Dear Amit,
I am assuming you are using SAP IS Retail as backend ERP and Triversity Suite as front-end POS and In-Store Solution. SAP provides a set of standard functionality whereby you can integrate Triversity with ISR via XI. The components involved are: IS-R, SAP XI, Transnet, Triversity POS Suite Components and POS DM.
In ISR-to-Triversity communication, there are two aspects:
1. Outbound: Data is sent from ISR to Triversity. The type of data transferred is article information, prices, EAN, tax codes, Merchandise Categories, Promotion, Special Price Off conditions, Discounts and Bonus Buys. The data flow is as follows:
a. IDoc is triggered from IS Retail (Either manually or by ALE Change Pointer Analysis)
b. IDoc reaches XI and is transformed to transformed to Triversity format ASCII files
c. XI dumps the files in Transnet staging server directory by logging in to the Transnet FTP server as a client
d. Stores pick up the data files from Transnet server by logging in through a client
2. Inbound: Transactional data from Triversity is posted into IS-R. POS DM works as a sales audit component in here. Type of data transferred are: Financial Transactions, Sales Log - Receipt Based (To BIW), Sales Totals (To IS-R), Payment Methods etc. The Process Flow is as follows:
a. During Day-End, Triversity generates ASCII files, which are put into Transnet staging server folder.
b. XI logs in to the Transnet server and picks up these files
c. XI posts these data to POS DM via a RFC call
d. IS-R Master data is collected beforehand in POS DM. Based on this master data and certain validation rules, POS DM performs sales audit.
e. From POS DM, IDocs for Payment Method, Sales Totals, Financial Transactions, Goods Movements etc are triggered towards IS-R.

XI Content Not working Properly for ISR to Triversity Integration

Hello Everyone,
I am not very sure whether this is the right forum for posting such a technical question, but since the context is basically functional, I am firing away with the question:
We are working on a ISR-XI-Triversity Integration scenario. The standard XI Content available in SMP is used as the basis of integration. But the content seems not to work for certain business scenarios, specifically promotion discount download scenarios. When we define a promotion, activate the prices and fire the Assortment List IDoc (WBBDLD.WBBDLD03), we can see that the desired article and the conditions are present in the IDoc. This IDoc should create the following files after XI Transformation:
1. PLUTXN.ASC - EAN Data
2. XREFTXN.ASC - Article Data
3. PROMOTXN.ASC - Promotion Data
4. NEWPARM.TRG - Trigger File
But after the transformation, the PROMOTXN.ASC file is not created. When we go for analysing the problem, we find that the Value Mapping ERPPriceCondition/ERPPriceConditionSchema to IXRetailPriceType/IXRetailPriceTypeSchema is not functioning; i.e. Even when values are present in the source Agency/Schema, the Traget Agency/Schema is not populated. Do we need to do any specefic configuration for achieving the transformation?
Any ideas?

thank you very much for the details.
As it looks like, the reason of the missing promotion data in SAP POS was the missing listing information in SAP Retail.
Listing is an very important retail process. In assortment list for a store, oonly listed articles will be taken into account.
To list articles, you can do it via MM42 (artaicle mainteance listing view) or the listing transactions (WSP4)
or the easier way for prompotions, start WAK2 or WAK3 and press teh button (subseq. processing) ans select the LISTING button.
If you receive any errors there in listing process, check the artcile master, if the reference logistic views are maintained and can be re-used for listing process.

Hi John,
The problem is that we are not familiar with Triversity product. Thus we cannot answer your specific question without further info.
In general, if Triversity product creates address records using SAP released RFMs/BAPIs, it will employ the CAM system and hence any BAS BADIs that might be active in the system will be invoked. I hope this helps.

I have 2911 with Data, Unified Communication and Security licences.
My company wants to add an SRE 710 with virtualization.
Please help me to understand requierements for SRE module in 2900 series.
"The UCS Express consists of Cisco service ready engine (SRE), Cisco SRE Virtualization, Cisco ISR G2 and Integrated Management Controller."
1. What is the Integrated Management Controller? Is it included in all 2900 ISRs or it comes only with UCS bundles?
2. What licenses do I need to run Windows Server in SRE 710?

I would expect this to work fine.
Via the SM<slot>/0 interface you configure both the router-side IP address ("ip address ..." command) as well as the WAAS side IP address ("service-module ip address ...") and the WAAS side default gateway ("services-module ip default-gateway <router-side IP address>"). You should use a subnet here, which isn't used anywhere else in your network. Please also see here:

For being able to configure WCCP redirection, that's all what is required. Of course, you should also adapt routing in your networkf to ensure the new subnet is reachable, so you can reach WAAS on the SRE for management purposes (including management from a WAAS CM).
On WAAS side you would then give the router-side IP address of the SM<slot>/0 interface in the WCCP router list.

POSDM ERROR....Sales data not uploading

While uploading EOD sales data in posdm...
I got the following error...

I asked my BI team to install ORPA_MEAN.
but all objects not getting activated.
But now my file is getting uploaded in POSDM but Sales data and totals data is not showing.
Is there any other settings or activation needed for getting the sales data in Posdm ?

Hi,
Have you checked the messages in log /POSDW/MON0 in the BI system? If the data import is going thru from XI to PoSDM, then data needs to pass the tasks & rules validation. Till it passes those checks, it will not show up in the sales records.

Closing ITS Sessions

Hi,
We migrated our ISR services to Integrated ITS. ISR has a main service QISR from which we can call the required services. The new service is opened in a new window. All the services called from QISR are custom services. These custom services have their own HTML templates and Java Script (JS).
Earlier on Standalone ITS if we choose "Quit" from the main QISR, along with the main QISR session all the sessions of the subsequent services gets closed.
This is not happening in Integrated ITS. If I quit the main QISR service, only the main QISR session gets closed. All the sessions of subsequent services still hang around. (I can see them in SM04)
These custom services doesnt have the "Quit" option within them. How to close these sessions on closing their browser window? Can we use the onunload event..?
I saw the thread [Close ITS-Session|Close ITS-Session] but couldnt be able to close it using JS or by different means.
Can somebody post the JS code? or any other ideas on closing the sessions?

