Is this possible to do in Dreamweaver, or do I have use Flash?

Hey Guys!
This is my first post and I am hoping you are not a bunch of sharks that are after my bleeding appendages. I need some guidance with a current web design project that I am doing. If anyone can help me out I would be so thankful!
The site itself is a fixed framing of about 800 x 600 pixels.
At the bottom of the site there are six navigation buttons.
The 6 buttons trigger a SMALLER inset frame in the middle of the site design.
How can I achieve the following?
When the user highlights one of these navigation buttons, the following happens:
The navigation button font changes colors and plays a sound signifying hover, and a sub-menu extends above revealing sub-catgeories for the user to pick.
ONCE A sub category is SELECTED,
The following happens:
Information in the little INSET window CHANGES
AND
The background of the "HOST" site, carrying the frame with changing content, FADES SMOOTHLY into a different set image. (The portions of the website that are BEHIND the text information frame.)
Does this make sense?

OPTION 1) Build the site in Flash. This will significantly limit your target audience to only those people who DO have Flash player installed on their web device and who DO NOT require web assisting technologies such as screen readers or language translators. You can pretty much eliminate all iPhone, iTouch and iPad users from your target audience. Also because Flash sites are poorly ranked on Search Engines, your site won't get any traffic unless your client sinks a boat load of cash into Keyword Advertising.
OPTION 2) Build a flexible height page in DW for the majority of web users who have various devices and screen sizes. Use plenty of keyword rich content in your X/HTML markup for SEs and translators. Add style to your site and layout with CSS rules, CSS Pull-Up menus and where absolutely necessary, Floatbox or Shadowbox scripts for modal window content.

How old is your Mac? If it is an older one, then the battery may just be dying. You can check by clicking on the Apple in the upper left-hand corner, then clicking on About This Mac>More Info>System Report, then click on Power (about half way down the list). At the top of the resulting display, you should see the following type of info:
The Health Information will tell you if your battery is going to need replacement soon. If it says Normal, then it is not the battery.

HT4534 I installed facetime on my computer in May 2011. It worked great at first,but now the volume goes out when I am on calls.What can I do to stop this from happening? Its not my speakers,I have used Skype and Google+ and the volume never goes out.

The volume on my facetime goes out very frequently. I can hear the person just fine, but they can not hear me. I have checked my app store to see if there have been any updates to the version of facetime that I bought in May 2011 and it's not. Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?
By the way it is not my speakers. I have used Google+ and Skype, and they both work just fine and the volume does not go out.

Thanks, it seems that it doesn't like to play games, which is a bit of a bummer as i bought this specifically because it was capable of doing that. To be fair, it is capable... I just need to get used to a sound like sitting by a washing machine on spin cycle... Wish they would make people aware of this in the Apple Store, its very misleading and not at all desireable.

Is this possible? View photos in full screen and navigate using cursor

Recent convert from PC. Love the mac thus far but this is driving me crazy. What I am trying to do is to view pictures (in a folder) in full screen and be able to navigate either using the left-right cursor or some kind of buttons on the screen. Here's what I did:
1) Intuitively, I double clicked on one of pics. It brings up Preview. So far so good. Able to view full screen but wait! There's no way to go the the next or previous pics. Ok I get it Preview is supposed to 'simply preview' a doc/pic. It is not a full fledge image viewing application.
2) Few Googles later, I learned about quicklook. Easy enough, I pressed the spacebar and can see the pictures. Left-right cursor works! But wait! It stops when you view the last picture in the row (i.e. it doesn't go the next row). Huh?
3) Few Googles later. I learned about using the 'tab' instead. Very nice...I can now browse pics on the next rows...BUT...how do I go back?
4) Few Googles later. I learned about using the 'shift tab' to go back (now this is getting annoying). Fine, now that I've nailed navigation 101, how do I view the pics in full screen? Quicklook only utilize like 50% of the screen. I don't think it is possible....so back to square one.
5) More Googles later. I learned about "command a" to select all pictures and then "enter". This will open Preview with all the pictures and presto the left-right cursor works, a left-right icon appears and voila the "full screen" icon is available.
Can some expert/genius please tell me if I am too stupid to use a Mac or that Windows 7 is indeed a more superior os.

Thomas thanks. I think we (mostly I) are beating on a dead horse here. I guess I had figured out the answer from the get-go but is simply ranting. Windows may be a crappy os but when it comes to picture viewing, it is more intuitive.
Now that I've figured out that the "solution" is to select all and then open in preview. Another question came up...what if I want to start viewing and navigating from the middle of the pack? Assuming I have a 100 pics, and I "open" pic 50. Using preview on a single pic wont' let me navigate as you had mentioned. Quicklook allows tab/shift tab but not full screen. The "select all then open in preview" won't cut it since it will start from pic 1. Selecting just pic 50 to 100 then preview works but won't allow you to view pic 49 and before.

