You have probably already fixed whatever it was that was interfering, and I admit I didn't read all of the info that followed your post, but I have run into a few files that seem to be suspicious that could be part of the problem. I was getting all sorts of weird issues from my new cloud subscriptions, and I eventually began to wonder if I had been infected with some sort of malware or virus. I still don't know, but I came across a weird file path that contained MANY strange files. One of them was Adobe Application Manager (Updater).exe, and I THINK, I am not sure, that this could be a file that is causing problems (as well as some of the other within that path address. On my computer it is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\ (for the file mentioned above it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\UWA. I have this program that I use called PEStudio that allows me to view the contents of executables without actually running or opening them. I have found this to be a very useful, and free, tool for researching malicious files. When I opened the file I mentioned, there was a treasure trove of suspicious "strings" as well as others. It actually identifies some of the strings as "blacklisted" so that you can view those strings first. It also runs blacklists on other parts of the files so it has proved to be very useful (even if you aren't a techie per se).
Anyway, I hope this helps if you are still having trouble.

You seem to be asking two different questions.
The answer to how many computers you can install Dreamweaver on is two. However, if you want to sell Dreamweaver, you must transfer the licence entirely to the other person. In other words, you can't keep Dreamweaver on one of your computers, and sell the other permitted installation to someone else.

However, you say that you deleted your version from one computer. That's not enough. You should have deactivated it first. You will need to get Adobe to cancel the activation on the computer you no longer have. Otherwise, the person who buys from you won't be able to install on two computers.

No, if you mean can you copy the installed version over. That never works because PSE is a highly complex program that strews stuff all over your hard drive and you can never hope to find all the bits and bobs. You should deactivate it on the computer you no longer need, then install from scratch on the new machine.

If you did not deactivate a machine you did not have a free activation. You would need to download the direct installer and install Photoshop as a trial. Later if you free up an activation by deactivating one of your two activations. You should be able to activate your trial install by using menu Help>Sign In...

The Photoshop individual license allows you to install the program on two computers. If you do so however, the programs cannot be used simultaneously. A quick note: the two computers must be running on the same platform. For example, you can install on two Macs, or two Windows machines, but you can't install on one Mac and one Windows machine.
Here's a quote from the from the Photoshop CS6 terms and aggreements:
2.1.3 Portable or Home Computer Use. Subject to the important restrictions set forth in Section 2.1.4 [having to do with volume licensees], the primary user of the Computer on which the Software is installed … may install a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located at his or her home, provided that the Software on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Software on the primary Computer.

Hi. I was wondering how many computers I can install a purchased version of Photoshop onto (or other Adobe products)? Can I install one copy onto two systems I own, eg: my desktop and laptop? Or only one total? Can I buy additional licenses for that version if needed? What about with older products Eg: Photoshop 4 Extended, or another?

I would like to say that being able to add software onto 2 systems, especially software for productivity and fun, is highly important. This is something Adobe needs to keep doing and a lot of other companies too. Plus it is something some companies need to look into if they can set up the system right. This is one reason I am planning on buying one companies software for music production over the other (which also requires the usb key/lock or company #2's product doesn't work). It is a good selling point for someone like me with a desktop and laptop, cost is a factor with double programs.

Noel the two bad options are. What is particularly bad is Adobe tried to make these options global and not just be in effect when the adjustment panel is used to add an adjustment layer.
In the past adjustment layer always came with a Layer Mask it was never an option no action was required nothing needed to be coded to have a layer mask added and nothing was recorded into action steps or scripts that there was be or not to be a layer mask. So any Action, Script and possibly Plug-in that added and adjustment layer and modified its layer mask will fail. If this option is not set to its default setting. Even if you change the setting Photoshop does not always not add a layer mask. If there is an active selection a layer mask will still be added. So the option does not work always.
The second option clip to previous layer has always been an option and if used the option was recorded in actions and coder in scripts and plug ins. However nothing special was recoded or coded if you wanted the adjustment layer to apply to all layer below the adjustment was added by default not clipped. When this option is in its default state it does not, not clip adjustment layers that were recorded clipped or coded clipped these are still clipped. However if you set it to Clip added adjustment recorded in actions that should be added by default not clipped are now clipped. This may also happen in Plug in and scripts that coded add adjustment layers letting it default to all these may be clipped.
Here are some simple silly actions I recorded with CS6 that adds adjustment layers which are played with in the actions. Versions of Photoshop prior to CS4 will have no problems for these bad options were added in CS4. CS4, CS5 and CS6 will play the action when these options are set to their default setting. The Actions will have problems otherwise. http://www.mouseprints.net/old/dpr/AdjustmentLayers.atn No document need be open just play the actions with options set to their default setting. Then change an option and play again.

I have installed photoshop cs6 extended on my pc running win 7 on 64 bit but i cant right click and edit my photos in PS extended its not in the options

Yes you are permitted two installations. Use your original disk if you have the boxed product.
If you purchased from the Adobe store, details are usually available for three years from the date of purchase.
Click the red Adobe logo at the top left of this forum page.
Then click My Adobe >> My Orders
Log in to your account using your Adobe ID
Expand your purchase history using the small black triangles to the left of the purchase date and if a download is still available for your product it will be shown to the right.

Resolution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for .dll files

3. Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
1. Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
