Is there some setting to obtain the highest resolution photos?

I want to burn to a DVD to show on a large screen and want to get the highest resolution possible in the photos. Are there any settings I need to know about?

iPhoto's Slideshow outputs are pretty limited. With iMovie or an app like PhotoToMovie you can create a slideshow (with more control) with greater output options.

I have a Mac Mini from 2013 with OSX10.7.5 and a MBP from 2009 with OSX 10.6.8.
Both are connected with ethernet cables to the Airport extreme (2012) and both have silesharing enabled through afp.
The mac are not showing up on either one of the computers.
Is there some setting on the Airport extreme that dissallowed me from file sharing between computers?
Uptil one week ago I used to connect with wifi on my MBP and before this I was able to see the MBP in the finder under shared computers. The only difference is that I now connect with only ethernet cables.

The airport could not stop the connection..
In finder set it up manually.. so go.. connect to server.
And type in the address manually.
AFP://Computername
This should then ask for password if required and allow you to see shares.

I no longer see the URL of any website so can't copy and past URLs into any emails, etc. Is there some setting to make URLs visible? when I updated, the URLs disappeared. I'm on a MacBook.

When I updated to the latest version of Firefox, the URLs disappeared so they are no longer visible at the top of the Firefox page. I can enter sites, but I can't copy and past the URLs anymore. Why can't I see the http://... info anymore? Is there some setting I changed or what might be the problem?

Click on the orange Firefox tab > Highlight Options > click Navigation Toolbar.

Firefox keeps opening offscreen. I used the move function to get it back onscreen but everytime i reboot it happens again. Is there some setting I can change?

I have 2 displays hooked up, a monitor and my TV(which is usually off). When I hover over the Firefox icon on the taskbar I can see Firefox and the tabs that are open but when I click on them, click restore or maximize nothing happens. i was able to get it back using the move command and somehow either using the arrow keys or moving my mouse I was able to drag the window onto a visible area of my monitor. Firefox stores the last window position in a settings file that can occasionally become corrupted. You could try removing that file and see whether Firefox correctly identifies your primary monitor. Here's how:
Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
* (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button to open a new window showing your currently active settings files.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit, either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
* (menu bar) File > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''localstore.rdf''' to something like localstore.old
Start Firefox back up again. Is the window visible?

I see that you are having issues with your connection to the iBooks Store. Here is an article with some troubleshooting steps that will be relevant to your issue, even though the article was written for issues with the iTunes Store:

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update(iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.

Is there a way to obtain the text item's value when the mouse pointer at? Mouse pointer may be located somewhere out of current record and even out of current block.

There is a when-mouse-over trigger and that works fine in client-server mode for Forms 5/6/6i, but that is less indicated when deployed using Application Server.
In that trigger you may write whatever code is necessary, restricted package procedures.
Still, I think, for your case, if you do not have to deal with a multi-record block, you should use the HINT property for that item and set_item_property with the HINT argument for that item in order to set the hint to the item's value - this should set_item_property should be called on the when-new-record-instance .

If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then tap Add Mailbox at the bottom.
If the Edit button is not there - you cannot create folders on the iPad. Your email account is not IMAP. Only IMAP email accounts can create folders on the iPad. Any folders that you would already have in an IMAP account would sync to the device as well.

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

You need to start over with Music. On the iPhone Music screen uncheck sync music. Also, on the Summary screen uncheck "Manually manage music and videos", then sync and it should clear off your phone.
Next, choose the music you want to sync. If you want to fit more on check "Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC". This will reduce quality slightly, but it won't be noticable unless you are using $300 headphones.
