Is this forum related to the Sony Mobile company?

Hello all,
I would like to know if the team answering the questions here is related to thr company Sony Mobile?
I have spent nearly 8 months with 1 phone of my small company's 8 devices (all Sony Xperia phones or tablets)
I have written several emails to Sony and I am not willing to give up so Sony will get away with its horrible support.
Is there a way to contact / be contacted from a senior escalation specialist or do I have to continue sending emails and letters to Sony support via the "contact us" form without getting an answer?
Or perhaps other consumer forums would be a place to share the great experience of Sonyy support?
I'd love to get an answer from somebody from this site, if possible.

You have filled up the market models and goofy as I know are going to fill up even more before the end of the year.
Each of these models to your Plus has some serious drawbacks.
Make a mistake, the same company HTC - is silly.
You put a potential buyer into a dead end, releasing
to market a number of obscure, sometimes even bizarre, models.
Apple takes a year to market a new Iphone.
At the same time fans of the brand to snatch as
hotcakes. Because they know that they have purchased a masterpiece a year or two.
And the approach that the firm has chosen Sony (the line of smartphones: Spring 2012, Summer 2012, Fall 2012 ....) is incorrect.
It faces the crisis of overproduction of models that do not who do not buy it. And, regardless of price, because the average person, even an amateur smarftonov powerful, like me, will not change the smartphone every 2-3 months.
Maybe in Japan decided to change smart phones every two to three months, but Russia has decided to use it a little longer (six months, one year, two years) and so I would like to have all of Sony's flagship to the maximum in quality, the iron, the battery, based on the case, the screen, and the operating system shell.
Apple has a Iphone (October - Iphone 5)
Samsung has GSS (3)
I really hope that Sony will be a very decent answer and I will not be ashamed of my favorite company.
P.S. And always wanted to ask why the firm, recently producing cameras with batteries

I am working for active noise control inside a duct, I am using real time application with sampling rate 10 000, max. frequency 1500 Hz and 2 outputs.
I had a DAQ card 6221 M series is this sufficient for this application or I might use another.

Did you reinstall CS3 after CC?
For that matter, doing an in-place upgrade on the OS is always a gamble with Adobe programs. Reinstalling all the versions you need, in order, would probably solve your problem.
And you shouldn't need to save as IDML after opening the .inx in CC.

Any intelligent people from HP on this forum ? Why the Disney app eprint does not work ?

There is a problem with the Disney App on the Photosmart eprint application . After the selection of an image there is only a preview button and no way to print. If you use this button nothing appear except a black screen !!!
First of all stop to make stupid answer like unsbscribe eprint service uninstall the disney application or verify that your a registered or check that your printer is powered ....IT DOES NOT WORK even all this check is on !!!
And you can also check that all of the users with this bug have try this and no way.... That is the problem with this application ? Do you have any user that can print something from this app. Find a solution or unvalidate this application.
Oh I forgot to teel you that it work perfectly for the dreamwork application.

The disney app is currently experiencing problems. It is an issue on Disney's end which is why you can print from other applications. Unfortunately I'm not sure when Disney will have the issue taken care of but what I would suggest is to try later.

I participate on bigbluelounge and Sonikmatter, but both of these forums are not very active. There are posts on the front page that are from months ago. Are there any, more active, forums that I'm just not aware of?

Having a prob importing a large file from a sony DR 60 external drive via log a transfer in FCP this is the first time this has happened have the sony plug. HDisc compatibility is sorted as the first 2 short clips are imported. Any advice will be welcome

1. The Scratch disc has plenty of space.

This is not a "Bright Idea", this is a security flaw with the setup of this forum. When registering to use this forum you are asked for these personal sensitive pieces of information: - Password- Email Address- Mobile Number- CUSTOMER SERVICE PIN!- Age Confirmation This forum does not use secure HTTPS TLS anywhere, so when you register with this form, and when you login you are sending this information is clear plain text over the Web. This is extremely insecure especially considering (A) It's a known fact most typical users will use the same account password on multiple sites, so one should assume a user registering for this forum will use the same password that they use for the main MyMeteor account. (B) The Customer Service PIN is one of the pieces of information used when interacting with Meteor either by phone, chat, email, forum or post as a way to verify a persons credentials and valid identity. So given (A) & (B) if a users password and/or PIN are intercepted on an insecure internet connection, the person gaining access to these credentials could use it to impersonate the customer when communicating with Meteor. The implications are obvious. When an attacker wants to gain access to customer details they will look for the weekest access link. This forum is one of the weekest access links and if comporimised or if user details are intercepted it gives the attacker all the information they need. This forum may be powered by the Lithium service, but it is Meteor's Technical team's responsibilty to setup and secure this forum adequetly. At the moment they have not done this. They are leaving customers at risk of identity theft and are failing in their obligations under Data Protection laws. This needs to be addressed immediatly. On a wider issue it is now considered good practice for public serving websites to use TLS throughout their website and not just for registration and login pages. Contrary to misconception using TLS throughout your site will not greatly reduce the speed or performance of the site if the sys admins have used correct modern server configurations, optimisations and TLS implementation. The major browsers are now blocking out non-secure elements on secure web pages and even Google is going to start using TLS as a signal for traffic ranking. So websites using TLS throughout their site will potentially get better search rankings on Google than those without. I would ask the Meteor Sys admins to at the very least seurce this forum with TLS and then role out TLS across their entire meteor.ie web properties and follow best practise.

I have found that there is an SSL certificate installed on the server to cover the forums.meteor.ie domain, however it is not being enforced. Whilst not a perfect solution, for those using the EFF HTTPS Everywhere browser extension, I have written a ruleset that will force the browser to load https://forums.meteor.ie. First off I will say that there are lots of very helpful people on this forum, it's the only good thing about BT.
Someone should get the chairman of BT to look at this forum, he should see the huge about of unhappy customers.
Customers that have a problem just want it fixed, they don't want to wait in for engineers that don't turn up, and to be lied to, and they definitely don't want to wait a year like I have!
BT Wholesale/Openreach need a huge kick up the **bleep**!

Yes emails to Ian Livingstone are passed to a team of people that deal with escalated complaints, I doubt that he personally even reads these emails but I may be wrong on that.
I however have no issue with this action, Instead I would suspect that if this was not done and he looked at the emails themselves then they would pretty much get deleted on mass without any form of action, I would imagine that he personally should have more important things to do and this is why he employs people to deal with complaints.
The best you can probably hope for generall (rather than a specific action for the specific issue) is that they take some metrics on the number of complaints that reach this stage since it indicates a failure of all the lower level stages tio resolve the matter, mostly mainly concerning the main help desk since I suspect that the majority of issues do not end up on this forum.
However metrics or not I can't see anything productive being done to change the culture within the main help desk since it si far far cheaper to get customers off the phone as quickly as possible and to use fairly untrained Indian staff rather than experienced local ones.
