ISE 14.7: WARNING:1176 - what is it?

Hello all!
I have some problem with understanding of WARNING:1176 from ISE (text is below). It's a warning, not error. But it seems that ISE-project doesn not work properly in FPGA Spartan-6. Google-serach finds nothing about it.
May be somebody can understand this warninng or give me link please.

WARNING PhysDesignRules:1176 - Issue with pin connections and/or cjnfiguration on block:<memZn/Mram_ram_Zn7>:<RAMB16BWER_RAMB16BWER>. The block is configured to use input parity pin DIBP0. There is dangling output for parity pin DOPB0.

Usually you can ignore this warning. It occurs when you use 9, 18, or 36 bit wide block RAM components but don't use all of the bits. For example using memory as 8, 16, or 32 bit wide. The message "configured to use DIBP0" often means that you have tied this bit off. This could happen in your own code or in a CoreGen block.
If your code is not running correctly, this is not likely to be the reason.

It's a JavaScript scam that only affects your web browser, and only temporarily.
1. Some of those scam pages can be dismissed very easily. Press command-W to close the tab or window. A huge box will pop up. Press the return key and both the box and the page will close. If that doesn't happen, continue.
2. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and uncheck the box marked Enable JavaScript. Leave the preferences dialog open.
Close the malicious window or tab.
Re-enable JavaScript and close the preferences dialog.

Permissions Warning Message -- What does this mean?

I was helping my mother (over the phone) to Repair Permissions in Disk Utility since her Mac Mini was experiencing some odd glitches like not being able to restart or shut down. Everything else seems to work fine.
When repairing permissions she got this message:
*+Warning: SUID File "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARD Agent.tp/Contents/MacOS/ARD Agent" has been modified and will not be repaired.+*
Does anyone know what this means and if it could be the source of her problem? She is using OS 10.6.0 Snow Leopard, updated recently from OS 10.5 Leopard at an Apple Store. Thanks.

Why hasn't Apple solved the issue. For what I paid my computer, I expected more from the product than I have gotten. I was a PC person for years and most of my associates told me that I needed to get a mac...I am starting to regret having taken their advice.

A few years ago we had a similar issue on one of our machines, it was an early MacBook. Ended up being a cracked circuit connection on the motherboard. Changes in temperature caused the crack to expand and contract resulting in a shut-down followed by an automatic reboot. Sometimes over-and-over. I understood from AppleCare at the time that those symptoms could have also been any number of things including a intermittent issue with a powersupply.
If you take it back to the Apple Store at some point, I would ask them to have it run some CPU intensive tasks that closely resemble what you are doing when the screen goes black. It took us several try's to find the problem. Calling AppleCare each time to discuss it and troubleshoot before making the trips to the Apple Store really moved things along. In fact, it wasn't until the Apple Store had cracked the case from the inside that things kicked into a higher gear and AppleCare phone support sent out a pre-paid FedX package to send it to a refurbishing facility. Never a problem since and I know the people who have the machine today.
PS Can identify with the trip to the Apple Store, our closest one is in Knoxville, 2hrs from us.

sorry I wrote before but forgot to edit it.Since I came home 3 weeks ago from surgery. I can be on any site especially on facebook playing games and it goes white completely with out warning so I have to restart my computer again to get back especially on facebook.I play alot of games on there and other things.No matter if I'm chatting .ect on any of my sites the page goes completely white.I get a message to upgade to mazolla firefox 5 but will not except some of my sites like replayer,ect.. so I keep putting it to ask me again in 7 days. An incorrect email address I put in the BCC field has repeated itself infinitely and blocked outgoing messages. I can select but not delete the long list from the Warning. What can I do?

I put an incorrect email address in the BCC field of an email. A 'Warning' dropped down where the address was repeated until it fell off the bottom of the screen. No closure button at the top so I can't close it. I can select all the repeat addresses but can't delete them. I can't shut down or restart the computer because Mail can't close. Any ideas, please?

Aha! Pressed escape button and managed finally to close the Warning. Phew! I could then erase several hundred repeats of the mistaken address from the BCC field. Sorry to bother you all. Hellen.

Phone intermittently disconnects 4g without notice or warning. What's wrong?

Every so often (sometimes as much as once a day) my 4G connection randomly turns off. Usually after switching between WiFi on/off. I notice that it gets stuck in 3G and I will have to manually go into Settings > More Settings... > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > and check "LTE" back ON.
This is getting really old. Sometimes I will not even receive any service even if 3G is on. Data will not send/receive until I go in and manually check LTE back on again.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any solution?

Removing the SIM card, leave out 5 minutes, reinsert SIM and reboot.Only temporary fix.
New Sim cardI'm on my second one...Best Buy gave me a hard time replacing my first one (apparently they're supposed to charge you for it...ha). I might try this again, but I am skeptical.

Embedding a flash file (don't know version & also need to avoid PC warning dialogues): what's the latest correct way?

Problem: I've had a flash Christmas card created for a client
by a designer. Before I can forward it to the client I want to
embed it in a html page for them. The designer doesn't know how to
do this (I wish I'd known before I commissioned them) and also told
me they don't know what version of Flash created the file. They
think it was 4 or 5. Eh? Whatever. I went to Adobe's site expecting
that somewhere there would be a page providing the cut and paste
code for this, but if there is such a page, it's impossible to find
by an average person! So I tried cutting and pasting some code I
found on a blog which discussed that Microsoft and created an
update that caused all sorts of dialogue windows to appear before a
flash file could be played e.g. "Click to activative this file",
but that this new code would overcome them. Whatever. Pasted the
code. Worked fine in a Mac browser, and on some PC browsers it
didn't play, or the dialogue windows appeared and had to be clicked
through before the file could be played. Am now officially tearing
my eyebrows out. Could someone very kindly please paste or direct
me to the embedding code that: plays a flash file of any version
AND which overcomes any stupid PC dialogue windows. And Adobe: not
everyone is a ******** navigational genius. Please put a link to
this information on the first page of your Support page. Asking it
as a question in the search box doesn't provide the simple
answer!

Firewire, we don't have any of those cables and devices unless the new MacBook comes with it? It's all USB(2). Can we use USB (yes, it is slower)? He use it for digital cameras, Time Machine backups in Mac OS X 10.5.8, etc.

There are no black lists and the apps that are free but offer in-app purchases are not fraudulent. They do allow you to play without paying money, however there are likely to be many options and oppotunities to purchase items within the game.
If you feel that a application is truly fraudulent because it makes statements or promises that are not true or it has charged you money without your consent, then you need to contact iTunes Store Support to let them know.

Some of my photos show in iPhoto but when i double click on them, they show a warning sign.What happened?

The pictures are visible, but can't do anything with them. No printing or editing and I looked under the info and it doesn't give me any clues. When and how did that happen?

As we can't see your machine we have no idea why this happened.
Time Machine can back up material on external drives.
No idea why rebuilding "isn't an option" in your case.
You might want to reconsider your back up routine. You don't need Library Manager to duplicate your Library, you can simply use the Finder for that.
Most Simple Back Up
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex:
Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically. Examples of such apps: Chronosync or DejaVu . But are many others. Search on MacUpdate

What happens to the users when ISE is reloaded?

What Robert said is correct. One thing to add. If an authentication timer expires for a currently authenticated session and the client is asked to reauthenticate, this will also fail until the ISE services are back up.
