Is there way to transfer invoice and supplier number to GL?

We just upgraded to release 12.1.2. We transfer AP to GL in detail mode. In 11i, system use to store invoice number, supplier info in reference field. Reference fields in R12 store ae_header_id,line number etc. Is there a way to setup SLA to transfer invoice and supplier info to journal line?

Hi,
We would also like to do the same through Discoverer. We have a report which looks at GL_JE_LINES and previously (11i) it used to pick up supplier name but this is no longer the case in R12. Does anyone know which tables would need to be joined in R12 to achieve this?

Thanks for visiting my page. I would like to transfer video and audio from my Macbook mid-2010 (specs below), and would like to do so with minimum lag. I m aware Apple TV has a feature which allows me to do that, however considering it is connected via either wi-fi or bluetooth (not sure which) I feel streaming an HD movie or playing an MMO will cause significant lag and/or a distorted picture.
So with that said, what is the best way to transfer video and audio with minimal lag?
Also, as a part II of the question, will the picture be distorted regardless if my TV is 60 inches?

I have a Firewire cable and Thunderbolt adapter, but no icons showing either Mac appear on either desktop.

The fastest way is to use Carbon Copy Cloner and a external drive formatted GUID OS X Ext. J in Disk Utlilty, then connecting to the new Mac and using Migration Assistant in the Utilites folder.
Even faster, if you can determine your going to replace all the apps from fresh sources anyway (like if the older Mac's OS X verison is old thus the apps) then just use a external drive and copy just your files to it, then connect to the new Mac and transfer over.
Some apps you can just grab the registration code and install it fresh on the new machine with the old code, talk to the developer about transfering the program, as long as it's deleted on the older Mac in the process.
It used to be Firewire Target disk mode was fastest, but since Thunderbolt came out...

I cant understand user who bye a high performance notebook with many different features and then will not use this functions. Of course, on the Toshiba recovery CD you will find the OS and all Toshiba drivers and utilities. Without this drivers and tools and utilities you will be not able to use the additional Toshiba functions.
But as in the previous posting mentioned you can install the fresh Windows OS and then you can install the drivers. But the easiest way is to use the Tosh recovery CD and then if you want you can remove some applications.

     For this material we make two Pos
     First PO calls material X , 1 pcs price 100 (will use serial number A)
     Second PO calls material X , 1 pcs price 250 (will use serial number B)
     Goods Receipt is done and by filling serial number for the fist PO with A and the second PO
     with B.
     We want to transfer material X serial number A to another plant and want the valuation of this

Use "split valuation". Stocks may be received into separate storage locations. Transfer stocks may
     be done from a storage location/plant to another storage location/plant.

You're much better off copying the presets manually and installing them in their respective, appropriate folders in the new version.
Do not even think of "transferring" updates (whatever they are in your case) and preferences. That's demanding trouble.

Is there way to transfer Display to TV?

My old Dell had an S-Video out on the back of it's video card. I don't see any video outs on my MBP except for the DVI output port. I know that the MBP comes with a DVI-to-VGA adapter, but that does not good on a television. Any suggestions?

I have a requirement where the invoice number and the accounting document number should be same. Ie: If I generate an invoice with number 101. The same number should be populated for the accounting document as well.

Yes. The path is SPRO -> Sales & Dist -> Billing -> Billing Documents -> Define number ranges for billing documents.
I dont think you can have an external number range for a billing document. Infact the provision is not available in the billing document type config screen.
