If it is a group of contacts that you send to regularly you can create a mailing list. Here is how to set that up.

Do you have the Contact Sidebar turned on in the Write window? If not press F9 when you have a Write window open. With this you can hold the control key down and click multiple contacts to select them and then use one of the Add To buttons at the bottom of the sidebar.

In the contacts app there really isn't a way to do this. What I do however, is create a note in the Notes App with the email addresses of the people I want to email to like this: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
Then when I want to email that group, I just use the copy feature of iPad, pasted it into the to line in an email and voila, I can email to a group. -

Is there any way that I can have songs in an iTunes Playlist without having the songs play in my regular music list. For instance: can I have a Playlist of Christmas songs without having them play in the routine shuffle of my music library? Thanks -Rog
Select the songs, press CTRL+I to Get Info, on the Options tab set Skip when shuffling to Yes.
If you want to the hide the songs from your main music view you could consider changing the media kind to audiobooks or podcasts if you don't mind the side effect of them showing up there instead.

I have a friend with an iCloud email account and Windstream account on both her iPad and iPhone... She's saying that when she deletes an email from one device, it doesn't delete it from the other automatically... She's using both emails through the "Mail, Contacts and Calendars" settings under the "Settings" menu; not through apps... I've had her check both of her email account settings to make sure that the settings were consistent... I've never had this issue with Exchange or Gmail, and I don't use the iCloud email account, so I'm a little unfamiliar with what else to look at... Can someone offer some advice, please?
Thank you for your help!IMAP is the mail protocol that allows you to delete a message one place and have it delete everywhere else. iCloud uses IMAP, so it should be working. If the messages never delete, then something may be incorrect in the settings. The easiest thing to do with iCloud is to logout of the account on every device, and then login again. (Another common problem with iCloud email is people often have two Apple IDs, and thus may have two iCloud email accounts. If you get confused about which one you're using, you may think you've deleted email when you actually haven't.)
If the iCloud messages do ultimately delete across all devices, then it could be that some devices aren't set to "Push" but are instead set to "Fetch" the newest info from the server. Fetch can be set to as long as an hour between check-ins.
The same holds true for Windstream if she's using an IMAP account there, too. If it's a POP account, then deleting a message one place will never delete it anywhere else—that's the way POP works. -
All my image files are on externals, so my only folder to move regarding this would be Photoshop and Lightroom.
You need to install Photoshop on your new machine. Once installed you can sync you new installation with your old cc install. If your assets and Photoshop add-ons are on the external drive your done if you link them into you Photoshop paths. I prefer to copy my Photoshop add-on like Plug-ins and Scripts to the boot disk and link then in there. Adobe removed additional plug-in folder from preferences and never had an additional script folder support. Using Files system links work just fine. I have CS2, CS6, CC and CC 2014, They all share the same Plug-ins and Scripts. Some do not work in CS2 because they user new features not in CS2.

How can I delete multiple pictures without having to select them individually?
I've tried a few different methods suggested in the forums, none of which seem to work. I'd like to delete them directly from my iPhone, but at this point i really dont care how it happens. I tried following step-by-step directions on how to delete them from my General Settings - Usage - Photo & Cameras - Swipe camera roll to delete... but no option to delete comes up. Is there a reason why this wouldn't work?
Thanks in advance for any guidance.One can delete it from one's computer. In the finder go to homeuser, movies, imovie events, delete the footage.
Then reopen iMovie and see if that helps.

My family has two computers, two iPads, and an iPhone. My wife has different tastes in music than I do and purchases wayyyyy too much music that I consider "noise". Additionally, she has well over 400 playlists. I don't want to have to see all the playlists on my computer but occasionally she will create one for me on her computer. I thought the iCloud was going to be the answer to our problems.
But now, every playlist on her computer shows up on mine, and every song on her computer shows up on mine. Is there a way I can delete some of the songs from my computer (and some of the playlists) without it removing the songs/playlists from the cloud?

It's currently taking me ages to send multiple emails as I'm having to copy and paste the email each time. Does anyone know if there is a way that I can send the same email several times but that can be addressed (Dear....) to different people?
Oh at least just duplicate the same email several times so all I will be maunally inserting each time will be the address/name??? Please help!!!

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

Is there a way that iTunes can act as a Radio Alarm Clock?
I have found the radio station I enjoy listening to in the iTunes Radio List. Is there anyway iTunes (and my Mac) can be set to come-on from Sleep mode and start playing that Radio Station at specific times of the day?
Any App or plug-in that does that?

1. In iTunes create a playlist that contains just the radio station you want to wake up to.
2. Export the playlist (as .m3u works well). Get Info on your playlist file and look at the Open With entry to make sure it points to iTunes, VLC or some other app that will stream your station.
3. In iCal create an event entry at the time you want to wake up.
4. Right (or Control) click on your wakeup event and select Get Info.
5. For "alarm" select Open File.
6. Now under Open File there will be a place to add the file to open. It will probably be some default entry (like iCal). Click on it will allow you to select "other." Then use the file dialog to select your playlist file.
Your Mac will wake you up at the appointed time. You don't need to keep iCal running. If you want to put you Mac to sleep for the night then there is one more thing you need to do. Open System Preferences to Energy Saver and click on the Schedule button. Check Start up or wake and set the wake up time to slightly before your iCal alarm time.
