Is this legal? 200$ iTunes cards for 99$
Seems like one of those too good to be true things, yet they got plenty of positive feedback and ebay hasn't shut them down yet. They're selling 200$ itunes gift cards for 99$. But thing is they don't give you a gift card they give you the number off of one via email.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Don't trust eBay feedback on such things nor that eBay hasn't shut them down as an indication that the seller must be legitimate. eBay is notorious for not closing down scams, and feedback can be easily faked. If they only are sending out codes, it's almost guaranteed to be either a scam or illegal sales of some sort.
If you bite on this, don't be at all surprised if the code you get turns out to be invalid or already used, or that Apple comes back later and shuts down your account for using a pirated code (something I suspect since these sellers all seem to urge you to redeem the code quickly).
Caveat emptor.

But returning to your proposal ... Apple does not sell any of the "wifi" connections. It would be up to providers of service to sell giftcards, and perhaps Boingo or some of other airport-commercial WiFi firms do. I can't think of any other place I've been asked to pay for WiFi.
Now Verizon and AT&T, as well as other providers in other countries, could sell Gift Cards... and again, perhaps they do, but you'll have to check with them or make the suggestions there. It's really not an Apple issue, as they don't sell or provide any connections, just the hardware to make them. -
I have redeemed my itunes card for $25.00. This amount shows next to my account name. I chose songs from the itunes store and added to my wish list, but when I try to purchase these using my $25.00, it tells me this has already been redeemed. How do I buy songs and use my gift card to pay for them?

I got an 15 dollar iTunes card for Christmas. I took a picture of the card code to redem the card I accomplished that but when I try to download an app that cost money it asks me two security questions that I forgot the awnsers to. Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

Normally you would go back to the store from which the card was purchased and get them to handle the problem, but since this was a gift, that's probably not possible. Go here:

Sorry guy, but I think you are out of luck on that one- maybe someday if Apple gets Netflix under an exclusive contract.. But for now Netflix is its own entity, therefore your account with Netflix is not affiliated with your iTunes account and you have to subscribe and pay for Netflix via credit or debit card.

I was trying to redeem my iTunes card and cannot be process at this time try again later...Its been like that more than an hour now
It should keep asking for the password, because it's trying to check for purchases... As soon as you login, it will see you have pending downloads and create the downloads section on the left below Purchases under the Store section. Then it will start the music downloads there, as they will be listed one below the other.
You could just try to check your account balance or view your account and that will trigger a password request too. You can just click on that and say that now iTunes keeps asking for the password and ask him to help you with that. Trick would be to interrupt him so that he carries on with another task after, so he doesn't notice the download. Or you carry on with email or browsing which you were "busy" with when iTunes interrupted you for the password (stupid iTunes) -

You will need to set up an account in the US iTunes Store to use that card, for which you will need a valid US mailing address. Note that the Terms of Use for the iTunes Store state that you will not attempt to use the US iTunes Store from any other country, so you will not be able to buy new items or re-download previously purchased ones from the US without violating those terms. So you may want to reconsider your purchase and perhaps return the iTunes card or sell it to someone who lives in the US.
