Minutes ago i called 1-800-837-4966 a third party seemed to be entering numbers ! It is very strange. The robo voice saying this is a wrong response several times. The line would go quiet and my key entrees were ignored.... the the verizon robo voice said one dollar is this correct? When I had not entered anything! Verizon can you please help me? {edited for privacy}

FYI, 011 is the international dialing prefix. Maybe the fingers bounced on 0 and 1.

Your ipad has a cellular access number in settings under cellular data.
it is not a phone, and that number can't be used to phone calls.

Err in creating Activit under tab Ext. Process using BAPI_NETWORK_MAINTAIN

I need to create activity under tab Ext. Processing for a network and i am planning to use BAPI "BAPI_NETWORK_MAINTAIN" for this purpose. I am able to create activity under "Int. Processing" using this BAPI but got error for "Ext. Processing" tab.
Below is the code i am doing for ext. processing tab.

I would suggest declaring a structure of type BAPE_VBAP & BAPE_VBEP...Then move the values instead of using offset..
Example
DATA: S_BAPE_VBAP TYPE BAPE_VBAP.
Populate the Extension structure WITH Order commited flag
LW_EXT_STRUCTURE-STRUCTURE = C_BAPE_VBAP.
S_BAPE_VBAP-VBELN = W_VBAP-VBELN.
S_BAPE_VBAP-POSNR = W_VBAP-POSNR.
S_BAPE_VBAP-ZZORDCOFL = W_VBAP-ZZ_ORDCOFL.
LW_EXT_STRUCTURE-VALUEPART1 = S_BAPE_VBAP.
This will make sure the BAPE_VBAP is extended with the Z fields..

WLC sending a message of AP under attack

Hi to all,
I've been getting this message from my WLC and I'm not able to find what doest it really mean and if there is something that could be done in order to solve it.
"Warning : Our AP with Base Radio MAC 00:14:a8:53:0b:20 is under attack (contained) by another AP on radio type 802.11b/g"
"Warning Cleared: Our AP with Base Radio MAC 00:14:a8:53:0b:20 is no longer under attack (contained) by another AP on radio type 802.11b/g"
Can this cause me problems in the performance of my wireless network???

Help, I am under attack.

Today I have discovered some data in a database that makes me
think that some is trying an sql injection attack on one of my
websites.
I use SP’s and Cfqueryparam to protect myself against
this type of attack and as a general rule before doing anything I
strip out all banned charters from in coming data. So I don’t
have the original statement, but I do have code (without banned
chars) in my database.
I have captured the users IP address and looked it up as
coming from Indonesia.
I am now wonder what my next step should be.
I am considering creating a banned IP table so that when a
new user comes to my site I check the table, if their IP is in the
table I will send them somewhere else. If the IP is a fixed address
it will be permanently listed in my table, if not I will ban the IP
for a short time to stop an immediate attack. It may also be worth
pointing out that we don’t trade in Indonesia.
I guess my questions are:
Does this sound like a good idea or is there a better way?
How can I tell if an IP is fixed or not?
Has any one else come across this problem, if so how did you
deal with it?

you might try geoLocator:

determine the country from their incoming IP & some other
data we can squeeze
out of their browser (correct >90%++ of the time). if he's
the only user from
indo, you can ban the whole country (as long as his IPs
originate from there).
be sure to update the inetAddressLocator.jar from:

don't recall if the zip file on my site has the latest jar.

"Business Activty template' in place of "Business activity " under "create"

Hi Gurus,
the matter is, In CRM7.0 we have copied standard "sales pro" role and customized it according to our requirement. same way we also created 'z' Business activity from standard "0000" and did all other customization as well like maintain category, assign category, reasons,goal everything necessary.
Now when you login to CRM7.0 WEBUI , from Activity work centre, we click our 'z' business activity under "create".
a popup window opens up and give stwo oprtions:
1.interaction log
2.Task
(it is correct till here)
now when i choose "interaction log" with an intention to see 'z' Business activity transaction, but to my surprise i see " 'z'business template which i never configured.
but same transaction i open by going to "Search" option , then dragging "new" icon, my 'z' business activity opens up..
can somebody help me understand why is it happening and how can i resolve this....
where as in standard "salespro" role , if log-in everything is perfect no issues there.
then where did i went wrong or missed.
Please help it is critical...

actually in CRM webui:
there are two logical links:
a)Activity (it represents Templates for Activity & task in GUI)
b)Interaction logs (it represents Activity transaction types only).

