Is Tuxedo supported on current versions of OpenVMS?

A colleague is working with Tuxedo and is talking about moving to OpenVMS 8.2 either on Alpha or Itanium.
Is Tuxedo supported on either of these platforms? Presumably it would be Tux 6.5 since that is what has been running on VMS for years and years.

The product retirement policy states that
a.. Generally Available Support for Tuxedo and WebLogic Enterprise is
offered for six years after a Major product release (including a 2 year
Maturity phase)
b.. Extended Support is offered at an additional cost for two years
c.. Sustaining Support is offered at an additional cost in perpetuity
For Tuxedo 9.1, released during 2006, Generally Available support will be
available through 2012 with extended support available through 2014. We are
currently working on a new major release of Tuxedo, and GA and Extended
Support for that release will be available for 6 years and 8 years after its
release date.
For VMS, the issue is that it is only suported on Tuxedo 6.5, and not on
newer releases of Tuxedo. As with any other operating system or product,
support for VMS is a business issue and depends in part on the level of
customer interest in this product. If you're interested in VMS, please let
support and your account executive know (although I'm fairly sure that
you've already let them know.)

I heard from a non-BEA source that Tuxedo is not supported on VMS 8.2 or

Dashboard Design multiple flow not supported in current version

Using Dashboard Design Version 6.0.0.0 Build 14,0,1,287, when I create a basic query and use filters, I get the following error:
The query you just created contains multiple flow which is not support in current version.
The thing is, I converted a UNV to a UNX and there aren't any loop nor context issues. Furthermore, all of the original 3.1 queries worked just fine; however, in Dashboard Design, I am getting this error. Can someone tell me the following:

Multi flow means, the query gets two or more results, it occurs when you use objects which are incompatible.with incompatible object sets,the query gets two or more results and they will be merged for final output.
Ex: Let consider you have A,B,C objects. assume that "A" is incompatible with "C".Then the query will get two sets of result.
A & B and B & C.For the final output A & C are placed using B output,means for A & B and B & C results if B is same that row will included in Final output.
I don't know which version supports the Multi flow output,meanwhile you can use live office webi reports,they support the Multi flow.

I was recently given a Mac Mini from a friend. It is an old version (model A1176) and cannot support a current version of iPhoto from the app store. It originally came with iLife, but was apparently wiped when they cleaned the hard drive to give it to me, and they cannot find the CD to reload it. I can no longer find iLife '11 in the app store. Is there anything I can do to be able to store photos from my iPhone onto the computer?

The early and late 2006 can only go to 10.6.8 but the mid 2007 can go to Lion. With Lion you can get iPhone from the Mac App Store by:

I am in the same boat. I tried repeatedly to contact iTunes support, but was told each time that I had contacted the wrong deaprtment and they could not help me. There must be a way to still be able to use the iTunes store without paying for a system update. If not, I hope they will reimburse me the money I have in my acount.

You need to uninstall the Community / Conduit toolbar add-on.
Locate the files in bold print and move them to the Trash. The first five are in your root /Library
/Library/Application Support/Conduit
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
/Library/ScriptingAddtions (anything CTLoader realted)
/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
The next one is in your Home folder.

When you're done, try Safari.

That means you were probably using Adobe Acrobat to view PDF's. Acrobat is totally unnessary, you can view PDF's in Preview (Applications - Preview).

The Quicken Essentials For Mac website probably has the answer. You might check there.
I just did check there and it says Lion. It does not mention Mountain Lion. You might have to contact their customer support people and find out if they have an upgrade or are in the process of releasing one.

Having the same problem in CS6. I can tell you that converting back to CS4 will NOT solve the problem. It seems when support for backward compatibility is discontinued, there's just no way to get

I just updated SAP business one with latest 8.81 patch 10 and related integration component. However, when I try to add a sales order using new 1.5 version of the mobile app, it give the following error:
"Note that this function is not supported by the current version of the backend server".
Any idea what this means? Do I need to update the integration component with a different version?

How do I manuallly download the latest version of Firefox on top of my current version?

I have an iMac version 10.7.5. I'm currently running Firefox Version 14 and I keep getting prompts to allow automatic updating (currently to version 17). However, when the prompt says "connecting to the update server," it never connects. So my questions are:
a.) Is there a way to correct this problem so that I can automatically update?
b.) If not, how do I update manually (I've found the Mozilla site's explanations incomplete/confusing.) Can I just download the latest version and it'll configure to what I already have, or do I need to delete my current version and reinstall completely? And what will happen to my settings (e.g. bookmarks) if I update on top of my current version, or update by completely replacing the current version?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Hello - I am trying to update my Iphone 4 from its current Ios (4.3.3) to the latest Ios (7.x.x?). I currently do not sync using icloud, and have only started syncing to my itunes today.
So far, I have backed up my Iphone using Itunes, transferred all my purchases using Itunes, and imported all my photos using Iphoto.
Then clicked on my Iphone in the left hand Column and in the screen that appeared found the "Update" button. Next to the update button read "A newer version of the iPhone software is available (version7.0). To update your iPhone with the latest software, click Update."
I then clicked the "Update" button and a pop-up message reading "This version of iTunes (10.6.3) is the current version." appeared.
Please advise why this happened, and how I should go about restoring and updating this Iphone.
After updating to the latest IOS, my next step will be to sign up for iCloud.

Thank you for your question. iTunes 11.1 is required to update to and sync with iOS 7. If you are still running iTunes 10.6.3, I recommend trying to obtain the update by going to the iTunes menu and selecting Check for Updates.
