Islamic Organizer or similar application for E66

I have recently bought a new E66 and looking for a software like Islamic organizer f.Earlier i  was using Islamic organizer in N95. Tried to install it on E66 but the model is not compatable. Can anybody suggest any other similar application. Thanks

It's far more important to get your recording levels right than to apply any effects. Three people with one mic is not a perfect situation! I think the snowball has two settings, set it to "omnidirectional" so you pick up sound from around the table. Make sure that your three guys aren't too far away from the mic, even if that makes for an awkward seating position. And as for effects: with speech, you really want to get the audio as faithful as possible, so you don't want to apply a lot of effects (unless you want to improve a bad recording). Just start with one of the basic speech presets and play around with it.

  • Proxy application for mac

    Hi;
Is there any Proxy application for the Mac? I used UltraSurf on my PC. Is there any similar application for the Mac?
I have already tried NetShade but proxies provided are not that helpful.
    Thank you.

I have found a site that gives an Unofficially ported version of ultrasurf for mac. I created a video about it which is on youtube. http://youtu.be/6tUzvcyEnYQ
Remember this is unofficial version of the Ultrasurf software.
For copyright reasons I must mention:

  • One application for Several Organizations

    Hi experts,
Can we use one Application for Several Organizations? I studied in HFM Admin Document. We use only one organization in our project.
Can we use this application for another Organization?
    by
    kumari

    Hi,
I can say that you can use as many.organisation as you want but there are same parameters to take into consideration.
First, what do you mean by organisation. Group or number of groups?
Second, how many entities has each organisation. Have you the necessary infrastructure (server, cpu power, RAM)to support these calculations.
    Hope that I help,
    Thanos

  • New Islamic applications for Nokia 6300

    Hi everyone,
I recently bought my Nokia 6300 (little more than a month). Recently Nokia is releasing 6300 with preloaded Islamic applications. I tried to nokia.com/ramadan, however there I could not download Islamic applications for my Nokia 6300. Though, there are links available for N73 and other phones.
Is there anyway I can get these applications? Any web link? OR can anyone send me these to email address?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Actually, Nokia has released Islamic applications specifically for 6300 as well (as is mentioned at http://mea.nokia.com/english/ramadan). These applications are available for download for S60 phones however, there is no link for downloading these applications for S40 phones.

  • Applications for non-profit organizations

    Hi,
    I'm employee at a non-profit volunteer's organization with a lot of autonomous chapters(branches).
To improve and integrate information systems of the chapters I think the html db concept can be very useful. It gives the chapters the possibility to build their own systems and to shere and develop together their systems with other chapters.
I would like to make a quick start: therefore two questions:
    a) are you prepared to give your application to us (no pay)
    b) are you prepared to build together with us applications or to assist (volunteers) in the developing process
We are looking for systems in the volunteer-market, basically three concepts:
    a) a system to match volunteer with persons to be helped
    b) a system to plan an event for both volunteers and persons to be helped
    c) a system to plan the presence of volunteers (to be present to help)
Thanks in advance for any reaction.

    Leo,
I would love to offer my services in this matter. I have been working with HTML-Db, whoops App Express for a year + and built a number of in-house applications for use. What timeframe would your organization be looking at?
Could you send me some more information, to my other e-mail account (not work, they might frown upon this during the day...)
That address is tony UNDERBAR becky UNDERBAR mikey AT verizon.net, where the UNDERBAR is _

  • TextEdit is the default application for my Numbers documents

Although I did not set it to be, TextEdit is the default application for my Numbers documents. It was not always this way, but it is now, and I can't seem to change the default application back to Numbers ('09). For example, when I double-click any .numbers document, I always get the following error message:
The document “xxxxx.numbers” could not be opened. The file isn’t in the correct format. The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format.
    See: http://screencast.com/t/P5OSAJAq
Therefore, whenever I want to open a.numbers document, I must drag it to the Numbers application icon or right-click and select “open with” and select Numbers from the list of applications. Although this works fine, it creates a couple of extra steps that I would prefer not to do
My first inclination was to “Get info” and change the “open with”  back to Numbers for all .numbers documents.
    http://screencast.com/t/TMJwBmTOkHN
    http://screencast.com/t/LAnPsbeGdB
However, selecting Numbers as the default application will not persist after clicking  “change all.” Rather, it reverts back to TextEdit. Tony, this is the only way I know how to select the default application for a document type.
Is there another location where I can set/reset the default application?
    Thanks!

