Is there still DRM on music videos?

I looked through a bunch of music videos and didn't see any pluses showing no DRM. I know mp3s are all DRM free, are the music videos also now? I couldn't find a setting where it would show me except "kind" in my itunes list after purchase.
If not, is there a way to search only for DRM free music videos?

Some videos have DRM, some don't.
I know mp3s are all DRM free,
iTunes does not sell MP3 and also, MP3 cannot have DRM.
All iTunes music is AAC.

Can I use a DRM-Protected Music video in my IDVD project.

Can I download a DRM protected music video to a IDVD project and burn a DVD. The music video is not showing up in the media window in IDVD. Didn't work, Window came up saying "Could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to other formats. I was able to burn it to a DVD, it came up as a MPEG 4 file. Then I first went to the ITunes tool bar Preference>Advanced>importing>importing using>Aiff Encoder. Then tool bar again File> import. Music video imported another copy to ITunes library. Right mouse clicked second copy> convert selection to Aiff. Then "Could not convert" window came up.

Can I publish itunes drm free music videos on an iweb gallery?

Im able to publish my iweb site with normal drm free music but It wont seem to publish a page I made up of drm free itunes bought music videos? I put them on a blank page on iweb but with no joy in publishing the page of the site.

DRM free only means you can listen to the music on more than seven computers, iPhones or iPods.
Since you don't hold the rights to share the music (you are not the author or the owner) you can't put them on the Internet in any fashion.

Is there anyway to separate music videos from songs on my iPhone?

When I go to the "songs" section of my iPod my music videos I have on their play as well. Is there any way to separate them so the music videos don't play when I go to the songs portion of my iPod? Like maybe have music videos in a separate playlist?

You can put them in separated playlists in iTunes then sync over.

Can't Remove Music Video from iPad

I have been searching the various forums and discussions and have not found a solution to this problem that worked. My daughter has an iPad which is registered under my name and is using my iTunes account. There are couple of music videos that I wish to remove from the iPad. I am running the latest iOS on the fourth generation iPad.
I manually deleted the videos from my iTunes and the iMac. In iTunes on my iMac, I don't have the option for syncing music and videos selected. I already ran a iPad sync via iTunes hoping to would update and remove them.
The music videos still show up on the iPad. How do I delete them from there?

Try this:
On your iPad go to Settings>General>Usage>Videos
If the video you want to remove is listed, swipe to the left on the video name to reveal the red Delete button. Press Delete.

MUSIC VIDEOS HAVE VANISHED!

Just upgraded to v7. Really like it, but the music videos I bought have gone. You'll also notice there is no option on the left to select 'videos'. I checked preferences, and it won't let you include videos either!
Apple, give us the videos back or let us re-download them at the higher resolution please.
Everyone else who has downloaded, are your videos missing (not tv shows)?

I was going to post this earlier today and just got around to it... Now just a few corrections mind you, all your music videos ARE still there. In your post I gathered you felt that your videos had been deleted. All the has changed (and yes it bothers me to!) is a nice little pannel that seperates them out. If you search through your entire library you will find they are still there.
Another bothersome change is there is no dedicated music video area in the iTunes Music Store, opps I mean iTunes Store, anymore. I think this is Apple's attempt to make music videos and music seamless, but come now, I want them to be different and be able to easily browse through my materials!
Also, the new search bar in iTunes 6.5 (or was it 6.0.5, I don't remember, eitherway) is missing and has gone back to the older style. I liked the new style, what happened?
If anyone knows of any corrections, or ways to add music videos back, or the older search method, do tell.
In the mean time my work around is for one to make a Smart playlist and add the rule of "Video Kind" to "Music Video" and that can be your hopefully, temporary fix. That is if Apple isn't stubborn.

I have itunes match.
I am trying to get rid of music videos from my ipad.
i have gone to settings > "itunes & app store" -> "show all", and turned off "videos".
I have gone to videos > music videos. There is no edit button, and holding the item doesn't give me wiggle mode.
I have gone to the ipad settings in itunes and unchecked every possible setting to remove everything from the ipad. the music videos still stay.
the music videos are still playing even if I put the device in airplane mode. so they are ON the ipad.

