The whole message is in Bold Italic. No reputable business needs such bells and whistles to draw your attention.
Poor grammar, for example:
which consequently emerged you as the only winner
"Emerged you"? What the heck does that mean?
No tickets or Application was required.
No tickets *was* required? A competent clerk or secretary would cringe at such.

"prize off" should be "prize of"
