Is LabView 7.0 compatible with Windows Vista operating system?

Hi Fester,
Unfortunately, LabVIEW 7.0 is not compatible with Vista.  LabVIEW 8.2.1 is the first version that supports Vista.

  • Firefox prompted me to download an incompatible update that its website claims is compatible with my operating system (Mac OS 10.4.11). Why prompt an incompatible download AND claim it is compatible?

I have an iMac and use OS 10.4.11 & Firefox 3.6.19. Firefox prompted me to download an update (to 7.0.1). I looked up the system requirements on your website, and it stated the update is compatible with OS 10.4.11. But after I downloaded and installed the update, it failed to work on grounds of incompatibility. Hence 2 questions: (1) Why did Firefox prompt me to download an incompatible update? (2) Why did your website claim the update is compatible with my operating system when it is not?

Sorry, it's because Firefox 4+ are only compiled for the Intel processors.
There is a separate project for PPC Macs called Ten Four Fox. You might give it a spin when you're tired of 3.6.

Why does it say that the updated version of Firefox (which I am trying to download) is not compatible with my operating system when I have Mac OS X 10.5.8? I had an older version of Firefox and it said I needed to update it but that was the message that appeared.

  • Canon EOS 100D is listed as compatible in Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 6.01 but when I connect my camera a message appears telling it's not compatible with the operating system?

Canon EOS 100D is listed as compatible in Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 6.01 and when I have checked for software updates there are none available.  I've downloaded the Canon software, connected to my mac via the cable and followed the instructions in the manual.  Sadly I just get a message saying it's not compatible with the operating system.  I've tried inserting the memory card into the mac to and it doesn't seem to see it.  Can anyone help please?

Camera RAW ≠ Camera driver, the RAW update is for the .CR2 canon raw image file (in your case) compatibility.
What happens when you try to import photos using Image Capture or iPhoto?
Can you take a screenshot of the error message?
I always prefer and recommend using memory card import over using the camera.

  • Can Adobe change Reader (XI) on my computer to version compatible with my operating system?

I have the incorrect version of Adobe Reader on my computer.  I have the Adobe PDF Pack/PDF to Office file converter, version XI.  I was told by an Adobe telephone consultant earlier that this version was not compatible with my Windows 7 operating system and that was why my documents were coming out garbled.  However, when I reviewed my billing a couple of months ago with Adobe, it was found that I had duplication for different Adobe products.  Adobe has corrected this, but assured me at the same time that I had paid for a year for my PDF converter.  I think at that time, the incorrect version (XI) appeared on my machine again.  I need to change the PDF converter back to the old subscription, so that my documents are not garbled when they are converted to Word documents.  Please help.  Can you notify me by e-mail when this correction is made?  Shirley Montgomery [email address removed]

NOBODY here can uninstall or reinstall software on YOUR computer. That's YOUR reeponsibility. You can download Reader  9, 10 or 11 here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

  • Which version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is compatible with Vista operating system? how to buy it?

I tried to install Acrobat Pro XI on my laptop; but it failed to install because I have Vista operating system. Am I dead in the water, or is there a way to install an earlier version on my machine?

    Hi nirbhay,
You can purchase Acrobat Pro subscription and install it on Vista OS.
Please check : Tech specs | Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
The earlier versions Acrobat 9 and 10 are compatible with Vista but they are no longer available for purchase.

  • When I attempted to reload FIREFOX after accidently removing it from my Toolbar. I got the message that Firefox is NOT compatible with my operating system.

Am I forever done with Firefox? Im running Max OS 10.5.8
What gives? I'm not looking for the latest most inspirational release... just an alternative to Safari.
It was fully compatible up until I accidently moved the icon off my desktop. Now it's no longer in my Applications folder and is not replaceable?!!?

  • Desktop publishing software compatible with windows and mac?

I am trying to help the kids at my daughter's school produce their own newspaper.
Apart from Word (which I can't get to do what I want!) is there anything out there compatible with both operating systems. The school PCs have MS Publisher 2003 installed. I am working on a mac using Quark and InDesign. I created the last newspaper for them but I'd like the kids to get more involved if possible and enable them to have some input when it comes to creating it. Other than having to do it myself or even worse invite 60 kids into my home is there anything out there?!!!

    Hi Grace,
if you use QuarkXPress 7 or 8, you can actually legally install/activate *the same* license *on two* machines, even cross-platform. You are just allowed to use one installation concurrently.
So you could test it on Windows and if the student like it, a student copy is extremely cheap.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards
    Matthias

  • Hi, I've got an imac using mac os x version10.4.11, does anyone know of any printers that are compatible with this operating system version?

Hi, I've got an imac using mac os x version10.4.11, does anyone know of any printers that are compatible with this operating system version?

Yesterday I set up a Canon IP3600 to work on a PowerBook G4 running OS 10.4.11. It is a print-only unit. I got the 10.4 drivers off the Canon website before connecting the printer. Many Brother printers still have support for older Mac OS versions.
If you need a multi-function device, it is gettng very hard to find any that support PowerPC Macs (pre-2006) of OSX versions older then 10.6 any more.
As you posted in the PowerPC iMac forum I assume you have one. However, there are some Intel Macs (2006 and newer) still running 10.4. Check "About this Mac" under your Apple menu: if it says you have an Intel processor, you have many more doors open.

Thanks! I agree with you completely. I love my computer, it does everything I need it to. I have no reason to upgrade to a whole new computer just because it has new bells and whistles, or is marginally faster than what I have. I'm not using it for gaming, and I don't mind waiting an extra second or 2 for internet pages to load.Firefox has been a wonderful program. it would be shame if they force us to switch to something that is not as good.

  • Satellite R830-143 - BIOS update does not support this operating system

    Hi,
I received a notification via Tempro that a BIOS upgrade was available. I downloaded the ZIP file (bios-20120209125153.zip), extracted the package (BIOS360_EC140_WIN.exe) and ran it according to the instructions.
The package runs, gives the "Extracting files..." progress bar then displays a dialogue entitled "TOSHIBA BIOS Package Ver.4.1.2" that says: "This BIOS package does not support this operating system."
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a Satellite 830R-143 with the short part no. PT32LE
Does anyone know what the problem is?

When you upgrade the operating system, all users are upgraded to be used with the new version, so you won't have to upgrade OS X each time for all your users
