Hello Ermanno,
you can request the sourcecode for ISA 4.0 by creating a message in the SAP Support Channel on service.sap.com, I think it is this quick link: https://service.sap.com/message. There is also a SAP Note available which describes how to request the source code. Unfortunatelly I don't find it any more...
If you're planning to do an upgrade to CRM 5.0 you will have to use the NWDI. A good starting point is the E-Commerce Development and Extension guide that describes the basics. You can find it here:
1. Go to http://service.sap.com/instguides
2. Follow the path: SAP Business Suite Applications -> SAP CRM -> SAP CRM 2005 -> CRM Core and Standalone components
In this folder, you'll find the "SAP E-Commerce 5.0 - Development and Extension Guide" and other useful documents for download.

I need to create a remote enabled function module in CRM system to fetch the u2018Batch Numberu2019 and u2018Received Quantityu2019 fields when the Material Number is fed to it.Please note that the input and output should be tables.
Could some one please give some sample source code for this.

can any one provide an example ABAP source code to connect to third party systems using web service calls? The base system is CRM.

Do you want to call a web service in a remote system, or do you want to provide a web service?
If you want to call a web service you should create a proxy object via SE80. Open your development package, right click on the tree entry and choose: Create -> Enterprise Service / Web Service -> Proxy Object and provide the needed information (including the WSDL description file). You may then use the proxy object to call the web service (if the connection and everything else works right).

How to access source code for checked in .sca files in the dev environment

Hello,
I am trying to do some CRM E-commerce development. The basis personnel has checked in all the relevant SCA archives listed in the setup documentation. He has since given me the Servername and port for accessing the NWDI that I can set in the Development Environment. I can log on to the system and see the repository browser with all the branches.
For example:
CustomerConfig -> CRMEXT -> sap.com_SAP-CRMWEB -> dev -> active
CustomerConfig -> CRMEXT -> sap.com_SAP-CRMWEB -> dev -> inactive
How ever there is no code there to sync. Is there something missing in our setup for the NWDI so I can sync the CRM E commerce projects to the local system and modify them.
Is there anything we have to do either in NWDI or in the IDE to see the source code to extend it.

Hey Pascal, Thanks for the help. We did a batch check in and the code did not go through. After we tried the check-in in the non-batch mode it worked.

I want to study computer architecture by reading opensparc source code . but the source has no any comments, no description about each modules, files.

Looking at Verilog code is like looking at the raw bits of a compiled software binary -- depending on what you're trying to understand, it may be looking at much too low of a level.
If you want to study the computer architecture (a.k.a. instruction set artchitecture, or ISA) of OpenSPARC T1, you'll want to instead consult the UltraSPARC Architecture 2005 specfication, downloadable from http://opensparc-t1.sunsource.net/index.html.
If you want to look up processor-specific architecture details, take a look at the UltraSPARC T1 Supplement to UltraSPARC Architecture 2005, also available from http://opensparc-t1.sunsource.net/index.html.
If what you really want to do is study the low-level implementation (as opposed to the architecture) of OpenSPARC T1, that's when you need to look at the actual Verilog code. If you come from the software or high-level architecture parts of the world, reading Verilog is not for the faint of heart ;-) ... it is not a procedural language, like most software programming languages, so might be awkward to follow. Sun is also working on a microarchitecture specification for OpenSPARC T1, which should be available on the OpenSPARC web stie by this fall -- that will be another source of detailed implementation information (and be much more readable than Verilog for most of us).

Regarding the Verilog module names ... "bw" is a holdover from years ago that no longer means anything. I'm told that it was an abbreviation for an old, temporary processor project name (which has been changed at least twice since then!). Mentally substitute "T1_" for "bw_" and it should read better. Regarding other parts of Verilog module names, perhaps someone else in the community reading this thread can comment on/explain those?

I am working on a reimplentation project of ISA CRM 4.0.
I need to reimplement it in CRM 6.0
For that i need to look into the java code which was customized for ISA CRM4.0.
Can anyone please tell me where can i find that code as we didnot use NWDI in CRM4.0
I tried searching for that in IPC server but i didnot find it there.
I got to know that in CRM4.0 there were two servers 1.IPC and 2.CRM
Can anyone please tell me where can i find that code.

1. Setting up the Netweaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI) for enhanments
1.1 Migrating the JSP
1.2 Migrating / upgrading the custom class files
2. Migrating the IPC Java exits from its own Java application to VMC
3. Upgrade master gives pertinent informations as to how to migrate from out-of-the-box ISA 4.0 to out-of-the-box CRM 2007.
Most of the upgrade / migration effort is based on how well or bad the enhancement were made. If the client had followed best practices to develop the enhancements to ISA 0 then the upgrade / migration is manageble. Involve people who know the [upgrade / migration as well as the pitfalls|http://www.parxlns.com] early on.

Problem while compiling the Device Driver source code onSolaris 8 intel pla

We are writing Device Driver for PCI (PMC) based HS serial
communication card on Solaris 8(intel edition).The Processor
used is Celeron/Pentium III.
We are facing following problems.
1) Kindly let us know the cc compiler options for xarch=isa.
2) Presently we have included following header files.
     #include <sys/ddi.h>
     #include <sys/sunddi.h>
3)We tried to compile our driver soure file (pmc.c) using
FORTE DEVELOPER 6 UPDATE 1 with the following command.
     # cc -Xa -D_KERNEL -c pmc.c
4) The compiler is not able to reach to our source code. It prematurely fails
while compiling the system header files
5) The errors were reported during Preprocessor
compilation in /SYS/*.h header files.

There is no way to modify the ESS source code without NWDS/NWDI environment...you have to set it up..

I am running 10.6.8 and using iweb for my web site. After several SEO analysis they all indicate I need H1-6 header tags. After looking at the source code I see there are none in iweb. Is it necessary to add? If so, how do I add H Tags to iweb.

I would guess that the use of h1-h6 tags helps search engines to understand the structure of a page as the tags imply a certain structure.
This can be compared to more generic tags like <div> that could represent any kind of content - and may be what iWeb uses (you'll have to check yourself).
I would generally recommend that you use some kind of up to date blog/site building tool, perhaps Wordpress or Squarespace (I haven't used either one myself) that support current web technologies - this should reduce your SEO issues and make it easier to properly support mobile/tablet users.

Source code not generated in mapping

I tried mapping an Idoc to an XSD in my mnessage mapping.When I try to check my message mapping I get an error msg : "<Mappingname> has no Source Code"...My scenario is only some fields of Idoc map to the XSD and the rest are constants..I am in XI3.
Any help is appreciated...

("full-speed") is supported in my WinCE 6.0 image) camera for my ARM4I processor. The code should
be in C# but C++ will be fine also.

Cannot find source code for Employee Benefit application

Hello,
I am trying to find the Employee Benefit Sample Application which used to be provided by Oracle at http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/products/ias/content.html. Unfortunately I couldnât find the source code anywhere, neither by searching through oracle sites, nor through the internet.
Could someone please help me get it, since I just started working on applications based on this model and it is really important for me to have a complete example that works.