I guess that there is at least one database used by the Operating System which is corrupted.
Run a maintenance application : MAINTENANCE is a free very good one available thru :
    www.titanium.free.fr/
and ask it to repair permissions,
    delete caches
    repair database Launch Services.

  • Askus (asktom) application for html db studio

    Hello,
according to Tom Kyte you (the oracle html db team) wrote the basic "AskUs" Application which is used by asktom.oracle.com.
Have you ever thought of providing the ask tom application/functionality as a sample application on html db studio?
I would appreciate this as i'm searching for an easy to manage framework for publishing answers to questions, providing technical news information and rss-integration. This would be a good point to start.
    BR,
    Martin

    Scott,
Thanks a lot for adding this demo app to your already tight schedule.
This app would help us a lot. I'm planning to develop similar kind of application for our organization.
    Regards
    Richard.

  • How to enable a partner application for Single Sign-On?

Can someone please advise me on how to enable my existing J2EE web application for the Oracle Single Sign-On?
My requirement is i want to provide the single sign-on authentication service to my J2EE web application. For this, I would like to make my application as a partner application similar like the OracleAS Portal.
I am using Oracle 10g ( OralceAS, Oracle Infra, OID ...)
I found the following service/APIs which Oracle provides. I am not sure which one is suitable for me.
    1. mod_osso ( Static)
--- In this case, I have to make a entry in mod_osso.config file to protect the URL. should I have to register the URL again through single sign on admin page ("Administer Partner Application") after make a entry in config file?
    2. mod_osso ( Dynamic directive)
-- in this case, I have to modify the code by providing the directives like 401, 499.. etc. So i don't prefer this as i don't want to touch my app.
--If I go with this option, should i have to register the URL with Single sign on server through SSO admin page ( as mentioned in the above step#1) ?
    3. SSO SDK
    - Since it was deprecated and need java coding, i am prefer this option.
-- however, if i go with this option, i will develop code by using SDK. in this case i need to register the URL in SSO server through admin page.. am i right?
Note:- OSSO server integrated with Active Directory for the authentication.
    Thanks,

My question is that how I set user information in HTTP header? From my understanding, once I am able to set the user information in HTTP header, it is in base 64 format?Your application need to act like a proxy. You can invoke a HTTP request programmatically using java.net.URLConnection. You can set request headers using URLConnection#setRequestProperty(). Also see the API docs: [http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/net/URLConnection.html]. You only need to know the header field name where to set the Base64-encoded value in. You need to Base64-encode the value yourself.

  • Where to find the best application for cleaning out my MacBook Air with OS X 10.7.5? I've been using MacKeeper but believe it's slowing down my laptop considerable.

where to find the best application for cleaning out my MacBook Air with OS X 10.7.5? I've been using MacKeeper but believe it's slowing down my laptop considerable. Thank you.

