I got sound on my ipod. sometimes when i go to games while playing a song. sometime's it hangs and goes to the music. is this a bug? when i go to the lyrics while playing the music. sometimes it does not show.

Thanks Jerry for your insight. I will be taking a file down to the TV station and they will output from FCP to Beta SP. But, I solved the problem and it was not FCP but with my newer version of After Effects. When exporting out of AE from a 24p timeline I would use the option to create a 2:3 pulldown. This then creates a 29.97 version of the 24p clip. For some reason, that I did not notice it was creating the new clip at 29.975. When I switched my AE comp from 23.98 to 23.976 that then changed the pull down version from 29.975 to 29.970 which is correct. that little frame rate error was causing that big problem in FCP.
So there is no bug, thanks though.

Is this bug fixed in Logic 8?

Hello-
I use the 8 core with Logic, and have noticed and read that there has been a bug regarding Intel macs and SMPTE getting messed up in Logic when moving tempo maps around. I have been experiencing this myself and it is a major PITA. I am wondering if anyone out there is using Logic 8 with an Intel mac under these circumstances. I myself am slaving Logic to an other computer(with protools) via MTC, which has been giving me the issues. I actually have Logic 8 in my possession now, but can't install at this time because I am in the middle of a series of projects for picture.
Any experience with this would be appreciated. (I would ask mac tech support, but they don't have an answer for this situation)

Auto fill works for me in iOS 8.3.
Try the standard troubleshooting steps in this order:
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds). No data will be lost.
Restore: Connect your device to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.

PDF in Safari: Fonts not displaying correctly: Has this bug been fixed?

Last year I was trying to view a PDF on the iPad with Safari, and there was a font corruption problem: On zooming in, the type would become garbled. Now granted, I was using a non-standard font (Univers Type 1). I also noticed this problem with certain magazines in the MagCloud app. I decided to work around the problem by converting my type to outlines; while this worked, it made the PDFs much larger in file size.
I checked this bug again under iOS 4.3 and could not replicate it. I've found anecdotal evidence out there that as of iOS 4.2.1 this may have been fixed, but I can't find confirmation. Any help in this regard is much appreciated. I need to present my project managers with discrete evidence that this bug has been fixed before they'll allow me to go ahead with "live" type -- and as we all know, the plural of anecdote is not data. Thanks.

it seems that ur using the package "org.javabluetooth.stack.BluetoothStack" in WTK1.0 or 2.0 which does not support floating point. The above package uses float data type. You can download the new version of WTK (2.1) which supports floating points.

Lock the phone. On the Lock screen drag down the notification screen. You have the settings icon on the notification screen. Tap on that and here you go , you can access anyone's phone even if u do know know his/her lock password.

I tested all Security locks and the case you write about only happens if you have the slide to unlock feature. (Slide to unlock only protects against accidental touchpad activation but it's not a security lock)
If you set a pattern, a pin, a password, or face Unlock the Notification bar does not slide down.

Pre v29 this was not an issue. I have read all the threads on this bug, and none of the proposed solutions are acceptable. Mozilla needs to fix this bug. I have no intention of allowing my history to be retained when I exit the application. I am not absolutely certain that this is always the case, but this seems to happen when the browser has been opened from an email link. Come on, Mozilla. There are other browser options out there, and I am now seriously considering switching to one of them.

In trying to update the app, "Foursquare (Now)" via Preware, I am encountering the error, "This action could not be completed. Try again later." I previously had installed this app, which ran normally. I was updating the app with the newest version when I encountered this error. I uninstalled the app, then attempted to reinstall it, but it gave the same error (and now I do not have even the prior version running).
I have had no other difficulty installing homebrew apps and app store apps via Preware.
I'm on a Pre running WebOS 1.4, with 5.4 GB free.

Phones associated with the following countries or regions can use App Catalog to download free apps only:
Australia; Austria; Belgium; China; Czech Republic; France; Hong Kong; Italy; Luxembourg; Netherlands; Norway; Poland; Switzerland
As Vietnam is not a currently supported country for the App Catalog, this is likely why you are unable to access any applications.

"This disc does not allow more burns" message - iPhoto bug

A strange behavior in iPhoto 6 :
Easy to reproduce, it happens all the time (on my machine at least).
* Select a couple of pictures (+/- 150 MB)
* Go to Share > Burn
* Insert a blank CD
* Burn.
OK, it burns nicely. But ...
* Eject the CD
* Put that CD back in the computer to read the pictures.
* I have the message "This disc does not allow more burns. Insert a Blank CD"
* Then iPhoto ejects the CD.
Workaround ?
* Quit iPhoto
* Insert the CD again
* It reads and works OK.
Anyone the same trouble ?

I just encountered that problem this morning. I quit iPhoto and put the burned disc back in and saw in the finder that the burn worked. I did not try opening iPhoto again.
But ... I did just try to put that disc into another Mac. While the disc loaded in iPhoto, it did not show any thumbnails. I had to manually drag the photo originals from the disc into iPhoto to import them.
Anyone else like to chime in on this?

OK, so the firmware is the same as mine, and yet Apple Support offered this EFI and SMC update packages, which should give a message that our computers are updated.
However, the update packages fail to run.
Did Apple neglect to give the correct update for the mid-2012 issue of MacBook Pro 13-inch? I have the i7 Intel processor, instead of the i5, and I was sold this unit as having two processors, but the System info only lists a single processor.
Is one of the problems with Intel-based MacBook Pro units that the integration wasn't without bugs that cause processor hang when running the OS Lion, even with updates to 10.7.5?
Shouldn't the EFI and SMC updaters run on these machines as stated in the Apple Support article?
What will Apple do for these customers?

Flash Player bug still not fixed yet ?

I had to do a system restore to get back to a working version
of adobe flash player - i put up with no flash for a week, but my
sister thinks I've downloaded a bug onto her machine because there
is obviously something up with this latest version of flash.
it says it's successfully installed, shows the little moving
picture etc. then you go on to myspace or jibjab or anything cool
with flash in it and it doesn't work.
Like I said I've had to use a system restore for the first
time in years as I guessed it was a flash bug pretty quick as I
monitor my updates.
Anyone know if adobe are ackwoledging & fixing this bug ?
- it would be handy to know when it is safe to install the latest
flash player that works.
I'm not a techie so have no intention of poking inside my
machine or it's settings - just wierd how adobe haven't told
website that use the product that services may be affected - so
they can warn customers not to download the latest player until

The same thing happened to me. I've tried so many things -
but nothing works.
Just like you, I download flash, it installs successfully -
it seems - then I go to other sites and it doesn't work anymore.
Now I have to install flash everytime before I open up my browser,
then it works for a website or two - then it fails again.
