I check if the associated PageItem is there/exists from a XMLElement ?

In SM37, there are many jobs list there. If we choose one job of them, and click Jobchange, then we access in the screen for change the job status. Then click button Start condition, and there is a dialog which name is Stat time will pup up. And click button Date/Time, there will be a new button appears in the bottom. Click Restrictions, You will see a new dialog box which name is Star Date Restrictions. There is a field which name is Calendar ID in selection portion Factory calendar.
Is there exist one report to check all the jobs calendar ID instead of to check one by one?

I think that everything that he wants to do is very doable. It would be quite a project for someone to take on for him. If it is a popular hymnbook it may well be a welcome blessing/gift of love for many others as well if made available. As I would envision the project it would require either the sacrifice of a copy of the hymnal or the availability of a loose leaf version of the hymnal, so that the individual pages could be taken apart and scanned. The scanned pages could then be assembled into a pdf document that is easily readable on many apps available for the iPad. Better still would be to research if the publishers of the hymnal have not already created an electronic version of the book in pdf format. If the publisher has not already crossed this bridge, then their permission would legally need to be secured before starting such a project of copying their compilation of hymns. Even though they may not own the rights to an old hymn which is now in the public domain, they hold the rights to the layout and composition of the printed pages of their hymnal.

If you purchased in the UAE then it must be returned to the seller in the UAE for repair or service under warranty
NO Authorised servicer in India will touch it as it did not originate in India
If you purchased in an UNauthorised seller in UAE then you will have to find out where it came from for any warranty support

We just had a problem in our production environment one report suddently started giving the following error:

REP-1249: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1249: Column 'C_original_buyer' has no PL/SQL formula.
We have a similar report in french and it works fine...
We have recompiled the report so its does not make sense the error we get.
And also the pl/sql formula for the c_original_buyer is there and is compiled and it does not contain errors.
Does anyone have a clue of what this could be ?
Its in our production environment so if you know anything please reply a soon as possible.

I have a custom report, it contains two libraries FARSV and FADOLIF, When I compile it from FA_TOP, it compiles successfully onto the server but when I compile it from Custom_Top, it gives errror

i am using 10g when i run my reports , some reports giving this error message

i have compiled my reports number of times and also these are properly running when i run them from reports builder but when i try to run them from menu above errors occured.

I got the problem resolved by myself. I looked at the "showjobs" and found that the blobdestination output type was actually recognized. All the error messages (when running the url) had nothing to deal with the new output type. Here is the trick.
In addition to specifying the DESNAME=http://username:password@host:port/sid for the output destination, you also need to specify the userid userid=username/password@database_name in the same url in order for the report to run.

i found out where is the problem by testing each formula well the problem was exactly in the datatype width of the formula itself and the variabgle i declared was n't match with the columns on the db

looks like there is no course which focus on Visual Composer. Though there are some portal training courses that include the Visual Composer (e.g. <a href="ttps://service.education.sap.com/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/hcm_learning/trainingtype.htm?sap-params=b3R5cGU9RCZvYmppZD03MDAwNzU5MQ%3d%3d">EP120</a>) which are offered in Denmark .
But Marcel is right you will probably find a lot more material on SDN, SAP Library, Service Marketplace, and the VC Wiki. Have a look into Judy's blog <a href="/people/judy.kestecher/blog/2006/07/11/visual-composer-finding-the-documentation Composer: Finding the Documentation</a>. This will help you to get an overview of the material available.

Is there a way to embed an image inside a script?

I've a logo I use on a user interface. Right now I'm opening the image from a file, is there a way to embed the image inside the script so I don't have to distribute the image with the script?

Hello. As i said in my last question, i think that Flash is a good animating software but it limits my "drawing potencial"... I mean, in Photoshop (par exemple), i draw much better. So i was wondering if there was a software that could let me do Photoshop style drawings and animate them. The most near exemple of a software like that is the one from an animator that draws the things he wants to animate in Photoshop and animates them in After Effects (where i guess it's more easy to handle images than in Flash). Following John T's suggestion, I would look into the Photoshop Forum, as Photoshop CS 6 can do a lot of animation/video work, and if one needs 3D, then Photoshop-Extended would be a likely candidate.
Look into Adobe After Effects, as it has very powerful animation functionality, but is not a drawing, or paint program. It is designed to composite and animate existing material.
Also, Adobe Illustrator would be a "drawing" program to look into. Unlike most of the work in Photoshop (it does have some Vector capabilities), it is Vector-based, and is great for drawing.
Adobe offers several suites, that combine those programs, and the suite is usually a cost saver.
Each of those mentioned programs has a very active forum, and they can be accessed from John T's link.

[Edit] PS - take a look at the Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements bundle. Premiere Elements is a Video-editing program, and can do a lot of animation to Video, and Photoshop Elements is a great, inexpensive Image (pixels) editing program. The bundle is usually like buying one of those programs, and getting the other one, virtually free.