Integration between SAP POS Triversity and SAP POS DM using XI

my company is plannig to integrate SAP POS with POS DM using XI. I need to speak to some 1 who has already gone through the process, as for this there are bottlenecks in 2 areas initially .
1. GM Store Connectivity is an object supposed to be available in market place in .TPZ file needs to be imported into the XI development system. This object is not available in the market place of SAP as per url "

2. The PDF file containing entire processing steps " SAP Business Package for Store Connectivity POS Integration

Configuring Cisco 881 ISR (Integrated Services Router)

Can anyone advise whether this router internal IP is fixed at 10.10.10.0 network?
I am asking is bcoz.
1. When configuring the router using CCP 2.4 or 2.5, I am able to access the configuration via 10.10.10.x network.
However, when I changed the router IP to 192.168.1.x network, CCP is unable to detect the router.
2. By the way, CCP 2.5 has bugs right?
Is this fixed, or can anyone advice me how to workaround it?

I am only using CCP.
Scenario 1:
By Default, the 881 IP is 10.10.10.1.
When I configured my PC IP to 10.10.10.5, I am able to ping to 10.10.10.1, but when in CCP I am unable to discover anything.
It is only when I changed my PC IP to 10.10.10.2 then in CCP the router is discovered.
Scenario 2:
After sucessfully discovered the router, I changed the router IP to 192.168.1.1/24. Thereafter I changed my PC IP to 192.168.1.10 Subnet 255.255.255.0.
I am able to ping to the router @ 192.168.1.1. However I am unable to discover it in CCP.

SAP Triversity: Receiving Goods against Purchase Order created in SAP

We are working on a SAP Retail scenario where we are using SAP Triversity as our POS and Backoffice solution and SAP IS Retail as backend ERP. We have SAP XI and SAP POS DM (On SAP BW) installed also. We are trying the following scenario:
1. Create a purchase order in SAP
2. Transfer the PO to SAP Triversity via .ORR files (Trasformed through SAP XI)
3. Post GRN against the PO in Triversity Store Manager
4. Do the day end and collect the data of GRN in TLogs (Record type 1 and 1R)
5. Transfer TLogs via XI to POS DM and then to SAP ISR (IDoc type WPUWBW)
We are able to do it upto step 3, but when we do the day end and run the cvtlog utility, the GRN data is not showing in the converted TLog files. My question is: from Triversity, Is it not possible to transfer GRN data for Purchased Orders that has been transferred electronically? If it is possible, can anyone please point out what steps are we missing out?

If I understand this correctly, you are completing the Goods Receipts at the Store Manager Application, correct?
Then again, when EOD is performed and the TLOG is sent back to Head Office you are unable to see the Goods Receipt transactions performed at Store Manager application.
Now, something to point out is that every transaction performed in the Store Manager application gets its own txn file, denominated "p5".
Go to the following path at the SERVER:
C:\XPS\sdata
Now, find all the "*.txn" files. You will note the following file:
####p500.txn (where #### is the store number).
All these "p5's" txn files contain the information you need. You just need to make sure that the EODPROC. BAT has the CVTLOG command line instructing to also convert these P5's txn files.

IChat Video/Audio Conferencing through Cisco 2811/2821/Other ISR Device

I have found some discussion, but I still have yet to find resolution on this forum or Cisco's forums. I am trying to get iChat AV to work through a Cisco 2821 ISR (Integrated Services Router).
The problem is that AV calls running over dynamic NAT do not work. If any machine in the mix has a static NAT (esentially binding it to a global IP) it will work. If the machine on the other side has a global IP, it also works. It appears that either A) iChat will not function over a dual NAT-Transversal, or the ISR is taking the SIP packets and attempting to route them to a VoIP WIC that is not in the router.
Has anyone been able to solve this yet? Does anyone have ideas? I am working with Cisco on this, but thusfar, they too have no solution.

That would seem to cover any SIP binding to port 5060 which would stop the device trying to divert all SIP traffic to a Phone or Phone service (VoIP devices)
Formatting for CLI stuff is not my forte but I can tell you which ports you open.
Port 5678 on USP is where the invite go oit and come in on.
Port 5060 on UDP is where the application ngociates with the Buddy as to which ports from the group of twenty are used.
Ports 16384-16403 are the group of twenty ports also UDP.
iChat logs into the AIM server on port 5190 on the TCP protocol by default. (It can login on almost any port)
Certain chats and sending files and updates like Status Message and new Buddy pics, to the Buddy List, need port 5190 on the UDP protocol.
Jabber port are 5220, 5222 and 5223 for some older Jabber servers and GoogleTalk.
Bonjour needs 5297, 5298 and 5353 on UDP and 5298 on TCP as well for Local stuff.

I am working on Interactive Adobe Forms for HR Process [PCR] in ECC 6.0 Where Application Type is 'H' ie.HCM Processes & Forms. Thing is When you have application type as 'H' It wont give u BADI implementation TAB on Form Scenario screen there is different method & sequence of all things.
In SPRO There are so many thing for this...
Create Form Scenario then ISR Scenario , Link Form Scenario to ISR Scenario,
Creating Gerneric Services ETC....There is one transaction for BADI for generic services...
I am really confused with all these...Anybody worked on HR Processes Forms & processes in ECC 6 ...Pls help me understand Floe of Steps for Form creatio & how to write BADI's & Test Form.????
