Is this possible in APEX?

Hi Friends
I have a requirement..
My application displayes a tree of which "Customer" is a node and "site" is a child node of "Customer".
"Customer" can have multiple "site" s.
When I click the "site" it loads a report which is a list of equipments. I have check boxes to select the equipment.
One of the fields of the report is an LOV called "Service Level" which has "Gold" , "Silver" and "Bronze" which the user can select before "Submit" ing the page
I need to provide a functionality where in I right click the "customer" node and menu pops up which has the following options. "Apply Brpnze" "Apply Silver" and "Apply Gold".
If I click "Apply Bronze" then the Service level "Bronze" has to propagate to the LOV of all the equipments(as a default value but the user can change it later) in all the "site" s under that "Customer".
Any clue?

Hi User,
I think it is more to do with JS rather than APEX. You can implement 'Right click pop-up menu' using JS (depends on Browser and version). If google, you can find lot of e.g. for this and here is one And once user click on the link (like Apply Bronze) you may pass this value to JS function and in that function, you can change the Select List values in the Report accordingly. But I don't think it's an easy deal!!
And an easy work around for this is..
When I click the "site" it loads a report which is a list of equipments. So along with the report, you may display 3 links (Apply All - Bronze, etc..) just above/below the report. So when user click on these links just excute JS to change the Select list values in Report.