This can be a kind of SYN flood attck. You can send this traffic to a loopback or contact your ISP and ask them to block this traffic.

WLC Warning Message: Our AP is under attack

Hi there,
I receive this Warning message in WLC version 5.0:
Warning: Our AP with Base Radio MAC 00:1f:6d:b9:48:d0 is under attack (contained) by another AP on radio type 802.11b/g
So, what does it means? Can someone explain..Great Thanks.

I am getting the same message, but I've not been able to diagnose the issue yet.
It seems that the AP is being contained by another wireless system. However, there is no information that I can find to indicate what is "attacking" or "containing" the AP.

If you have a Jabber ID used in iChat and you add a Buddy the Buddy gets an Authorisation Request invite.
iChat sends this Invite once.
The Buddy cannot be properly in your Buddy List until they accept.
However other Jabber Apps constantly sends the Authorisation Requests again and again until the person Accepts or Declines.
In iChat if the Buddy misses the Request the Buddy list is left hanging with the "Awaiting" message.
GoogleTalk and Facebook IDs ware valid Jabber names if you have Enable "Talk" on Google an "Chat" on Facebook.
Try Deleting the Buddy from the list (Highlight and then Backspace key)
Then Add them when you know they will see the request.
(Or get a Third Party Jabber app and run that after adding their name until they reply)

I am now supect that the pix is under high volume of ping, as if i disable the ping from outside world on wan router, the performace of the network is improved.
Does PIX can do with some control on if under icmp attack can temp limit or drop the packet from inside and outside world.

HI .. you could try enabling the ips built-in signtures supported by the PIX. These are used to protect against common attacks.
" Cisco PIX Firewall includes an IP-only intrusion detection feature. It provides visibility at
network perimeters or for locations where additional security between network segments is
required.
The PIX IDS identifies more than 53 common attacks using signatures to detect patterns of
misuse in network traffic. Traffic passing through the PIX Firewall can be identified to be
audited, logged, and/or dropped.
After it is configured, the IDS feature watches packets and sessions as they flow through the
firewall, scanning each for a match with any of the IDS signatures. When suspicious activity
is detected, the PIX Firewall responds immediately and can be configured to do the following:
1. Send an alarm to a syslog server.
2. Drop the packet.
3. Reset the TCP connection. "
I suggest you check the command reference for the use of ip audit command !!!

Verizon activation failure DON"T LET THEM TELL YOU TO RESET THE ENTIRE IPAD

Bought my iPad2 in the Verizon store Friday and had some trouble getting it activated. It looked like it probably activated but I had a lot of failures getting there where it kept telling me information was invalid. But the data network wasn't working some hours later.
I called Verizon and they said the account had not been set up properly, closed the old account, and walked me through setting up new account through the iPad. About 5 hours later I got a popup on the iPad that said there was a problem with the data service and it had been deactivated. When I tried to log into the the account from the iPad's cellular data screen in settings, I got a message that said the account information on your iPad is no longer valid.
Upon further investigatio, the iPad still had the first number I had been given, not the new cellular number associated with my data plan.
Called Verizon and their tech support person told me that the only solution to clear the old number out and get the cellular data service to work was to reset the entire iPad (erase everything), set up a new account, and re-sync the device to get all my data back on. Having had a lot of trouble getting data transferred from my iPad 1st gen to this one I was very reluctant to do that.
So I tried a few things myself. First I settings : general : reset : reset network settings. No help.
Then I tried settings : general : reset : subscriber services : reprovision account. Bingo. When I went back to the cellular data screen and logged in, it synced up with my new account and the cellular data service worked.
Verizon insisted very firmly that there was no option to reset just the data plan information when clearly that is built right in to the settings, and that resetting the entire device (erasing everything) was required.
DON'T DO IT!!

This helped me. Worked perfectly.
