You have not specifically said what version of Photoshop you are referring to, but you mentioned the Cloud, so I'll assume CC. The _only_ place you can subscribe to any of the Creative Cloud apps is via the Adobe online store for your country.

Any special, cut price, offers for Photoshop are always going to be scams, and should be avoided. That especially applies to eBay where you will probably have no come back with the vendor, and just lose your money.

Yes, you can use GarageBand loops for commercial purposes. Here's the Apple Doc:

(Basically the only thing it excludes is to re-distribute the loops as loops.)
I don't know about the YouTube form, maybe you just fill in "Apple Loops", they certainly have come across this before.

License: Is this legal/kosher?

One of the companies I do work for has an XServe G5 with 10.4 Server installed. It runs AFP, iChat, NFS, Web, and Windows services. They want to move some of those services onto another machine for performance reasons.
Is it legal/kosher to install their 10.4 Server license onto a second machine, without a duplication of services? IOW, if I were to have the XServe running AFP and Windows services, and move all the other services onto a second computer (e.g., a mirror door G4), would that be a license violation?
My gut instinct says that it would but I would like to make sure.

It's not possible to do this legally.
If puchase cost is an issue, the company might consider purchasing a 10-user version of OSX server. The 10-user limit applies only to simultaneous AFP connections. So, for load distribution the 10-user version could be made an Open Directory replica and serve iChat, NFS, Web, VPN, routing, DNS, DHCP, as well as providing a 'hot' backup for all the directory information.

I know how to do it, but want to know if this is legal. I'm going on a long haul flight next week and want to copy my entire itunes library to my Macbook Pro then delete all the music and just keep the TV Shows and Movies for watching on route, is this legal?

As long as you aren't copying it to somebody else's computer for them to have or keep.

Countries and Purchasing - is this legal?

I was looking at the soundtrack for Blood and Chocolate because I was wanting to buy "Stand My Ground," a song by a group called Within Temptation.
Anyhow, iTunes U.S. doesn't have it.
But iTunes Netherlands does, and one guy suggested we go buy the song in the Netherlands. Even if this is possible, it seems a little fishy to me.
I really want this song, I've requested the artist several times, and I will pay iTunes for it. The question is: is this legal? If it isn't, should I report this to Apple?

If you've forgotten your answers to your security questions then you can get them reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

Is this a genuine Adobe Login request?

I believe that my system may have been compromised by a virus.
I keep getting a request to sign in to my Adobe Account to register Trial versions of Adobe products that I legally own and have registered.
This affects Dream weaver CS6 and Photoshop CS6.
I use Win & 64 bit and have Norton IS up to date.
I have not done as requested and now I am unable to use my Adobe products.
Any help gratefully received.

Hi Ned,
I have just finished a long session with the support desk.
It turns out that this is a genuine requirement and for some reason I was required without warning to re register all of my CS6 products.
If you have any influence with Adobe please tell them that I have just spent hours trying to resolve why I should re register already registered products. I do not as a matter of principle sign into sites that with out expecting it ask for my password in case it is a phishing scam.
I spent most of the morning virus and malware checking, wasted 4 hours.
A communication from Adobe explaining why this was happening would have saved a lot of aggravation.

OEM DreamWeaver8 for a very low price. I'm sure it is too good to
be true. Is it legal to sell OEM software?

It's a case of too good to be true, don't do it.

Is this a genuine gigaworks s750 system?

A little over a month ago I purchased a GigaWorks S750 system from Dell, which arrived in a regular brown box with Creative's logo, pictures of the S750 and black writing on it. It looks fine. Recently however, I observed that all the pictures I ever saw of the S750 always showed the shipping package as a multi-colored box. Plus, some of the wording on the box I received are a bit different from what are on the multi-colored box.
Just out of curiosity, I e-mailed Creative about this and they replied stating that all S750 systems are indeed shipped in Creative's multi-colored box (orange/white with blue writing on it). They advised that I should contact Dell about this since Dell might have shipped me a refurbished S750 system.
I contacted Dell by telephone about what Creative had said and they told me that first of all, they do not refurbish third party products and second, although I ordered the product from Dell, the S750 was actually shipped from Creative's warehouse. (Product was actually shipped from a company named Tech Data Corp., Technology Drive, Swedesboro, NJ 08085. Country of origin: China. Manufactured date: 0/28/05).
Please note that I have not even hooked up the system yet. In view of the innumerable amount of problems people are having with the S750, I think I should first get some explanation about this discrepancy.
Am I the only one this has happened to I need to know whether this is a genuine GigaWorks S750 system or is it a fake, a refurbished set or whatever. I really need to know just to put my mind at ease.

I have seen S700 and S750's shipped in brown boxes so I would not worry. It may be that since these were for a third party a brown box was decided on as the packaging. I am not aware of any "fake" S750's so I think you are safe.

In germany 2 years of warranty is the normal case I know well from other technical goods.

If you are taking about iTunes purchases, unfortunately discussing this subject is not permitted on Apple's forums as the recently updated Apple Discussions User Agreement now clearly states.
Under item 2, para 8.2 it says "Do not submit software or descriptions of processes that break or otherwise ‘work around’ digital rights management software or hardware. This includes conversations about ‘ripping’ DVDs or working around FairPlay software used on the iTunes Store."
