Is this where i report a bug in the finder?

hi.
I use aftereffects to render quicktime movies.
I render them,
open them From the finder in Quicktime,
make notes of changes i want to make,
go back and edit them in Aftereffects,
and try to render them again.
this is where the bug is.
after effects sees that the Finder has the file selected, in almost any finder window display type (coverflow, icon, columns) the Finder reports that it has the file open!!!! and Aftereeffects throws a fit, failing the render. This is a big no-no. Apple, I make a pleading request for you to Stop taking over the file completely for a simple preview. Please, make the finder more flexible here, and get it to respect the needs of the applications. my workflow is screwed, and its all because you guys didn't foresee this problem and make allowances for it.
its one thing if Quicktime gives aftereffects a clogged artery over having the file open, but the finder... logically Cannot ever have the file open. I know you added the ability to preview, and thats great, but can't you see that Previewing != opening? Aftereffects can't see it.

You could just disable updates. Change these settings in about:config.
* app.update.auto - set to false
* app.update.enabled - set to false
You can still check for updates with the "Check for Updates" button in the About Firefox window, but it will download the update file anyway if there is an update available. You can also check which is the current release from here:

Happy to report that iTunes Match has returned to working like normal on iTunes 10.7 on my computer today. If any iTunes engineers read this thread, I really appreciate the fix.

I forgot my ipad passcode. I tried to restore ipad using the recovery mode option. However when I try this iTunes askes me to turn off the "find my ipad" option (which of course I cannot do as I cannot open the ipad).

TS3376 power % bug in the Find my iPhone web app?

Hi iCloud users, I think I have spotted a bug in the Find my iPhone web app.
When you have multiple devices and locate them on the map, the pop up window that shows the device battery remaining, it has a problem it will show the 1st device power for all when you hover over it. I think the displayed icon is correctly changing but for instance what ever device I show 1st shows the same percentage for subsequent devices iPad and all. If you sign out and back into iCloud wep page it then will show the 1st % again even if you start from a different device.

Make sure that you set up your iCloud account on both devices and that Find My iPhone is turned On. You can also verify if your two iPads' location by signing in to www.icloud.com then Find My iPhone.

Nouveau driver crashes, freezes X, where to report a bug

Hi,
where should I post a crash bug for the nouveau video driver? The nouveau site says not to post the bug there but at your friendly distribution, which is here.
The crash is hard to reproduce, happens randomly, once a week, today already twice.
The systemd journal says <see below>.
I am able to login from another computer and reboot the box. So it's just X which freezes, ssh and other services obviously continue to run.
I found a very similiar bug report at an OpenSuse bug tracker.
So, where do I go with that bug?

I food a small bug in the finder OS X 10.9.2

In the finder window, with the list view, on some circumstances, the small triangle on the left to open or close a directory does not work.
I think I know hows to make the bug appear. How do I report to apple ?

Where to report a bug?

I spent all day thinking that I had done something wrong, but now I think there's actually a bug in Spry.

1. Click on "Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium" in the master column
2. Then scroll to the bottom of the little detail container
3. Then click on "Adobe Creative Suite 2 Standard" master column
At which point, Spry will show you the bottom of the new detail, instead of starting you at the top, where you would expect. Not good.
Where do we report this? How do we get it fixed?

That said, I really think Spry should be updated to do this automatically. I can't think of a situation where you'd want to start someone off at the bottom of a new detail box.

Where to report a bug in voice navigation?

I dont know how about toher languages, but polish version doesnt work correctly on highways. It says only when I should change one highway to another. But sometimes higway separates: left lanes are the "old" highway, the right ones are the new one. But navigation doesn tell me: keep to the left lane. On the Berliner Ring there is a complete disaster. When i go from Munchen (Highway No. 10) and want to through Berliner Ring (also higway No. 10) NAVIGATION SAYS NOTHING AT ALL!!! So i must know myself if I want to go around Berlin clockwise or anticlockwise!!!
There's also another problem for beginners. In polish version program says something like that: "After 100 m keep the right lane and then turn to the right". But it should be: "Keep the right lane and after 100 m turn to the right". When I used it for the first time I almost did, what program told me. In that case I would have passed my streetcross! There is no email, where I can report it.

Reporting a bug in the X2100?

Well I hope someone on the X2100 dev team sees this.
Just got a X2100 in and the default BIOS settings it ships with prevent Serial Console Redirection from working.
Two BIOS settings are in question -
1) Console redirection is set to go to the SDMC, not COM1 by default.
2) When console redirection is set to COM1, it does not work unless the address/irq settings for COM1 are set to Auto rather than the default hard setting of IRQ3.
BIOS rev reported is 1.0.0.

I can't figure out how to report a bug with the Javascript debugger as it asked me to

I pressed the Javascript Debugger button after installing it on my toolbar, and got this message:

Also, try to be as precise as possible in your terminology. When you say "project window," do you mean the Program Monitor? Anyway, I presume you don't mean the Project panel.