    How to maintain a Mac
    1. Make redundant backups, keeping at least one off site at all times. One backup is not enough. Don’t back up your backups; make them independent of each other. Don’t rely completely on any single backup method, such as Time Machine. If you get an indication that a backup has failed, don't ignore it.
    2. Keep your software up to date. In the Software Update preference pane, you can configure automatic notifications of updates to OS X and other Mac App Store products. Some third-party applications from other sources have a similar feature, if you don’t mind letting them phone home. Otherwise you have to check yourself on a regular basis. This is especially important for complex software that modifies the operating system, such as device drivers. Before installing any Apple update, you must check that all such modifications that you use are compatible.
    3. Don't install crapware, such as “themes,” "haxies," “add-ons,” “toolbars,” “enhancers," “optimizers,” “accelerators,” "boosters," “extenders,” “cleaners,” "doctors," "tune-ups," “defragmenters,” “firewalls,” "barriers," “guardians,” “defenders,” “protectors,” most “plugins,” commercial "virus scanners,” "disk tools," or "utilities." With very few exceptions, this stuff is useless, or worse than useless. Above all, avoid any software that purports to change the look and feel of the user interface.
The more actively promoted the product, the more likely it is to be garbage. The most extreme example is the “MacKeeper” scam.
As a rule, the only software you should install is that which directly enables you to do the things you use a computer for — such as creating, communicating, and playing — and does not modify the way other software works. Use your computer; don't fuss with it.
Safari extensions, and perhaps the equivalent for other web browsers, are a partial exception to the above rule. Most are safe, and they're easy to get rid of if they don't work. Some may cause the browser to crash or otherwise malfunction.  Some are malicious. Use with caution, and install only well-known extensions from relatively trustworthy sources, such as the Safari Extensions Gallery.
Never install any third-party software unless you know how to uninstall it. Otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
    4. Beware of trojans. A trojan is malicious software (“malware”) that the user is duped into installing voluntarily. Such attacks were rare on the Mac platform until sometime in 2011, but are now increasingly common, and increasingly dangerous.
There is some built-in protection against downloading malware, but you can’t rely on it — the attackers are always at least one day ahead of the defense. You can’t rely on third-party protection either. What you can rely on is common-sense awareness — not paranoia, which only makes you more vulnerable.
Never install software from an untrustworthy or unknown source. If in doubt, do some research. Any website that prompts you to install a “codec” or “plugin” that comes from the same site, or an unknown site, is untrustworthy. Software with a corporate brand, such as Adobe Flash Player, must be acquired directly from the developer. No intermediary is acceptable, and don’t trust links unless you know how to parse them. Any file that is automatically downloaded from a web page without your having requested it should go straight into the Trash. A website that claims you have a “virus,” or that anything else is wrong with your computer, is rogue.
In OS X 10.7.5 or later, downloaded applications and Installer packages that have not been digitally signed by a developer registered with Apple are blocked from loading by default. The block can be overridden, but think carefully before you do so.
Because of recurring security issues in Java, it’s best to disable it in your web browsers, if it’s installed. Few websites have Java content nowadays, so you won’t be missing much. This action is mandatory if you’re running any version of OS X older than 10.6.8 with the latest Java update. Note: Java has nothing to do with JavaScript, despite the similar names. Don't install Java unless you're sure you need it. Most people don't.
    5. Don't fill up your boot volume. A common mistake is adding more and more large files to your home folder until you start to get warnings that you're out of space, which may be followed in short order by a boot failure. This is more prone to happen on the newer Macs that come with an internal SSD instead of the traditional hard drive. The drive can be very nearly full before you become aware of the problem. While it's not true that you should or must keep any particular percentage of space free, you should monitor your storage consumption and make sure you're not in immediate danger of using it up. According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of free space on the startup volume for normal operation.
If storage space is running low, use a tool such as the free application OmniDiskSweeper to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the most space. Move rarely-used large files to secondary storage.
    6. Relax, don’t do it. Besides the above, no routine maintenance is necessary or beneficial for the vast majority of users; specifically not “cleaning caches,” “zapping the PRAM,” "resetting the SMC," “rebuilding the directory,” "defragmenting the drive," “running periodic scripts,” “dumping logs,” "deleting temp files," “scanning for viruses,” "purging memory," "checking for bad blocks," "testing the hardware," or “repairing permissions.” Such measures are either completely pointless or are useful only for solving problems, not for prevention.
The very height of futility is running an expensive third-party application called “Disk Warrior” when nothing is wrong, or even when something is wrong and you have backups, which you must have. Disk Warrior is a data-salvage tool, not a maintenance tool, and you will never need it if your backups are adequate. Don’t waste money on it or anything like it.