If the numbers appear to add up properly when you look in your settings as suggested by drsailer, the incorrect storage reading might be due to corruption on your iPad that will show as a very, very high "other" storage amount in iTunes. Unfortunately, you can only see this figure in the capacity bar of iTunes when your iPad is connected to your computer and with iTunes running and the iPad selected under devices.
"Other" includes things like email messages, text messages, notes, Safari Bookmarks, Safari History, contacts, cached app data, etc. it should not take up more than a few GB at most and if you see something higher than 6,7, or more GB of "other", something got corrupted. Sometimes that can be dosed by restoring form a backup, sometimes you have to restore as brand new and start all over again. Need Help with ACTIONSCRIPT for Interactive Music Video

I am trying to create an interactive music video in After Effects and Flash.
The concept is that while the music video is taking place the user can decorate the hair of the woman with any of the objects they select. There will be predetermined animations and destination spots but the user can choose whatever objects they select to be delivered to the predetermined spot. I need to figure out how to let the user to select an object that will become part of the animation. I created a PDF Roughly explaining what I am trying to do. If anyone can help me I'd be very grateful as I am more versed in After Effects, I don't know ActionScript well enough to execute what I am trying to do.
Below is a rough example of what I am trying to do. There will be a music video of an animated woman singing. As she is singing the user will be able to click any of the objects , below the numbers 1-10. Below it is illustrated that the user wants to press the blue number 2. If the user presses the 2 the 2 will animate in the mouth of a bird to a predetermined pre-animated spot. I assume I need to send a movieclip to a blank holder on the timeline and use a gotoAndPlay() action ??? I am not well versed in ActionScript so any advice would help
Now whatever number (movieclip) the user chooses next needs to be placed in another blank spot in the timeline? Below the user selcts the Pink 5.
If the user just wanted to Place two "Blue 2's" then the "Blue 2's" would follow the same animated path and end up at the same predetermined space.

will it make any difference in terms of implementation?
Also, you say "select." This may mean a lot of thing: click, drag and drop, mouse down, etc. I am saying that implementation tightly depends of definitions that you give.
I don't know the extend of your AS skills, so it is not easy to figure where to start helping. Also, forum, perhaps, is not the medium where someone will write a lot of code for you. It is good for getting answers to very specific questions and solutions. This is when you have some code in place already.
What I would suggest is to start developing a very rough concept - no video, no birds, no numbers - just a static background image of the person you have in your first post. If you advance to an application that will allow user to select a square, place the square into another one - it will be a good start.

TS1718 Fix for iTunes 10.6 music video stutter with PC running Windows 7-64bit ?

Control Panel > Programs n Features > highlight QuickTime, click CHANGE then REPAIR.

My I Pad 2 music videos

How do I get continuous play with my music videos it plays 1 song then it stops? My I Phone 4 and my I Pod have more options to set for music videos like continuous play, replay all, shuffle why are these not available on my I Pad 2?

I talked to tech support for an extended period yesterday. I am told this feature is not available on ipad2. This is the main reason I bought my iPad. I wanted to use it as a player for my entertainment sys. Connect it to tv and play music videos. Very disappointed, why would apple go backwards in functionality? Music Video Labeling

I recently moved my iTunes library to an external hard drive. I got all the files back in iTunes, everything worked fine but I had to re-label all of my music videos and TV shows because they were all in the movies catagory by default when I added them back into my library. I realized that if I made my TV shows' genre 'TV shows' then I would not need to re-label them next time. I was wondering if there is a way to do this kind of thing for music videos. I noticed that my purchased music videos are stuck in the music videos catagory but I cant do that to my other music videos. I dont want to go through the long task of labeling all of my music videos again, is there anything I can do?

I'm from Italy and I want to know why there aren't any music videos in the Italian iTunes Store. I mean, I bought the new 30GB iPod with VIDEO playback, and why Apple build such devices when you can't download videos?
There aren't even any movies or TV shows.

Has itunes lost my "music video"? Where did it go?

When viewing my video's in itunes.....I clicked "get info" and then the video tab. Under the video tab...I labeled the video as (Video Kind)"music video". Now, I can not find the video in itunes to delete it if I want. In itunes under devices...it ONLY shows:

Music
Movies
TV Shows
There is no "Music Video's" tab to click to view the video I labeled as a Music Video. It no longer shows in itunes under Movies and only shows on my Ipod under Music Videos. All of my itunes library has gone. My Music/video files are still there.

Can I put all of the tracks/videos on with the play count/playlists still there?

I have just turned on my computer, then itunes.
What I found was nothing. I store all my files on an external hard drive and wasn't connected when I first loaded it up.
I have tried loading up itunes with the hard drive and even my playlists and videos have gone.
How can I reload all the tracks without manually putting all my music, videos, photos and podcasts?

I had the same problem today, after spending DAYS updating the dates, genres, album art, and so on for over 13,000 songs. I noticed that the iTunes folder contained a bunch of files named Temp File 1.tmp, Temp File 2.tmp, etc. I renamed the iTunes Library.itl file to not_iTunes Library.itl, and then renamed the latest temp file of any size (i.e., 4 Mb rather than 4 Kb) to iTunes Library.itl. Then I launched iTunes. iTunes recreated the XML file, and everything I'd done up to the time the temp file was created was still there. The temp file had been created at the end of the day yesterday, so I didn't lose anything.

Is there still DRM on music videos?
