ok, i had 512MB kingston value RAM (2x256mb). and i bought another 512 MB value ram, so now i have 2x256+512=1GB of RAM

RAS# precharge 3

that worked fine! but now with the other 512MB my pc crashed (only one time, but i have the extra ram only one day)
so i was wondering, maybe i have to set it to:

RAS# precharge 4

But what is the difference? will it be more stable? and will it be slower? and where can i see how mutch slower it will be? (is there a banchmark for it?)
right now i think i will hold it at 3-3-3-11 and see if it crashes some more.
but maybe someone can tell me what i can do best.

And how would I go about Overclocking this ram?

It is good/ ok RAM. You might expect about 480 Mhz out of this RAM at 1T. Read the stickies on overclocking as this will answer most of your OC questions. Many people round here like Mushkin Redline, and I used Kingston VR for my project. Not the best stuff, but it works for a moderate overclock and extreme OC if you use memory dividers.
Search the forum for memory. There are alot of threads on this.
Also post a sig with your components. I know your building a rig, but we like to see what you have and where your going when we are answering questions.

Techtool deluxe on osx lion does not run video ram test

I ran Techtool Deluxe after having installed OS X Lion. When it gets to the Video Ram test it quits. If I disable this test all is fine. What's wrong with testing video ram on OSX Lion?

Same problem. I've been having a lot of weird issues ever since Lion. Safari has crashed about ten times in the last two days and my mac keeps logging off all by its self. It seems that Techtool Deluxe and Lion don't go well together...when it starts it says that it hasn't been tested with Lion, and they no longer include it with AppleCare, so it seems that apple has discontinued the application. I'd say that from here on out, Techtool Deluxe will simply be a memory of the past...so probably just don't use it anymore.

It's just litho - I was thinking that there might be some 'universal' file that exists that would test out all trap functions. Any file you could give me would be greatly appreciated (just vector obviously)- it could be uploaded and downloaded from this forum.

Purchase a couple of these when they go on sale.
Start burning all the photos onto DVDs.
At least you'll have all your photos if your computer, time machine or any other backup you use goes bonkers.

Is this good or bad in terms of battery life?

So I have a question, my usage is 1 hour, 11 minutes; standby is 13 hours, 29 minutes. This is since the last full charge on my iphone4s and now the battery is at 68%. Is this good or bad, and the thing is when I used certain apps like words with friends even for 2-3mins I actually noticed the battery life going down 2%, and I know that because I have the option for showing the battery percentage switched to on. It's frustating that I'm doing the simplest task like going through settings and the battery is draining so quickly. Does anyone have and suggestions about increasing the battery life?

The short battery life is an issue of iOS5 that should be fixed with the next updates. ( also hope that Apple would fix it fast)

Hi Gurus,
While doing the GR ( via IDOC ) against the PO getting an error VALUE OF THIS GOOD MOVEMENT IS NEGATIVE. The process is below
PO Created with more than 300 Items and 12 items was deleted. The PO is not GR based invoice veritifcation,
IR has been done for the items.
We are using inbound delivery to update the Purchase order. Later based on the Inbound delivery GR need to done.
Not manual GR, 3 PL sends the file and in SAP it updates the GR against the inbound delivery.
While doing GR we are facing the Error M701 VALUE OF THIS GOOD MOVEMENT IS NEGATIVE
I checked all of the aspects likeOSS note 773515 we are using 4.7 version.

I have just purchased an iMac 27" 2.7GHZ running OSX 10.7.4 with 4GB RAM (16 GB has been ordered). I am using Aperture 3.3.2. When I attempt to create a web page from photos the page goes white and nothing displays. Is this a RAM issue?

I have resolved the issue....turns out that, in my case, running OSX 10.8.1 with Aperture 3.3.2 was what was required! I was running Aperture 3.3.2 with OSX 10.7.x and had this issue.
I hope this helps someone else as well.

I have created one subcontracting PO based on a sales order, so the order is belonging to special stock...
Now i got a below error when i transfer the stock to subcontractor against this PO through MB1B but it likes as warning msg(in Yellow) but i can't post this transaction.
Sales order (SOBKZ = &1) is not provided for this goods movement the message no is M7374
Kindly help me how to over come from this?
please note that as per the system suggesion i go to Define Attributes of System Messages for changing the message type from E to W. But i can't find this kind of message type in that list.

Subcontracting for Sales Order Stock: -
Purpose: - Subcontracting is also possible in conjunction with sales order stocks. The subcontracting orders are account-assigned to a sales order. Thus, the components are not transferred (using a transfer posting) to the "stock of material provided to vendor" but are directly withdrawn from the sales order stock the time of the goods receipt. The material manufactured is also posted to the sales order stock.
The cost of subcontracting is then debited to the sales order.
Since the components are not transferred to the "stock of material provided to vendor", it is recommend that you use a transfer posting to transfer the provided components to a new storage location (for example, 9999). This enables you to obtain an overview of those stocks that are physically located at the subcontractor. This information is particularly important when you carry out a physical inventory of the sales order stocks.

For components that are managed in sales order stock, you can define whether the components are to be withdrawn directly from each sales order or from the stock of material provided to vendor. You can maintain this indicator in the following places:
In the MRP view of the material master record (MRP 4)
