I don't know if it's always been there, but there is a search box now at the top of my Bookmarks toolbar that opens on the left side of my window. When the Bookmarks toolbar is open the first thing is Bookmarks and the X to close bookmarks. Just below that is a search box. I don't have a lot of bookmarks and don't want the search box. How do I get rid of the search box?

Sounds that you have the bookmarks sidebar open.
*Toggle the Bookmarks sidebar on/off via "View > Sidebar > Bookmarks" or Ctrl+B (Command+B on Mac)
*Toggle the History sidebar on/off via "View > Sidebar > History" or Ctrl+H (Command+H on Mac)
You can find toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks (star) and the history (clock) in the sidebar in the toolbar palette and drag them on a toolbar.<br />
There are two bookmark buttons with a star in the Customize window.<br />
One star button has a drop marker that open a Bookmark menu (you may not see the drop marker in the Customize window).<br />
The other star button without the drop marker opens the bookmarks in the sidebar.

An app can need twice the quoted space just during the installation. That could be the problem. It's easy enough to offload some stuff for the insyallation then sync it back.

Is there a mail server limit that it just rejects e-mails

We have a lot of people e-mailing at once today. Probably more than I have ever seen. I was watching the queue and it was delivering a lot of messages at once. My question is a few people in cluding myself started to see something weird. My mail client in OSX came up with the password box saying it couldn't authenticate me out of the blue. It has never done that before and I'm on IMAP to the server. Then another person said they got a message from the server saying that there is no mailbox for this user on the system when there actually is and they have been receiving mail for a while. But out of the blue this starts happening when it seemed like the queue had a lot in it. It eventually delivered everything in the queue and now everything seems to be a peace again.
I just need to know if there is some limit on the mail system that tells it to reject stuff at a cetain point, or is there a way to turn off any limits so that it doesn't do this at all? Our server is a high end Intel xServer and shouldn't have a problem dealing with this. We also have an OC 192 connection to the internet, so I know that's not the issue either. Just wondering if anyone else knows what I'm talking about or how to fix it if this is an issue.

Right now I have 130 users in the system doing mail. I'm about to ad another 50 or more. So anywhere from 200 - 250 users total. As for the logs I'm not sure how to go back that far yesterday to see what was happening. All I know is everyone wasn't able to send mail or get mail for a moment and then it slowly cleared up. There are three address types:
Address type '1': 'Normal' address (company or organization); the address structure used in most SAP applications as 'Address'.
Address type '2': Address of a person

The default address type SPACE is treated as type '1' and is required for the upwards compatibility of the function module.

Why isn't there an "Apple Store Gift Card" tab in the payment section of the Online Store's checkout?

I'm serious! I bought an Apple Store Gift Card relier today and I first tried to redeem it on iTunes (that didn't work for obvious reasons). So then I tried to buy an iTunes gift card with it, but when I get to the checkout section there isn't an "Apple Store Gift Card" tab, even though the site itself states that there is. Can someone please tell me what to do!

Apple Store gift cards can only be used in Apple stores and their online stores, they can't be used with the iTunes store - and they can't be used to buy iTunes gift cards from Apple.

If the Word file is a document file type (.doc), you may be able to save it as a .html file, then import that .html file into Firefox.
In Word, open the .doc file containing the Bookmarks,
*click File > Save As,
*in the "Save in" box, choose a Folder or location on your hard drive to save the file where you can find it later,
*in the "Save type as" box choose ".html",
*in the "Filename box" enter "bookmarks.html" (without the quotation marks),
*click "Save"
Then follow the-edmeister's instruction in Firefox:
*Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = from an HTML file

Why is there a 30 day limit for email on the Playbook

Sorry this isn't really a support question but I was wondering if anyone knows why they maintained the maximum 30 day limit on email etc for the Playbook. I kinda understand the logic for a phone (although it would be nice to have the option of all my mail) but I use my playbook differently and really need all my mail not just the last 30 days.

Is there a function module or BAPI to change the field UVP03 in table VBUP

When certain conditions are in place I need to change the value of VBUP-UVP03 (items reserve status 3) to a value of C).
there must be a FM or bapi to do this - thanks.

We had to do this from a custom program that runs in a batch job. It changes a field in VBAP using the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE - that in turn will execute a user exit called userexit_set_status_vbup, that we added code to update the field vbup-uvp03. it works.

Compatibility of use between IE8 & FF4 bookmarks functions. I need to make the bookmark functions behave exactly as they do in IE8.

I would like to install FF4 on my wife's computer but she's not big on change. How can I make all the imported IE bookmarks appear as they do when you click on IE Favorites without having to go to sub-menus? Moreover when you add a new bookmark scrounging around to find the location to save the new bookmark is also a non-starter.
I know I could probably use the sidebar function but that just takes up screen real estate.

I recommend you try to adjust to 29 and see if you can't make it work for you before you downgrade to a less secure and soon outdated version of Firefox.