In settings, the FaceTime icon is not clickable and in home screen the FaceTime icon (application) responds with: "Account Restriction This iPhone is restricted from making FaceTime accounts". I have had a FaceTime account in good order for 2 years now and have not abused or excessively used it. Apple doesn't respond multiple messages, ISP is of no use.

I have tried this and can see that FaceTime is ALLOWED in RESTRICTIONS
I have tried also, in restrictions, other items regarding applications, iTunes App Store without results.

Recording Live DV. Is this possible?

The church that I work at uses a program called VT4 for live computer based switching. I would like to run a firewire out of that computer(pc) into my Mac so that I can record and save the sermon as a quicktime file. Is this possible to do in Final Cut?
I have been trying some different things but I cannot seem to get Final Cut to recognize the signal. It always says "[missing]DV Video". I think it keeps looking to control a camera or a deck. Is there any way to set it to just record an incoming stream of DV through firewire?

What do you normally use to record the DV stream or how is the firewire routed normally?
Go to the Log and Capture Window ( Command + 8)
Click on the Capture Settings tap and select DEVICE CONTROL>"Non-Controllable Device"
Make sure that CAPTURE/INPUT is the correct format for your DV.
If need be, VIEW>EXTERNAL VIDEO>REFRESH ALL DEVICES
It is possible the device will not work with FCP.
Your switcher may not be a bi-directional device and FCP is looking for something it can send a signal OUT as well.

How can I make this possible? Loading another html, into a table?

Hello everyone!
Im using Dreamweaver CS3. I have a website thats all image based - which is not good because google or any search engine cant really pick up any keywords. So I have a table filled with images, Id like to take an image in the center out, and put in some type of code that says "load blah.html into the current row and collumn of this table. I attached an image of what I mean.
Id like to do this because it will be easier for me to update 1 html file and have it load that into the master html file. Is this even possible?

Easy enough to see how it's done, I've provided the code :-)
You can set up the scrolling div in the table cell and then use an include file to populate the text into that div... that way,, you can make changes to the include file and it will be updated automatically on the page.
Here's a quick and easy article on creating server side includes (SSI). Use this to create your 'include file' that goes into that scrolling div.

HTML files from an existing site cannot be reused in Muse as Muse works only with files having extension as .muse.
However, you use apps like Dreamweaver to edit your existing HTML files.

Its possible to change switch the computer. For that you first need to deactivate the subscription from the first computer.
To deactivate you can launch any product ( photoshop cc, indesign cc or dreamweaver cc etc) ---> click on help--->click on deactivate.
Once the subscription is deactivated you can then go to the new machine, login to www.creative.adobe.com, go to downloads center, and start downloading the applications.

If you go to Settings > iTunes & AppStore , you can sign out from your account, and sign in with the one you've used to purchase apps.This will not remove any apps you already have on it.
Then you can go to AppStore and download apps you've purchased (either via "Purchased" button in "Updates", or simply search for them and download them.
That way you can have multiple accounts' apps on your iPad. When updating, you will be prompted for the credentials for account you've purchased given App with.

I'm sorry but the iPad does not work with a mouse, there is no cursor on the iPad and the iPad was designed as a touch screen device so a mouse will not work.
I really don't know what to suggest other than this new device, and it might be worth a look. I assume that the child can use his hands for a keyboard.

If you just installed iCloud does that mean you updated the iOS that's running on your iPad? If so, you'll want to restore all the programs you have from the backup you hopefully made.

If you don't want to use iCloud, simply don't activate it.
You can also download the programs again.

Is this scenario possible:
SNC connection from SAP GUI to SAP Router, and non-SNC connection from SAP Router to SAP System.
I know how to set up scenario like this:
SAP System --- (non-SNC conn) --- saprouter1 --- (SNC conn) --- saprouter2 --- (non-SNC conn) --- SAP GUI.

To be sure myself and Marek understand, can you confirm the different scenarios supported:
Scenario 1:
SAP GUI --- (non SNC conn) --- saprouter1 --- (SNC conn) --- saprouter2 --- (non-SNC conn) --- SAP System
With this scenario, it would be possible for a user to logon using SAP GUI onto the SAP System, but without SAP GUI SNC.
Scenario 2:
SAP GUI --- (SNC conn) --- saprouter1 --- (non SNC conn) --- saprouter2 --- (SNC conn) --- SAP System
With this scenario it would be possible to logon to the SAP System using SAP GUI, and using SNC authentication.
Also, with this scenario the SAP GUI software and SAP System software would consider this to be similar to:
SAP GUI -- (SNC conn) -- SAP System
Scenario 3:
This is the scenario mentioned by Marek in his initial question:
SAP GUI -- (SNC conn) -- saprouter1 -- (non SNC conn) -- SAP System
With this scenario it will not be possible to logon to SAP System using SNC, and only possible if the SAP GUI is configured to not use SNC. In other words the SNC connection between SAP GUI and saprouter1 is available, but cannot be used.