  • Accommodate structure changes in Budget Application for each year

every year our cost center structure changes to accomplish that we are creating New Budget Application every year . Cost center structure is divided in to Area then region and then csc. These Regions never stays under same Area they change it every year
can anyone suggest out a way to do it in only one Budget Application instead of creating new Application every year ?
How can we Accommodate structure changes in Budget Application for each year?
thanks in advance for the suggestions

Assuming the cost centers stay the same, and only the hierarchy of the dimension changes, it's really quite simple.
Export the level 0 data, clear the database, update outline, import the level 0 export file, agg database. You should now have the new totals.
All of this can be done in place without the export/import of data as well, but it is a good practice to export/clear db/import the data for defrag purposes.
Some things to consider, if the organization will want to compare year over year company totals...
    1.     They need to create some governance around newly inactive cost centers, usually you create some sort of "Inactive" parent in the dimension and when they are no longer active they need to be reassigned to this "inactive" parent. This will ensure that at least the company total stays the same.
    2.     Following #1, they need to understand that the year over year totals will may only be accurate at Company total (including the Inactive rollup) and at cost center.

  • Create organizational charts using application express

I would like to create organizational charts using the application express(HTMLDB). How do I go about it?
I also tried the Aria sample application for HTMLDB 2.0, but when I try to run the scripts it asks for some bind variable parameters ' :NEW ' and ' :OLD ' which I could not identify. Can anybody help with understanding the standard inputs to this?

A perfectly reasonable question, phrased in
a perfectly reasonable way (in my opinion).
On this, I believe, we'll have to agree to disagree. I point you to the following document,
particularly the section "Questions Not To Ask":
I'm not sure why you feel the need to point me at a
document entitled "Questions Not To Ask",
particularly when I wasn't the one asking the
question....I pointed you to the section "Questions Not To Ask" in the document entitled "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" not because I believe you need help asking questions, but because the advice given in that document directly contradicts your opinions:
    "Q: How can I use X to do Y?
A: If what you want is to do Y, you should ask that question without pre-supposing the use of a method that may not be appropriate. Questions of this form often indicate a person who is not merely ignorant about X, but confused about what problem Y they are solving and too fixated on the details of their particular situation. It is generally best to ignore such people until they define their problem better."
I admit, I failed to follow the advice of ignoring the person when I first replied, but the issue is whether it was an appropriate question, which I think this quote clearly indicates it is not.

  • Error message when building an application for Labview PDA

When using LabView PDA module to build an application for a PDA target, I receive the following message: "Error building executable. Unable to create file". Why is this happening?
When looking at the error log, it reads "The system cannot find the file specified."
This happens even when looking at one of the Labview PDA example VI's, so it is not a result of the VI containing functions of features not supported by Labview PDA.
When installing Labview PDA, I installed files as follows, and in this order:
    (i) Labview 7.1 (installed previously)
(ii) Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0
(iii) Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP 3.0
(iv) Microsoft SDK for Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PCs
    (v) Microsoft ActiveSync 3.8
(vi) NI Labview 7.1 PDA module for PocketPC
(vii) DAQmx Base 1.0 for PDA or later
    Any ideas?

Did you attempt to add the _wordsub.llb and _excelsub.llb files to the application as support files?  I believe in LabVIEW 8.0 instead of adding the entire LLBs you should just add the _Word Dynamic VIs.vi and _Excel Dynamic VIs.vi as dynamic VIs.  I think I've seen a similar post on the discussion forums in the past that recommended this.
If this suggestion doesn't help, please reply, and attach a simple VI and .lvproj file demonstrating the problem so I can investigate further.
    Good luck,
